What do you like best?
(Excuse my english, I am french) I have used Agorapulse for the last 3 years, especially for special gaming operation such as Quizz, photo contest etc... on the Facebook pages of my clients. So I have discovered the plateform and the services throught the contest first. The great point will be the viral option (which give 10 points to each participant who have a facebook friend participating), another point is the analythics solutions and the possibility to have an extract with excel very easily. Without the application you are really blind when you organize a contest, with it you save a lot of time + you can achieve your marketing goals.
Now since 2015 I use it as a marketing and social media agency for the contest but for the community management and social analythics as well, I like
- the schedule to programm the post
- the analythics + the possibility to extract a powerpoint report
- the answering and CRM solutions
Last but not least, Agorapulse has a french back office ! WoW so cool not to forget the french touch ;)
What do you dislike?
My remarks will be (it's probably coming soon, so my purpose is only to tease the Agorapulse team)
- For Facebook tools : not possible to tag @ a page or fan (Tell me il I am wrong ?) in a post directly in the plateform
- FB as well not possible to post a multiple photo post
- For Twitter, same not, possible to tag (even if you are connectect) you can tag, but you have to copy paste the username...
Recommendations to others considering the product
Save time, automation of some social media tasks (such as multipublishing), great for analythics, best value inf France for organising contest and "excuse my french" it's "en français s'il vous plait" and this is a great point for french market. Last point, the support give (quick) and real answer by mail or chat, this is so helpful in our every day job dealing with applications online...

Great value & ROI for the contest business matters (specially to collect lead, now that the fan gate has disapeared...
Great as well for Social CRM (something I really believe, especially in my market and for my clients in the Travel online industry...)
The benefits is mainly time (I handle around 10 accounts (Facebook + twitter for each clients) + ROI analythics
