"Indisputable Sales Playbook right where it's needed"

What do you like best?

Forecast Accuracy - With the sales stages broken down into qualifiers, we now have a situation where all our Account Execs use stages in exactly the same way. The things Altify does with this information are awesome. Firstly, it provides anaylsis of a deal's likeliness to close, and secondly, Altify provides its own estimated close date. Both of these functions have proved eerily accurate, outperforming Account Execs own estimations of their deals.

What do you dislike?

Nothing. As nothing else exists like Altify, it's hard to say I dislike anything.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Set up can take time - you will want to properly analyse your sales process before installing and build Altify to match your own practice. If you put the time in at the beginning, the pay off will be huge.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Inaccurate forecasting, Sales people using stages differently (one man's 'Prospecting' not being equal to another's), not enough detail on opportunity progression.

"Amazing experience"

What do you like best?

I like Altify because it allows for a smooth experience with easy access. It offers the company ease, is user friendly and allows for success within the managerial positions.

What do you dislike?

I do not like that Altify is not as updated. I would enjoy for it to be updated often to keep up to date with company morals and values.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The business problems I am helping to solve is achieving success in managerial positions.

"Great tool"

What do you like best?

Tas give me the abilitiy tobaccomplish all my needs and wants

Takes awhile to get use to, but after that its a breeze

"Great Tool for Deal Strategy and Collaboration"

What do you like best?

TAS Dealmaker is easy to use; it's available right within our CRM (salesforce) and allows for instant collaboration and analysis for opportunity and account reviews.

What do you dislike?

It can be fairly repetitive when doing multiple opportunities, but this can be managed.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Take time to customize the configuration to meet your business process. Don't underestimate training and get your mid-managers to buy-in.

"Account planning using Dealmaker"

What do you like best?

I love the fact that it allows me to enter account details that would help the sales and the success teams to document every aspect of the relationship with a specific account.

What do you dislike?

I have not tried but I feel I would love to have the data pull in from existing software sources that I have already created the data in.

Account planning is so easy because the 360 degree view of the customer is available.

"Great Driving Sales Methodology"

What do you like best?

The interface is very integrated into Salesforce and creates a natural path for how to progress through an opportunity

What do you dislike?

The modules can sometimes be too much for all opportunities so being able to get just some of the objects would be good.

This is a solid platform that integrates very seamlessly into Salesforce.

"It's a good software."

What do you like best?

Easy UI, integrate with Opportunity and accounts page easily and intuitive for the reps. Not hard to start with.

What do you dislike?

Reporting part needs to be improved, so the matrix reporting can be easier to evaluate the tool

"You need large complex sales cycles for TAS to be beneficial"

What do you like best?

It is a great tool to get a snapshot of who is involved in a purchasing decision within a business. It also allows you to distinguish between the company hierarchy and the actual influence hierarchy within the organisation.

It can also make life easy to see which questions you do not know the answers to.

What do you dislike?

It takes a long time to input the right information.

It can be clunky when trying to use the tools to draw org charts - which is frustrating.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This is a good tool but it is really only valid in large complex sales opportunities, due to the amount of time it takes to populate it.

It is great at letting you see where you have potential gaps in knowledge within a sales cycle and can promt you to go back to the account to find out more information.

It is a good tool, it does not guarantee more sales but if used correctly, good account managers will benefit from it.

"very useful"

What do you like best?

this is a very useful tool if you know very little about an organisation and its hierarchy. It can save your a lot of time by knowing who you need to speak with.

The software programme further allows you to update forecasts accurately wish detailed views of your pipeline.

What do you dislike?

the design of the interface is not very friendly, it takes time to get use to and can be frustrating at times. Unfortunately the tool doesnt provide a clear view of your sales, missing information such as contacts!

This is worth considering if you do not have much information on an organisation and need to know their hierarchy. This is available to use anywhere you are with its Cloud functionality which helps differentiate from,

"Good for mapping and understand what you don't know "

What do you like best?

Really good structured tool for guiding salespeople for through guided questions, Give a really clear answer to how we shape up against the competition

Doesn't really look at the main competitor of "do nothing".

"Great tool for knowing what you don't know"

What do you like best?

TAS has always had a good core understanding for sales people to objectively and simply analysis an opportunity and see what question they don't really know the answers to. it also helps to guide what are next questions for the next meeting. it also makes the sales person analysis if they should spend more or less time on the opportunity

What do you dislike?

the tool and methodology only really gives an overall view of the opportunity and not who are your key contacts
