"It works for some places but not for my restaurant "

What do you like best?

Aloha is an decent system it does all the necessary functions of a restaurant and allows for corporate networking.

What do you dislike?

It is to structured for my restaurant. It doesn't allow you to adjust or make corrections on the fly. It is not meant for a small business.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I really couldn't solve any of the issues that I face at my current restaurant with this system. It does track inventory very well.

There are a lot of benefits when it comes to using a program like Aloha, such as tracking sales and inventory. It really helps.

"Aloha does it's job but not user friendly and slow"

What do you like best?

Aloha just seems like an old system from 1999. It's very difficult to refund a payment properly and it's hard to navigate. The system is slow and the interface is ugly.

What do you dislike?

the interface, user friendliness, menus, ease of use

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Selling concert tickets. It's nice in that you can see how many tickets you've sold
