What do you like best?
AlphaTrust provides great service and support for their products. The staff is very knowledgeable and wiling to work and meet the needs of the daily business user. The product - ProntoSign - is very agile and adapts easily to varying business needs. They have a well establish development process to expand the functionality of the product to meet ever expanding business needs. The Design tool allows system Administrators to develop and implement processes and workflows without having to involve an IT department in the process which means faster to deployment processes.
What do you dislike?
In any software product there are things that it presently cannot meet. The nice thing is that as obstacles are encountered and communicated to the AlphaTrust team plans and timing for new features to meet the business needs are established. Some of these changes are significant and require extensive development and as a result we have to establish work-a-rounds to deal with the issues on a short term basis.

Daily business process of enrollment activities within and without our organization are handled quickly via the electronic Signature tools of the ProntoSign tool set. Paper documents requiring ink signatures, for those who implement the process, are becoming a thing of the past. Business documents move quickly through the process and provide for responses to changing business activities.
