"Great platform with an easy layout"

What do you like best?

AgoraPulse gives me a good overview over the company's social media platforms. It's easy to create new posts, check inbox and read reports. It's an all-in-one platform for those using Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

The reports I get are great and easily understood.

I have, however, bot used the Twitter functionality but I am impressed with how Instagram and Facebook works. To be able to schedule this easily has saved me much time and I especially enjoy how I can take a look and approve posts made by my team - all in the same place.

What do you dislike?

I would love to have AgoraPulse as an installed program not bound to an internet browser. The other thing I lack is the possibility to add several pictures at the same time for Instagram - but I believe that's more of an API-question and limitation from Instagram, but from AgoraPulse.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Keep in mind that you cannot bulk upload pictures for instagram yet. Other than that, it works flawlessly.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Keeping track over more than 1 platform and being able to schedule on several medias at the same time. It has been very helpful to streamline my work and collaborate with others on my team.

Their customer support is one of the best i've encountered and is one big reason to use this platform.

Since AgoraPulse are in constant development I look forward to see what they come up with next.

"Agorapulse is amazing"

What do you like best?

I love that it's a suite - you have listening, analytics and scheduling all under one roof.

I'd love to see them more fully integrate the calendar feature to their scheduling, similar to how CoSchedule handles creating a social promotion schedule by piece of content. Their scheduling tool is so easy, I just haven't figure out how to schedule out a full campaign yet.

What do you dislike?

The lack of Pinterest scheduling. That's the only thing that my current tool has and Agorapulse does not... but I'm still seriously contemplating switching over to AgoraPulse.

Definitely try it out first to see if it fits your needs. I would purchase this product for social listening only, and consider the rest bonus features.

It makes social monitoring/listening easier than any social product I've ever used. You can see and respond easily no matter the platform -- Facebook (including Messenger/Inbox), Twitter, LinkedIn. It's so helpful to be able to respond in the AgoraPulse inbox for each platform.

"Très facilitant"

What do you like best?

Retrouver l'ensemble des comptes gérés au même endroit permet une navigation rapide et une gestion du compte efficace!

Le produit est en constante évolution, depuis les trois derniers mois plusieurs fonctionnalités absentes ont déjà été implanté.

La planification à l'avance des publications et le calendrier est vraiment facile d'utilisation.

Le regroupement des publications et la duplication nous permet de sauver énormément de temps.

Certaines fonctionnalités ne sont toujours pas accessible, il est donc nécessaire d'aller directement sur Facebook pour gérer certaines choses, dont modifier des publications créer par d'autres administrateurs du compte qui n'ont pas Agorapulse.

Également, la gestion des evenements manquantes, la gestion d'un compte d'individu pour partages ou publication dans des groupes ou encore la possibilité de faire une publication avec plus d'une image (Celle-ci est un énorme point négatif!). Aussi, lorsque l'on planifie une publication sur plusieurs comptes et qu'une modification doit être faite, on doit faire la modification sur chacune des publications, puisqu'elles ne sont plus groupée.

La vision des commentaires et la réponse doit être améliorée puisqu'il est parfois difficile de voir si on répond à un commentaire à tous ou à un commentaire en particulier.

"Puissant rentable et intuitif"

What do you like best?

La politique tarifaire très abordable et l'offre de services associée, l'ajout ou le retrait facile de comptes sociaux dans l'abonnement, tout cela permettant d'avoir une montée en charge maîtrisée.

L'interface intuitive et agile qui permet à la fois de naviguer parmi les compte sociaux tout en les regroupant si besoin avec affichage des notifications d'un coup d'oeil.

Nous avons apprécié l'approche métier avec les grandes fonctions scindées logiquement entre la gestion des messages au sens large la veille la gestion des publications et le reporting, la partie applications étant plus optionnelle selon les besoins à mettre en oeuvre.

Globalement : le systeme d'emojis, les formats de date ou d'heures, gestion Youtube

Facebook : la gestion des evenements manquante, la gestion d'un compte d'individu pour partages ou publi dans des groupes ou encore la possibilité de faire une publication avec plus d'une image.

Instagram : les messages directs manquants

Rapports: possibilité de choisir avec ou sans habillage graphique aux couleur du compte social lors de l'export.

"SMM as it should be"

What do you like best?

The ease of scheduling, publishing and managing posts across multiple platforms becomes a breeze.

Just like all other SMM there is a learning curve, but they sped it up by providing a short tutorial for all the different tasks within the SMM. I am also able to prepare and manage more channels on my own.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I might consider a dislike is that you can't group social media channels per brand, as well as see the scheduled publications in a "brand group". You prepare you post for multiple channels and then see every scheduled post at every single channel but not the one post that is being crossposted across multiple.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Finding an all-in-one type of SMM that is easy to use and someone new can easily start using it.

We had tried a different SMM for scheduling before, but for a lot of new employees it was to hard for them to get into it. AgoraPulse allows me to do a lot more of preparations on my one, and those that had problems with the other SMM before were able to quickly navigate through AgoraPulse and the clean overview with the added short tutorials definitely helped.

"Perfect and cost efficient solution for medium-size enterprise"

What do you like best?

Best features:

- monitoring tools for twitter and instagram with great filter option

- easy way of assigning messages or comments to team members

- great way to identify influencer on instagram

- simple and clearly structured dashboard for the reports

- intuitive and user friendly user interface

and not to forget awesome personal customer service from the first moment on (even in trial mode)

What do you dislike?

- publishing one than more picture on facebook over the publisher tool is not possible

- very limited options on instagram to interact with users (e.g. no repost, no direct publishing)

- loading profile data of users you are monitoring doesn’t always work, sometimes just their feed is loading instead of their profile insides and tagging options

- there's no role for a team member, that limits his access to the assigned tasks only

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Customer Service

When getting requests that only can be answered by the customer service, we now are able to directly assign those to them. Therefore the customer can be given a direct competence answer and the process is faster and more directly.

Monitoring

Identify your hard core fans, user generated content and influencer much faster and with less effort due to monitoring filters.

"Easy to use, all you need social media management platform"

What do you like best?

Social inbox, scheduling tool and client review tool all in one!

What do you dislike?

That you can't see DMs from Instagram, but I don't believe that is Agorapulse's fault.

If you're looking for a one-stop shop, try out Agorapulse on their trail basis. Play around with it. Get the demo. I think you'll like it!

Everything is in one space. I love that as my business grows, I can add more platforms, if I need to. I am a huge fan of the ability to export reports for my clients, and to invite them to see the posts that are scheduled.

"AgoraPulse is an A Plus"

What do you like best?

I researched all the social media management tools, and considering we all have a job to do, so many of them fell short of the requirements. AgoraPulse was the only to meet my needs. It was easy to set-up and allowed me to do everything including adding photos, tagging others, adjusting one post for multiple channels (e.g. Twitter character limits), and seeing what is scheduled vs. what is already posted by channel. This tool makes me happy.

What do you dislike?

I wish groups (LinkedIn Groups and Facebook Groups) were included in the management feature. I manage a few of those for my oraganization too.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It seemed like the only robust tool out there to me. Do your homework. Read reviews. See what features tools provide. AgoraPulse provides everything I need (without a CRM that I don't need) and is priced competitively.

I manage social media across multiple channels for multiple trade associations. There is a lot to talk about in different ways to different audiences. I needed a way to stay organized and manage my content. AgoraPulse does this and also makes it so I don't have to log in and out of each account multiple times per day.

"Great, intuitive social media management tool!"

What do you like best?

I love the inbox feature - it allows a quick and easy way to see all comments and replies without having to spend hours searching through each platform. I can instantly respond back and then hit "reviewed" so that I know it's already been seen. Another awesome feature is the calendar - I can plan future posts well in advance and everything is all in one place. The ability to glance and visually review a thumbnail of each post gels perfectly with my workflow and preference for graphic cues. There's no confusing tabs and "streams" to add. I also appreciate the breadth of analytics available and that they're ready to export in a format that's presentation-friendly.

What do you dislike?

I wish that there was a way to include YouTube and Snapchat accounts as well, I believe YouTube is being added soon, but if it also allowed access to Snapchat, this management system would be the perfect tool. I wish the trial was a little bit longer so that I could continue familiarizing myself with all it has to offer. My institution is seriously considering subscribing but I won't be able to procure funds in time before it ends.

Definitely give Agorapulse a try - the ease of use and features are worth the investment.

"Promising Alternative but Doesn't Resolve Need for Other Aggregates "

What do you like best?

Customized editing based on the platform is the BEST part of this aggregate. The reports look as if they would be helpful but I haven't used that functionality as of yet. The calendar view is a great way to see what is being posted and rearrange copy to make sure posts are distributed well.

What do you dislike?

I disliked the inability to actually engage inside the app, I still had to utilize TweetDeck in order to be able to follow up with new followers and people who engaged with me on Twitter. Outside of direct messages which made it an additional step instead of reducing steps. The unreliability of the extension to pull images that I know can be pulled based on another aggregate I use for visual only social search and twitter scheduling worked yet the AP chrome extension wouldn't work requiring manual upload. This again took more time and had the opposite effect I desired which is streamlined time saving quality social management and engagement. Also unable to have edit some things once a post is scheduled requiring it be deleted to correct something simple which I can edit in the two other aggregates I pay to use. The app would arbitrarily place attributions in the copy field where they weren't typed.

Be sure to be comfortable using TweetDeck or using another aggregate with multiple stream integration for following topics, keywords and hashtags that also has engagement functionality.

"Very Professional Reports and Quick Learn"

What do you like best?

The thing that really sold me on this software was a fully functioning demo with a KILLER set of tools for output into a report. And not just some screen-viewable charts and graphs or even a PDF; but a fully editable PowerPoint document. Plus the configurations and options going into that report are robust. This really helps me look my best to the clients and when I was in a rush to replace our outgrown system, Agorapulse gave me the tools to deliver in a pinch.

Additionally, the iPhone app is appreciated and well-implemented.

What do you dislike?

The inbox and review protocol is better understood after watching a tutorial or two and it's not always obvious from which account or user you are replying.

Try it out. One of the best trials out there and a very competitive and scalable pricing plan.

This solved our biggest problem of getting up and running quickly and being able to look pro while still feeling our way around.

"Amazing tool for social media interaction"

What do you like best?

First of all, as we all know that there are so many tools and startegies among our social platforms these days. I just found AgoraPulse a several days ago. What amaze me is the ease of use comparing to other social communication as I didn't need to ask for any assistant or even much tutorial, I can strat diving to the way AgoraPulse can be use. To be honest it is very good to have a tool which suite on mobile devices as the mobility has arisen much more each day. Therefore, if you are a marketer or sales team this is one of the tools I do recommend for participate with your audinces. But as I mentioned I have just start and hope to find more of the benefit including some great API to integrate with some local especially Thailand. As we do use Thai language as a major languge. But it is a wonderful tools to have in hand even you are big or small company. As we all know that customer who does have interest with your products is more than customer. They can be more than customer if you serve them at the right place and right time.

What do you dislike?

On the other hand, it seems like some social media platform is not yet there. But this is due to my country tranditional social habits. Which in someway Facebook and Instagram are both important for us. But other such as Line including the language support is not yet there from my knowledge at this stage. For conclusion, as social media has been world spread and ecery language is very important to be able to use easily for both customer and seller. Therefore if you could improve those language or may be more option on it, I believe there will be much more opportunities and much more Agroplusrism here in Thailand for sure.

We all now in the social media communities which grew stronger and stronger each day. If you are a company witha vision, a try is a best experimental for you to see whether AgoraPulse suite with your company or not. Like I did. Just give it a try. Nothing to lose anyway. And you might problably like more than I do.

I actually having a trouble of control every channel for interaction by combing everything in one place. And it would be possible as an owner to answer all customers at all time. AgoraPulse help me to get attention from customer question or even reaction. This is one of the things I has found recently. But as I memtioned I have a very few knowledge at this stage. Therefore, in the future I believe more practical or more option and knowledge will help me with CRM experience to give our love and respect to all of every leads or loyalty customers to win their hearts and have our brand in one of theirs.

"4.5/5 - Best Manager I've used."

What do you like best?

Interface makes it extremely easy to manage social media. Easy to hide, delete and reply directly to comments on Facebook.

What do you dislike?

1. Cannot initiate a private message to users who comment on Facebook unless I go into Facebook by clicking the view button and choosing message and typing it in through Facebook. Once they've replied, I can continue through Agora. Just wish I could initiate the private message through Agora as well.

2. Would love some type of integration to help ticket systems such as ZenDesk. I know some other social media managers do that. It isn't a huge deal right now and the ease of use on Agora makes up for this feature missing.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Best interface we've seen. Extremely easy to hide, delete reply to comments on Facebook. Easy sorting so you can find private messages or comments. Auto moderation allows you to automatically delete or hide comments that are not wanted.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Handling customer service at a much faster pace. It is helping us deal with our early growing pains as a company. It's made our social media management 100x easier and has cut our time down to around 25% of what we used to spend managing it.

It's also helped us catch a few comments from customers which we may have missed previously. So, not only does it reduce our customer service time, but it also improves it.

"Quite Awesome"

What do you like best?

It improves workflow for my team a lot. Also, it has all the features needed to get the job done fast and efficient, without having to leave the app and log in separately on your social media accounts. I've tested the apps of the competition, and it's definitely the best fit for my needs and my business.

What do you dislike?

Really wish it had Pinterest as well. Other than that, it takes a bit to get used to, but I guess it's understandable considering all the features. Pinterest though...

After using and testing multiple products, AgoraPulse seems to be the best fit for my business. It has all the features needed to schedule posts and engage with your community. I recommend you at least try it out.

"Great capabilities and reporting for a marketing/content department of one"

What do you like best?

The schedule can be viewed as a list or calendar and it's so easy to duplicate and edit posts on one or multiple social platforms

What do you dislike?

Quirks with some social platform integrations (ex: LinkedIn images don't transmit and Facebook had a recent update with security which created issues when using links and photos)

Recommendations to others considering the product

Great option for departments that consist of one or many people. I love that I can send something to my VP for approval inside the product and he can approve it to schedule. Being in the financial sector, we have many regulations and disclosures that we have to adhere to and this makes it easy for me to edit posts or schedules on the fly and get approval. The reports or exported as PowerPoints and can be put straight into a presentation for editing or use. I use bit.ly for shortening links and tracking their use. That's the only thing HootSuite might hold over Agorapulse, but it's not a big deal.

As a new position in my office and the sole employee of the marketing department (other than my VP), I have to create, design, and schedule all content. This product makes it so easy. The reporting is fantastic, too. It's helped me win over stakeholders and get more investment and support.

Parfois, l'ergonomie n'est pas adaptée à la tâche. J'aimerais également que les statistiques soient encore un peu plus poussées avec des interprétations automatisées en fonction des statistiques et peut-être avoir certains chiffres référents par rapport aux utilisations moyennes.

"Easy to use"

What do you like best?

Definitely monitoring. It's very helpful to keep track of comments and mentions. It's also much easier to understand but more organized than Hootsuite, for example.

What do you dislike?

Limits for publishing. There's a maximum size for pictures, which means I always need to resize my pictures if I want to post through Agorapulse. Also, it's not possible to post multiples photos. So far I haven't been able to schedule videos either. Finally, I don't really like the app and I've had many issues with notifications - receiving them only half of the time.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm still in trial stage. I'm hoping to facilitate tracking of comments and mentions and to use analytics to improve results. I was planning to use it for publishing as well but so far it's not working for me.

"Solved my posting problems!"

What do you like best?

AgoraPulse has streamlined community management for me - a great help with a number of brands.

Posting is also a lot easier as I don't have to worry about link previews not showing as I've experienced with other CMS's and I can add in extra content easily without having to rearrange an entire posting schedule.

What do you dislike?

Would love if there was a stream of content so I could repost / retweet from within the dashboard.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm saving a lot of time with community management. The communities I look after are so busy, so bulk reviews and saved responses come in really handy.

"Un outil complet, accessible partout"

What do you like best?

AgoraPulse est un outil complet car il regroupe la programmation, les analytics et le monitoring. On peut tout organiser de son desktop ou de son mobile, grâce à l'app ce qui est vraiment un gros plus.

L'outil est également accessible aux personnes dont ce n'est pas le métier, grâce à un bon UX.

La possibilité de monitorer ses budgets est également un plus, ajouter ou supprimer des options facilement sans passer par le service client est très intéressant.

Parfois la lenteur du service client, on ne peut jamais les joindre et souvent les emails ont du mal à trouver une réponse.

"Best Social Media Management Platform"

What do you like best?

It has the easiest user interface of all the social media management platforms I've tried. The ability to tweak similar posts based on the platform is a life saver and one of my favorite features. The reporting metrics are also top of notch, especially when some other platforms don't have analytics for Instagram yet.

What do you dislike?

The only feature I would like to see is the ability to email an incoming message to non-Agora Pulse user. When dealing with customer service issues I would like to be able to send the social media post directly to my supervisor or CEO.

Take advantage of the trial and watch all of the tutorial videos.

"AgoraPulse Makes Life Easier"

What do you like best?

I've been using AgoraPulse for quite some time – I initially began using it mainly because of the beautiful reports it generates. Over the last several months, they've made some significant improvements which have made it my favorite social media management program. The queue feature (along with Chrome extension) has made my Twitter account more valuable to me and my followers – whenever I come across helpful content, I'm easily able to drop articles into my queue (without "blowing up" my followers' feeds). The reports are still my favorite feature and my clients love how they're able to see the effectiveness of their social campaigns for the month. I've been using the Instagram scheduling feature over the last couple of weeks – it's great, too. Whether you use AgoraPulse or not, make sure you follow their blog – very valuable and well-written content on there!

What do you dislike?

I wish they had bulk-uploading, but from what I understand, they're working on that.

"Awesome Social Management System"

What do you like best?

1. The mobile app is easy to use and makes like so much easier when managing from the road.

2. The reporting is detailed yet visual and easy to present to clients to show what you are doing for them, and identify weaknesses and strengths. If you have to prepare social media reports, you have to try it. It is worth it for them alone.

3. Customer Service, isn't just a sales pitch that doesn't get backed up with Agora Pulse. The FAQ section is actually helpful, but if you can't find an answer a person will get back to you. I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes for a response and it wasn't the typical, we'll look into it and get back to you.

Bonus - it is at a price that our small agency can afford!

What do you dislike?

Publishing takes a little longer to get used to. Just little things that have to be done in the right order. If you include a link it won't let you upload an image without turning it into a thumbnail. so you have to upload a photo first and then put the link in the copy. It also doesn't have the ability to upload multiple images when scheduling.

Definitely do the trial so you can see it in action, if even for the great reporting.

He usado otras plataformas para gestionar Redes Sociales y la mayoría se centran en un solo perfil, y, ni aún así, ofrecen tantas funcionalidades como AgoraPulse.

La facilidad de uso es impresionante, tanto que cualquier persona con mínimos conocimientos de gestión puede manejarlo.

Desde su web oficial se puede acceder a información sobre el producto, sobre sus características y, además, sobre temas relacionados con las redes sociales, su funcionamiento y recomendaciones basadas en casos prácticos que sirven de ayuda.

Creo que la mejor manera de convencerse es probar tanto AgoraPulse como el resto de plataformas en sus versiones de prueba y comprobar "en directo" las diferencias entre una y otra. Tampoco usar una u otra significa tener que usar solo una. Me parece que se pueden usar complementariamente.

"One of the best SMM packages going - excellent reports!"

What do you like best?

The reporting feature produces some of the best documents around.

Clients have consistently been impressed with the level of detail contained in them, and we have been delighted with the accuracy of the data.

While we are yet to trial any of the Social Media competition features, these are certainly great to have "in our pocket". Clients have already shown interest in using some of these for their own campaigns.

What do you dislike?

Very little - a few features are still outstanding, such as the ability to post more than one picture in a post, but the mechanism for developing these features is outstanding - the team keep the users up to date on progress of all feature requests.

The user interface can feel a little clunky at times, but this doesn't affect the overall experience too much.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Take advantage of the free trial, and don't be afraid to approach the AgoraPulse team with any questions.

There really isn't anything else on the market that compares when it comes to reporting.

"Una herramienta recomendable"

He probado varias herramientas para gestionar las redes sociales de mi blog y en AP he encontrado una de las más completas y efectivas que hay. Una interfaz bastante simple y completa y sus reportes muy completos hacen de AgoraPulse una herramienta recomendable.

What do you dislike?

Personalmente utilizo el iPad Pro a diario y la falta de una app dedicada para esta plataforma o una versión web optimizada para el iPad serían mi mayor queja. Eso sí, utilizo AP desde el iPad Pro a diario en su versión web (no el app) en desktop mode, pero aún así no va del todo perfecta. Espero mejoren esto pronto.

Por otro lado, en el plan de Medium sería interesante poder añadir, al menos, 2 o 3 competidores y no solamente uno.

Por último, un detalle que sería sumamente interesante es el poder añadir varias fotos (no solo una) por posts en Facebook y Twitter. En Facebook, por ejemplo, se pueden crear álbumes o un post con varias fotos. Al AP no tener esta opción, tengo que estar continuamente brincando entre AP y Facebook Pages para posts de este tipo. Igual pasa con los vídeos al no poder subir uno directamente desde AP.

"Very helpful!"

What do you like best?

I was frantically hunting for a social media automating app/suite which would reduce my burden of managing the scheduling of social media. Needless to say, from the many (many many many) softwares and webpages i browsed, I found AgoraPulse to top them all.

It offers a renewable trial period (a marketer cannot assess the viability of a program in only 14 days - so i needed more days). It has twitter, instagram, linkedIn and Facebook in a single stream which is very useful for me as i am a person who prefers a visual representation of the mountains of text: AgoraPulse downs everything in a very aesthetic looking table which is super easy to use.

AP is also the most user-friendly option and its full version is much cheaper than the others as well.

I think i will definitely recommend AP to my colleagues and will continue to use it.

Would appreciate discounts and sale seasons for start-up organizations like mine.

"Life saver! "

What do you like best?

What I don't like is an easier question! From the easy to use interface to real time analytics Agora is simply the best tool for social media management out there (and I tried all of them). It makes scheduling posts and ad management seem like a breeze. The weekly summary is a great time saver for anyone having to do such summaries for business.

What do you dislike?

Yet to be discovered... I honestly have to say that after trying all the social managing tools recommended by anyone and everyone I finally found something that works for me!

If you are not sure they offer a free trial. Try it for a few days and you wont be able to live without it!

"Great Social Management Tool"

What do you like best?

My company has about 5 social platforms. I love that I am able to manage them all in one central location and cross-post between the accounts. The Queue feature saves me a ton of time in scheduling recurring posts on each account, and helps to make sure we are always active on social. Additionally, the monitoring tool makes sure we never miss an engagement, and always interact with our followers. While we have not used the campaign features yet, it will be great to have these in our back pocket. Agorapulse offers everything you need in one easy to use interface. It's particularly helpful that I don't need to invest a lot of time and energy into learning a overly compliacted software system-- Agorapulse is intuitive and user-friendly.

What do you dislike?

I wish I could export results into Excel as well PPT. Additionally, it would help to have a built-in link shortner that tracked link-clicks.

"Outstanding personal service and an amazing tool"

What do you like best?

The ease and power of AgoraPulse make it extremely attractive. The auto photo upload tool saves a lot of time as does the queue system. We are able to monitor our clients engagement more effectively and everything is all in one place making how we work more efficient. The personalised service is outstanding and not found in many other scheduling platforms.

What do you dislike?

If we have found anything that we missed from our last scheduling platform we have contacted AgoraPulse who have always provided a solution. I can't say I dislike anything as the company are extremely positive to feedback and want us to inform them of any 'need'.

"Powerful and incredibly easy to use"

What do you like best?

The inbox setup is prertty amazing. It's clean and easy to use and I love that I can have my social media manager flag the things that require my attention. The analytics seem pretty thorough and they're explained in a way that's mostly pretty easy to understand. The thing I'm most excited about is the user profiling. Being able to see all of my interactions with a user and having AgoraPulse flag the users that are important to interact with will be a huge time saver.

What do you dislike?

There are some parts of the site that use language that isn't really explained anywhere, which is pretty frustrating. This is especially a problem in the analytics section. And these aren't specific terms to social media stuff. I can't look them up anywhere and my social media manager said that she'd have to look around and see if they detailed them anywhere because of how vague some of the language was.

I don't really have the time for social media even though it's an important part of my business. But it's also something that I can't really just farm out; the stuff I need to post about and reply to requires highly specialised knowledge that most people don't have. The flagging system lets me spend as little time as possible but still address everything I need to, and the user tracking saves me a tonne of time too.

What do you like best?

AgoraPulse staff is extremely helpful and diligent. They go the extra mile to help solve any issues and answer questions blazing fast.

I also really like the open approach to their feature planning as they take into account the request from their user and how many users would like to have a specific request to prioritize the release of new features.

AgoraPulse supports a wide range of Social Page and keeps adding new ones. They also make it really easy to keep track all messages from our community and not miss a single one.

What do you dislike?

There is not much to dislike. There are a couple of points which could be improved:

- A possibility to sync Twitter on real-time - currently the minimum time is 5 minutes

- A possibility to merge multiple channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) into one inbox for faster reviewing would be awesome

I would definitely recommend AgoraPulse to other companies as it's a simple tool, easy to set up and understand. It's easy to set up a trial to give it a try.

Rien à part une chose :

Depuis l'application Facebook sur iPhone, les liens vers les jeux (applications) vont vers des pages d'erreur car les applications tiers ne s'ouvrent pas. C'est normal c'est un blocage Facebook, en revanche il serait intéressant que depuis l'appli iOS le lien s'ouvre dans un navigateur web (Safari ou Chrome) afin de permettre à tous de participer aux concours. La concurrence le propose.

Lo que más me gusta de AgoraPulse es su inbox COMPLETO y en tiempo real (incluyendo mensajes directos, comentarios y una sección de monitoreo para publicaciones de otras páginas que me mencionan. Poder contar con Facebook, Instagram, Twitter y LinkedIn en un solo lugar es más que necesario y su pricing es competitivo e interesante para agencias pequeñas y medianas.

AMÉ el servicio al cliente. Ojalá no encarezcan la herramienta, continúen mejorándola y su servicio al cliente siga siendo campeón.

No me gusta no tener un solo INBOX para todas mis marcas. Tengo Community Managers que deben manejar 2 o 3 cuentas y cada cuenta con múltiples perfiles sociales. Sería bueno incluir eso.

"Affordable Social Media Management and Listening Tool"

What do you like best?

AgoraPulse is an affordable solution for nonprofits and small businesses looking to up their social media game. The flexibility of the month to month subscription payment plan (rather than a contract) and affordable rate has allowed us to explore what kinds of features are most beneficial to our marketing plan and future campaigns.

The UI is for the most part intuitive, clean with the right amount of color. I can see all incoming messages, comments, and monitored keywords/hashtags at a glance. The mobile app is great for weekend and on-the-go monitoring. The tech support team is highly responsive and helpful, and product development and new features are all based on their users demand. I was very excited for one of the latest updates - customized date ranges for reports!

What do you dislike?

Report customization is still limited, though growing. The PowerPoint format is a great visual for presenting in meetings, but I would like to be able to export reports in other file formats, like an Excel Spreadsheet, for managers that like to dig into numbers. I also would like to be able to customize the sections of the report, rather than having to export first, then delete unneeded slides.

There is still some wonkiness when scheduling/sharing on Facebook when it comes to tagging, or trying to include multiple pictures in a post. For that, I use Facebook's native scheduler.

We needed to grow our social media presence, and have a way to track and report out that growth, but as a non-profit most tools are out of our budget range. AgoraPulse allows me to manage multiple platforms simultaneously, publish the same content across platforms, and identify key topics.

"Great Tool for Publishing and Reporting"

What do you like best?

What sets this social media monitoring tool apart is the easy and pretty reporting tools and functions. As a social media manager providing ROI for my clients is important, and AgoraPulse is a tool that makes my job 100x easier. Their publishing tool is extremely easy to use, and it really efficient for publishing to multiple channels. Each channel has an easy edit function so you can make your post look exactly how you'd like.

What do you dislike?

I would like a bulk uploader option to upload cvs files directly into the publisher.

Do the free trail and actually spend the time populating it to see how it works! Run a report and use the publisher!

I love the publishing features. The calendar view is fantastic and it is so convenient to be able to post on multiple profiles at once and schedule content more than once.

What do you dislike?

Changes to the software have not always been accompanied by an explanation, which causes confusion.

"Great for staying on top of engagement "

What do you like best?

I love the ability to monitor all my social channels and respond to my readers in one place. I'm a content creator and I have a great system to schedule content, but I haven't bern able to find a system that I could use to monitor comments in one place every that was easy to use. I finally have a solution with Agorapulse!

What do you dislike?

You can set up a reusable que for Twitter, but not on other platforms. It would be nice to have that feature for evergreen content.

"Best all inclusive solution for small business"

What do you like best?

Easy to use features that encompass all major social media profiles, not just twitter like others. I am also pleased that there is a mobile app available;e in the Good store and on iTunes so that this can be used on mobile as well. The reporting is also beautiful! This is really handy when you have teams to set goals for or investing partners who want to see those positive inclines and customer touches.

What do you dislike?

Is there really anything no to like? I can say the desktop version is more conductive to our needs rather than the app. How long the G2 Crowd review for this product is. I am happy to leave reviews and there is a perk with a month free. BUT 20 minutes to fill out a review for a small business owner is a lot to ask.

"Does what others just can't do"

What do you like best?

We evaluated AgoruPulse as an alternative to or current software. It does everything that Hootsuite does and more, just in a far cleaner and focused manner. Additionally, downloadable reports come free of charge as part of your subscription and not an add-on.

What do you dislike?

As with most social media management software, pricing is always an issue. AgoraPulse does strike a fair balance in pricing, although the limitations on the number of social accounts may put you off. We'd like to see the €49 plan include 10 social accounts, currently only 5.

The software is fantastic however for smaller organisations the pricing/number of social accounts maybe a problem.

The reason for evaluating new software was in regards to analytics. Our current provider have started charging just to download reports. AgoraPulse solves this problem.

What do you like best?

I love that it notifies us on any messages or notification each and every day. This allows us to stay on top of our commitments for clients. I also love it has an app! It’s very easy to use and keeps me notified at all times.

"Easy, packed with tons of information"

What do you like best?

It's simple to use, with good features and good analytics. The app also works great and it's a complement to the desktop application. Managing 4 accounts (across different social media platforms) its easy, also publishing and reviewing. I've tried before Agora 2 other similar social media tools and by far this have been the best for my business

What do you dislike?

The social media blog doesn't works (it downloads with the cellphone app) and perhaps a little more customization over reports would be a nice to have. When installing it, you get all your post, messages, etc as "to be reviewed".

Mainly get control over posts and media published in the social networks of the bands we manage, checking editorial content, photographs, etc. Also getting analytics of best publishing hours and getting what works and what not on the publications

"Solid social media management platform with a lot of potential."

What do you like best?

I like that it's intuitive and the interface is easy on the eyes. I love the responsive feedback system that keeps users updated on what developers are working on implementing into the platform. For example, I was made aware that they are working on implementing Facebook Group monitoring within the platform. I love this dialogue because an industry like social media is constantly evolving and platforms have to keep up with that, or else they become useless. There are some other random perks, like posting photos to existing albums on Facebook and in-platform translations. Agorapulse has a really good mention-tracking system, and I was able to pick up on a lot of stuff that other platforms had missed or hadn't consolidated into one place.

What do you dislike?

I don't like that you can't bulk post without facing formatting errors (e.g. between Twitter and Facebook). I wish there was Pinterest integration. The fact that you have to go through every individual message and check it as "reviewed" is a bit cumbersome when you have 1000s of comments or messages to sort through per day. The analytics and reporting was pretty basic, but not any worse than what else is offered out there. I don't like that there isn't a section for drafts when creating posts for social.

Test it out before you commit to buying it! It definitely worked really well for us, but that might not be the case for everyone. However, it has a lot of really solid basic capabilities that are worth checking out if you're in the market. Another factor is the kinds of social media channels you're monitoring, so again, highly recommend that you try it out first before committing to a contract!

I wanted to be able to schedule posts across several platforms consistently and to enhance our social listening capabilities. It is important to our company that we are actively engaging with our online audience, and Agorapulse helps us do that. What do you like best?

AgoraPulse won us over with their combination of cool apps, excellent analytics, and excellent price point. As a social media director, being able to track everything is paramount, and for the cost, nobody does analytics like AP. What also excited us about AP is their dedication to continually improve their product.

Now that we've been using AP for a few months, we couldn't be more pleased. Outstanding reporting and every new addition makes the value better and better. We love the new chrome extension, and the requeue option is super helpful.

What do you dislike?

A way to auto-populate UTM tracking in links would be cool. Also, requeuing for other social platforms would be nice, and a way to tag outgoing messages too.

Check out the analytics! I like how they integrate Facebook ad campaigns. Also, the CRM is super useful.

"Best Social Managing Tool Ever! "

What do you like best?

My favorite thing about AgoraPulse is the ability to manage all my clients Facebook acquisitions, that are not promoted through Timeline. Love the ability to see everything that is completed at glance and know what needs to be done. Makes managing my social "inbox" so much easier and efficient. Great time-saver. Assigning comments to other Team Members is seamless and easy to understand. The entire platform is very user friendly and out-of the box, ready to use! No real in-depth training is required for non-social team members. Great scheduling calendar, makes it super easy to see everything at-a-glance, so you know if you missed any days that posts could go up. The reports are way better than Facebook's reports and unlike other social platforms, they are included in the pricing. The benefits of AgoraPulse are a great value for the pricing.

What do you dislike?

I would like it if AgoraPulse allowed assigning team members who are not users of Facebook. Would also like to be able to email comments/posts/tweets to someone outside of AgoraPulse, like company CEOs who would not be on a social manager. Would like emojis and photo-uploads in a comment reply on Facebook.

Don't wait to sign-up and use this product! I found after just a few days of using AgoraPulse the value of the paid version is well worth the money. I started with the $99/mo option and with a few weeks of using it, upgraded to the "Large" version. Worth every penny when it comes to managing the customers needs on the accounts I manage.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Solves the problem of being able to manage CRM on Facebook ad acquisitions that absolutely no other Social Media platform (like Hootsuite and Sprout Social) offers! Love the easy tags that I can create on the fly to follow CRM trends that need be shared with the Customer Support Team and Product Development Teams. Great for reporting and planning.

"AgoraPulse has been a great addition to our arsenal of tools!"

What do you like best?

We have been able to easily keep tabs on all of our social media accounts, monitor all mentions and conversations regarding our brand and interact with our audience! It also makes scheduling posts across multiple platforms a breeze. Lastly, there customer service has been quick to help and respond to questions/issues.

What do you dislike?

The only issue I have is the inability to include multiple photos in one social media post when using the scheduling feature.

"AgoraPulse is perfect for a small business"

What do you like best?

I love the unified inbox. This was the main reason for using AgoraPulse. It has great customer management options in the app also which helps if you are a small team with a big social backlog. It has great app integrations too like Instagram, and has everything at your fingertips within 3 clicks.

What do you dislike?

The mobile app isn't as polished as the web interface but still does the basic job. Not being able to see lists in Twitter was a small annoyance too.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It doesn't do everything, but after trying many paid and free versions of similar software; AgoraPulse comes damn close. There were very specific needs for my business that wouldn't be applicable to someone not in media production but for 90% of people with a SME this software would be perfect.

I'm used it for managing the social media for our podcast. It did help with the huge backlog of social that I would have been lost in.

"Sanity restored - thanks AgoraPulse!"

What do you like best?

I was so skeptical to try, yet another, social media management program. I was prepared for another hootsuite type let down BUT I am so glad that I took a deep breath and talked myself into giving one more smm a try. There will be no more let downs, AgoraPulse delivers exactly what they claim. Using their product I feel more organized, prepared and sane! And their great reporting tool saves me so much time.

What do you dislike?

Obviously their are desires for more Instagram abilities beyond everyone's reach. It would be great to also have access to my clients' Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and snapchat through this great format.

Forget all the disappointments and unfulfilled promises from other companies - this is the last one you have to 'give a try'!

"Great experience and best practices with Agorapulse "

What do you like best?

(Excuse my english, I am french) I have used Agorapulse for the last 3 years, especially for special gaming operation such as Quizz, photo contest etc... on the Facebook pages of my clients. So I have discovered the plateform and the services throught the contest first. The great point will be the viral option (which give 10 points to each participant who have a facebook friend participating), another point is the analythics solutions and the possibility to have an extract with excel very easily. Without the application you are really blind when you organize a contest, with it you save a lot of time + you can achieve your marketing goals.

Now since 2015 I use it as a marketing and social media agency for the contest but for the community management and social analythics as well, I like

- the schedule to programm the post

- the analythics + the possibility to extract a powerpoint report

- the answering and CRM solutions

Last but not least, Agorapulse has a french back office ! WoW so cool not to forget the french touch ;)

What do you dislike?

My remarks will be (it's probably coming soon, so my purpose is only to tease the Agorapulse team)

- For Facebook tools : not possible to tag @ a page or fan (Tell me il I am wrong ?) in a post directly in the plateform

- FB as well not possible to post a multiple photo post

- For Twitter, same not, possible to tag (even if you are connectect) you can tag, but you have to copy paste the username...

Recommendations to others considering the product

Save time, automation of some social media tasks (such as multipublishing), great for analythics, best value inf France for organising contest and "excuse my french" it's "en français s'il vous plait" and this is a great point for french market. Last point, the support give (quick) and real answer by mail or chat, this is so helpful in our every day job dealing with applications online...

"AgoraPulse is Great"

What do you like best?

I love the way AgoraPulse can schedule posts across multiple platforms at once and you can review past posts, current posts and upcoming posts in a simple calendar format. I also love the tracking on comments, mentions and messages received on all of your platforms in one handy spot. The social media reports are also fantastics for sharing with my Clients.

What do you dislike?

I would like a little more flexibility with posting video's and the @ tagging function to be a little cleaner. I would also be great to have LinkedIn posting become a little more smoother. Having said that, we have put 'work around processes' in place and AgoraPulse is still worth it.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This is a progressive company and they have a really stable and effective platform. It is not perfect, however, the company is aware of their shortfalls and are working on implementing solutions and new features all the time.

We needed to cut down the time spend creating and scheduling posts as well as responding to client messages, etc. AgoraPulse allows us to do this very easily.

"Just what I need"

What do you like best?

I like the fact that I can have all the information I need at my fingertips, no matter how many clients I am working with. I enjoy using AgoraPulse on my Desktop and my iPhone when on the move. I don't know how I managed before!

What do you dislike?

That I can't have a custom range for reports. I would like to be able to generate reports for any number of days / months. The 30 day max limit is restricting.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would say that if you are trying to increase brand awareness in Social by scheduling your online social strategy and you want to monitor for mentions this is the tool for you. It is value for money and is a work in progress. I keep seeing it updated and new features being added for no extra cost, which is awesome.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am solving the poor social reach my clients had before, their bad response times and their very limited involvement as a brand in Social Networks. Since using AgoraPulse, I can monitor the things I need to fix and can focus my attention on the things that matter. I have increased engagement and brand awareness for my clients, plus I have managed to help them increase sales by diverting traffic through offers to their booking and reservation engines.

"Simplicity is the key"

What do you like best?

"AgoraPulse is just like the rest... kinda..."

What do you like best?

AgoraPulse is just like the rest of the social media monitoring and scheduling solutions out there. Take your pick - SproutSocial, HootSuite, Buffer, Falcon... they're all pretty much the same. AgoraPusle is easy to use, easy to manage with teams and multiple users and gives decent reports.

What do you dislike?

There's nothing to really set it apart from the competition. It is a just another social media scheduler and manager. I didn't see anything here to draw me away from other solutions.

"Great social management platform for teams"

What do you like best?

It's an excellent social media management tool. Really straightforward and nice to use. Social inbox and keyword monitoring features are, I think, my favoured of such platforms - with the helpful review and flagging functions meaning you never miss anything important. Decent ready-to-present reports and some great facebook features. Especially good for teams with lots of customer interaction. Excellent customer service and a great pricing point for what you get.

What do you dislike?

That you can't review twitter news feeds or see new followers from within the platform (at the moment) or schedule retweets/retweet with comments. Lack of bulk upload or campaign scheduling features means pre-posting a series a little more time-consuming than elsewhere.

For the price point, you'll be impressed. Definitely heading in the right direction, so worth checking out and seeing if it meets your needs.

"Perfect build for a Community Manager"

What do you like best?

For the longest time our company has been managing our social media with multiple hands in the cookie jar and attempting to get content in a timely fashion Agorapulse allows us to set up all of our content and interact with our growing customer base so much easier than "manually" managing content. It also allows us another aspect of rewarding our customer base by allowing for sweepstakes and coupon codes (something that were always created manually then distributed). We also checked out a couple other platforms and found them lacking in features compared to AgoraPulse 10/10 would highly recommend in the future.

What do you dislike?

Honestly for the size and scope of our company there isnt a single thing that stands out as a Con to us. we are a small non-for Profit and having such a powerful tool at our disposal is an incredible boon.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

AgoraPulse allows us to get a birds eye view of social media between our two marketing teams. It coordinates well with the Information Technology section and allows us to find our weak spots in social media and start making targeting posts to where those spots are.

"Intuitive, productive and fun to use"

What do you like best?

User experience is everything when you're too busy to mess around on a steep learning curve or poke around with clunky interfaces - and the AgoraPulse user experience is just really nice.

It's the most agile and user-friendly platform I have found for multiple account team management and it's really comprehensive for performance metrics - especially when it comes to comparing yourself to competitors).

I tested it extensively against Hootsuite and it was literally no contest on usability, feature richness or price.

You can do all kinds of stuff with it, like running Facebook competitions and those fun surveys that people like to share on social. It enables an admin to assign responses to social messages and interactions to other people in the team, which I've found fantastic for keeping across everything for clients who are too busy to monitor social for themselves.

What do you dislike?

I wish it covered LinkedIn and Pinterest too. I think AgoraPulse needs to scale up to become the only tool social marketers need, for the convenience of users who don't want to keep flicking between different tools.

When you've tried it for a while, dive into the results metrics because they are outstanding.

Attempting to get clients to engage with consistent social media activity. Because it's a 'nice' intuitive interface, clients are not instantly put off. Things like driving response time down on Facebook and ensuring Tweets aren't left unanswered have been among the benefits I attributed to stronger followings, fans and engagement metrics..

" So far it's great!! "

What do you like best?

overall, this tool actually seems to be more powerful then I originally even thought. Great integration with Facebook and Twitter, and a good integration with Instagram considering their limitations on the app API

What do you dislike?

From what I can tell so far the integration with LinkedIn and Google plus it's fairly limited. Although these are not used in a manner that requires much more, it would still be nice to be able to reply and work more within those apps.

For the price it definitely holds its own. There are tools out there that will have more bells and whistles, but I have not been able to find any with as much value. Also, AgoraPulse really seems to hit the nail on the head with the right mix of tools without it becoming too difficult to operate for your standard user

Managing multiple channels of social media can be a complete pain, this makes it at least manageable, if not even fun to use. As I bring on more customers, I have a strong feeling that this tool is going to become even more useful

"Very intuitive"

What do you like best?

The insights on the performance of paid and organic campaigns is really good. I find I am able to get a better ROI when I use this tool to analyze every campaign and fine tune. Just fantastic. Only wish i found it earlier

What do you dislike?

I was hoping an offline app could be developed and available for analysis on the go especially when I am on the road and have an intermittent internet connection. If have not tested the other comparison features extensively yet

"Fits Our Needs"

What do you like best?

The analytics available through AgoraPulse were the reason we decided to go with them for our social media management tools. The reports are detailed and easy to understand, allowing us to know where we can/are getting the most value out of our social media marketing program.

What do you dislike?

If I could change one thing I would like the social calendars to be combined. While it is nice being able to see only the scheduled posts from one account at a time, I don't like having to switch tabs all the time.

We were using a free service before and did not have access to analytics reports outside of what Facebook or Twitter offer their users. Now we are able to get the details we need to track hashtag popularity, traffic, and we can see where our audience is seeing the most value from us.

"Easy and effective"

What do you like best?

The software is easy to use meaning you very quickly get to grips with all of its different features. It also has a great reporting area that gives you all the stats you need. The content approval process is good too.

What do you dislike?

Date is in american format rather than UK and this can't be changes. The content calendar could be slightly improved so you don't have to click so much but is a good view still.

"Easy to use and jam packed full of features"

What do you like best?

AgoraPulse offers a really all round social tool at a great price point. It is much more economical than some of the other social tools on the market that offer the same benefits.

The interface is incredibly easy to get to grips with and with the ability to schedule posts, assign & manage comments and messages and monitor keywords you have pretty much everything you need all in one little package.

Having trialled the app it also seems like an intuitive way to keep on top of your social accounts on the go

What do you dislike?

There is very little to dislike about AgoraPulse, however as with most things some tweaks would improve performance further.

Scheduling is very simple, but in some cases can come across more clunky than it needs to be. It would be great if you could drag and drop posts to different dates.

It would also be good to be able to post multiple images and unscheduled or reschedule posts that have already been scheduled rather than just delete them.

The workflow options make it an incredibly valuable resource as it means we can assign incoming social messages to specific areas of the business to manage. This helps improve efficiency and offers a better service to our customers.

"I'm in love <3"

What do you like best?

Oh, I've tried out about 10 to 12 different programs and softwares that do similar things or say the do similar things and have not been impressed by what they offer. I work for a company of more than 5,000 employees nation-wide and am managing the corporate pages. I have fallen in love with AgoraPulse and have become the biggest advocate for Agora. The amount of features, the depth, and the UI has impressed me and the price cannot be beat. I've only used the trial so far but like I said, I'm in love <3.

What do you dislike?

I do not have a single negative comment.

I have tried many (10 to 12) softwares and programs and have not been impressed with any until AgoraPulse. I am currently in the process of presenting this software to my team but with the ease of use, UI and amount of features it will be an easy pitch. I work for a company of over 5,000 employees nation-wide and I manage our corporate pages and this has changed the way I manage our social media pages.

Pour engager une communauté sur les réseaux, il ne suffit pas de publier, programmer des publications, il faut créer des discussions : AgoraPulse est l'outil idéal pour ça! En effet, toutes vos notifications habituelles sont regroupées sur un seul et même écran, sous forme de discussions : vous ne pouvez rien rater/oublier!

Ensuite, Agorapulse propose bon nombre d'applications/onglet permettant d'organiser des concours, de présenter vos projets, de faire des pétitions... Vous pourrez innover pour engager votre communauté!

Un outil permet également d'analyser et de suivre ses "ambassadeurs", les personnes les plus engagées vis-à-vis de votre communauté. Idéal pour mettre en oeuvre votre stratégie!

Plus classique pour ce type de logiciels : la programmation de publication, les outils de veille, des fonctions d'analyse… Et AgoraPulse fait tout ça très bien !

Moins de fonctionnalités sur twitter, mais c’est prometteur, pas envie de le mettre dans les points négatifs pour le moment.

What do you dislike?

Je suis allé de temps en temps sur l’application Android, mais elle ne m’a pas donné envie d’aller plus loin. Pas beaucoup de fonctions, et je n’ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner les alertes. Inutile pour le moment, la version desktop est magnifique et donne envie d’y retourner.

Pas de gestion des groupes sur Facebook. Un gros manque au regard du développement de ces derniers !

"Scheduling, Monitoring, Reporting, and Affordability"

What do you like best?

My favorite feature so far is the all in one social inbox. As an OCD inbox emptier this really spoke to me and helps me keep my social networks running smoothly without having to go to each one and monitor what is going on and what is being said.

What do you dislike?

I wish there was a way to save content to folders for later use. I frequently repost evergreen content and would love to see a feature like this come soon. I also really with there was a way to manage Pinterest from AgoraPulse that would literally make this an all in one tool.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you need to consolidate and save time this is the tool. Don't let price intimidate you. They offer yearly subscriptions at a discount and the added bonus of adding additional profiles to your plan for only $10 more a month.

I feel like with Agora Pulse I am actually keeping all the sections for social marketing spinning at once. I don't have to bounce between applications to see what I need. I love the flexibility of being about to schedule or queue posts based on an adjustable time table. The analytics are out of this world and beautifully designed. Lastly I am finding that I save time using AgoraPulse.

What do you like best?

Es un excelente aliado a la hora de ajustar los reportes con los clientes, saca perfectas métricas que puedes cruzar con tus resultados finales del mes, lo recomiendo para cualquier empresa de marketing digital.

To be completely honest, AgoraPulse is priced way less than it should be. Just look at its competitors and you'll see that you would pay 5-10x more just to get a few of the features you get with AgoraPulse. And it's just as good.

"Great for managing multiple social profiles!"

What do you like best?

It's great to find a social tool that provides good data in a user-friendly way and allows you to easily publish all your social updates. As I need to work on multiple profiles each day it also saves me time as I'm able to monitor all channels in one place.

What do you dislike?

Would be great to be able to upload multiple images to a single update - although I'm sure this is a change that will be rolled out soon!

"Best affordable Suite ever"

What do you like best?

I really like how simple and self explaining this tool is. It just took me a few minutes to figure everything out and I really like to manage and monitor my pages and accounts via the manager tool.

What do you dislike?

There're not many things I dislike - one would be that I miss implementation of other tools like buffer or some content aggregation tools to fetch useful content via eg. feedly.

Don't think any longer about it. If you are looking for an easy, flexible, modular and affordable tool, you found it!

"A powerful tool to fit your needs."

What do you like best?

For us, one of the most used features is the one for exporting reports of all our channels. It helps a lot saving time at the beginning of every month to evaluate everything we've done. Also, having everything in one place saves a lot of time monitoring our clients. Instead of having multiple tabs open, we have everything in one place.

What do you dislike?

I wish they could add Snapchat to it. But I know it's a matter of time ;)

"AgoraPulse is highly recommended in our office!"

What do you like best?

AgoraPulse makes engaging with our clients' followers simple and quick. The simple layout is easy to follow and even though we have a lot of accounts we are able to work on them with ease. We can now also produce reports all in the same place, saving time and money. If there are any issues the 'help' team reply very quickly and have already added some of our suggestions

I have been unable t add more than one image to my tweets and it would be great if the twitter handles were stored and remembered for future use

"After Shopping Around for Social Media Management, I Always Come Back to AgoraPulse"

What do you like best?

AgoraPulse offers a complete suite for social media management: publishing content, monitoring comments/messages across all major social media platforms. I've always had a headache trying to respond to existing and potential customers, so the comments/messages monitoring feature is what I'm most interested in. I've went on trials for quite a few other similar softwares and services, but I can say with confidence that AgoraPulse's offering is unparalleled. Dark posts and ad campaigns included!

An added bonus for monitoring comments/messages through a third-party software is that I don't really need to have Facebook, a proven source of distractions, opened at all times.

Hashtag monitoring on Instagram is a big plus too.

What do you dislike?

The UI, while not terrible, leans towards bare bones and could be sleeker. This does not affect functionality whatsoever, so I guess it could be a matter of taste or even just familiarity.

The "conversation" window where sometimes developers make announcements or support tickets is much easier to locate on the mobile app and next to impossible to find on the desktop.

"New User "

What do you like best?

I love the easy to use interface, unlimited reports (!!!!), and social inbox. It really can cut back on the time and learning curve for social- especially if you social is one of many things you're managing. Great reports. I did a ton of research on which management tool to get and am confident this was the right decision. The price is also great.

What do you dislike?

I do wish that there was an option to just go to "home". Doesn't impact how I use it but it would make it more user friendly to be able to make a general post on the calendar or in the queue without being in the facebook category for instance. Also, when drafting, sometimes I like to just schedule a general concept and then go back to edit it later. There is the option to save as a draft but it won't let you save it until the content it ok to post (i.e. character requirement on twitter).

Also would like to have option for PDF reports, although I LOVE the PPT reports.

"Awesome capability and user friendly"

What do you like best?

Having used SproutSocial and liked it, I'm finding that AgoraPulse has all the capabilities of SproutSocial and a few extra added benefits for a very good price. Tagging is great for our multi-departmental business and we want to report for each department the activities we are posting and then use the analytics to review. AgoraPulse is great for that. We're also looking into using the FB contest features soon.

What do you dislike?

If I am being nitpicky, it would be the mobile app is not capable of doing all the website is able to do BUT the fact I have a mobile app that allows me to check in on social activity is AWESOME!

I highly recommend using it and use it beyond the trial period. I had a couple of glitches that almost made me not want to purchase but I believe it is just a trial period issue. You need the full functionality to be able to access and see exactly great AgoraPulse truly is.

Our problem is scheduling posts on multiple social platforms, getting great analytics by department, social listening. We've been able to quickly and very easily monitor and respond directly in the app the responses we are getting through AgoraPulse.

"Perfect support for Social Media Admin"

What do you like best?

When you are administrating a highly active community, collaboration in the admin team is key. And this tool makes it really easy to do that! Moreover it has a very easy to handle user interface and good, fair pricing. We have been testing a couple of systems and now decided to go with AgoraPulse. We are really enjoying it - especially the Chat support - that is really useful, when you are new to it. Plus: If you want to provide reports to your management, this tool comes handy too. Solid reporting material with a nice graphic format!

What do you dislike?

Actually there is nothing I dislike with this tool. But I am looking forward to be able to add more channels to it, such as LinkedIn, Blogs, Pinterest maybe.

"Agorapulse - 2nd to none!"

What do you like best?

The 'Zero Inbox' method of Agorapulse is completely mind blowing. I can review every post, message, review or comment related to my pages -- and walk away feeling completely at ease that there's nothing I'm missing. I actually mean this when I say that thanks to Agorapulse and team, I sleep better at night.

What do you dislike?

I really have to think about it when trying to drum up any complaints. The only thing that I've noticed is that sometimes the Agorapulse app (which is rather new) will have some bugs to it. At times it hasn't loaded correctly, so I simply leave the app and refresh it. However, whenever I point these bugs out, the team has been good to contact me directly and inquire more about the situation so that they can take care of it.

For me, I was looking for something that made my workday easier. I spent hours scanning over the comments, the reviews, the posts and the messages -- Agorapulse made it easy by putting it all in one place. There was no way for me to overlook anything. It also offers variety for campaigns and scheduling. If you're looking to simplify your life as a Facebook Admin, and the traffic is just too much then I would highly recommend considering Agorapulse. Easiest decision of my life.

I monitor a handful of pages that get a lot of traffic. Before Agorapulse, I just accepted the fact that I was never going to be able to review EVERY SINGLE post, comment and review by myself. But with Agorapulse, not only can I do that -- but I can do it quickly. I can also run our campaigns, schedule future posts and gain insights which I pass along to our clients and my superiors. It makes me look goo and it makes my work a lot more effective.

"Easily Manage Facebook, Twitter and Instagram"

What do you like best?

One of the best features of AgoraPulse is the ability to run contests, quizzes and promotions with just a few clicks. We run and agency h=and have many national and international clients. Agorupuls offers the tools we need that help save time and creates comprehensive reports that clients love. These reports "wow" our clients, we especially like the export feature into Powerpoint, presenting reviews like this helps client retention. Ultimately it is super easy software to use, I recommend it.

What do you dislike?

It still isn't an all in one solution, we still do workarounds for some specialist needs we have. We wish we had access to web hooks that we could use to automate some functions via Zapier or IFTT.

"Beautifully simple"

What do you like best?

The simple easy to digest layout along with the Facebook apps features. When i refer clients to other social media management tools they are normally overwhelmed with information. With Agorapulse i feel confident that my clients feel comfortable and in control. I have often referred clients to other software and they end up never using it because it is all too much.

What do you dislike?

My only dislike is that you can't connect to Linkin. Also i would like to be able to post directly to post content on Instagram but i understand Instagram at their end do not approve this.

The apps feature is great for contest and personality test. Facebook communities love contest and anything that publicly reveals more on their character. Anyone can follow the simple steps and set these up.

"A viable alternative to Sprout Social and Hootsuite"

What do you like best?

Their user interface (which emulates an email inbox) is perfect for piping brand mentions from various social channels into different tabs, making it easy to track and engage people, a task that is far more difficult on Hootsuite's clunky column layouts. Sprout Social has a similar layout, but I never liked how their smart inbox worked, as it appears to take control away from what you want to see in your inbox, whereas AgoraPulse gives you far more versatility. AgoraPulse is planning to make a major revamp of their interface over summer of 2017, so here's hoping they continue to retain this user friendly layout.

As far as costs are concerned, AgoraPulse offers the most bang for the buck, whereas Hootsuite and especially Sprout Social incur significant costs as you add more users to the subscription plan. AgoraPulse's pricing tier is much more friendly to those who have a team of social media managers that need to use the same platform.

With engagement, AgoraPulse has been one of the best, very easy to engage users across different social channels, including when you're on the phone and need to use their mobile app on the go. Their Facebook Ad comment monitoring is also a great addition and a major advantage they had over competitors (Sprout Social had only recently added this feature).

I also appreciate their Facebook promotion features that make it possible to manage contests and promotions without relying on a third party platform.

Their reports are standard and lack some customization options, but are easily exported.

What do you dislike?

I'd love to see a more comprehensive approval workflow built in, one that takes into consideration agency-client relationships where clients can be notified of content to review, and either review them on AgoraPulse, or revise/request changes. We currently have to rely on a separate solution for this.

I'd also like to see support for additional social channels, such as YouTube and Pinterest, and more options to build advanced boolean operators to monitor social activity on brands we manage. In addition, would love to see sync times for Twitter improved from 5 minute intervals to real-time (although I think this requires using Twitter's Firehose API, which could incur more expenses and drive up their costs, so it's a double edged sword).

A viable and likely cheaper alternative to Hootsuite and Sprout Social.

"Great for Monitoring Activity and for Managing Multiple Users"

What do you like best?

The interface for monitoring multiple accounts is by far my favorite. I can easily breeze through activity and answer, like, retweet, flag, assign, etc. The reports are very easy to use and great for sharing progress with your team. The key feature for why we use it is the multi-user function with varying permission levels to manage content from various users. You can monitor Instagram but not publish (as with most social media managers because of Instagram's API).

What do you dislike?

I'm not so thrilled with the publishing functions. You have the usual features like an extension for easily sharing pages through your browser and individual post writing through Agorapulse itself. However, there's no RSS compatibility yet but that's fine--we have workarounds for that. There's also no way to bulk publish like Hootsuite or Buffer.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It's so close to being a great all-around product for a great price. Just need the publishing features to be slightly more robust. Considering that, it's still far and away better than our old method of using several applications to do the work that Agorapulse does.

As a social media manager, it's very easy to manage multiple content contributors with Agorapulse. Monitoring activity is a breeze as well as assigning questions/comments from the public to the proper team member. "Great tool that handles the big social media marketing tasks"

What do you like best?

The interface is very easy to work with, and they have the flow for all the tasks that can be done well thought out. The live chat support is a great addition as well. The ease of use to implement a contest, survey or quiz is great. The reporting is great too, as it makes it easy to track progress of the various efforts being done for the social media marketing.

What do you dislike?

It would be great if the reports could be run back 6-12 months. It is a bit of a hassle to capture all the stats and KPI's month over month outside of the app to compare things. It would also be great if there was a way to look at the location of the followers to understand the location to help with more focused marketing efforts.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are trying to increase member engagement via social media, as well as trying to drive lead generation. The apps have proven to be very valuable. It would be great if the company did a little more stuff on their blog to help with ideas and best practices of things to help me improve my efforts with their application.

"Multiple reports allow for comparisons across or within sectors"

What do you like best?

The ease of use - this product allows you to switch between accounts very easily, allowing for a highly visual comparison of similar pages or an illustration of the differences between segments. That's helpful in allowing us to tailor content even further toward our customers.

What do you dislike?

As an agency we could really use more for the money - not features, just accounts. Also, it would be useful to be able to pre-brand reports and pre-select the PPT pages that are downloaded with each report - some clients need to see one thing, some need to see another, and these templates would be very useful and reduce the time we spend customizing our presentations.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Run reports monthly, as the historical data does not seem to be as easily available as recent data.

This has been a massive win for us in terms of credibility. Although the data is accessible elsewhere, of course, the presentation and intelligence that has gone into this essentially helps us to eliminate hours of admin digging through it to make sense of that data. "Scaling up with Agorapulse"

What do you like best?

The UX and facebook app module. It's a zen experience to work through my tasks and tackle all the engagement in the app, very powerful and reassuring in terms of being empower to engage with a growing user base at scale. The facebook apps module is a godsend a B2C business like mine catering to exactly the "real" facebook demographic (30+ year old women)

"Finally a social media solution that fits higher education"

What do you like best?

The easy post publishing even to Instagram

Analytics are incredibly easy.

When we started, we were not even thinking about engagement, but now through the social inbox. We never miss a post and its allows us to channel inquiries that are out of our office into another office.

What do you dislike?

So far we like everything about it. We have not had any issues, and now that you can post to Google+ and LinkedIn. Its a straight 10
