Indisputable Sales Playbook right where it's needed

What do you like best?

Forecast Accuracy - With the sales stages broken down into qualifiers, we now have a situation where all our Account Execs use stages in exactly the same way. The things Altify does with this information are awesome. Firstly, it provides anaylsis of a deal's likeliness to close, and secondly, Altify provides its own estimated close date. Both of these functions have proved eerily accurate, outperforming Account Execs own estimations of their deals.

What do you dislike?

Nothing. As nothing else exists like Altify, it's hard to say I dislike anything.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Set up can take time - you will want to properly analyse your sales process before installing and build Altify to match your own practice. If you put the time in at the beginning, the pay off will be huge.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Inaccurate forecasting, Sales people using stages differently (one man's 'Prospecting' not being equal to another's), not enough detail on opportunity progression.

Great tool

What do you like best?

Tas give me the abilitiy tobaccomplish all my needs and wants

Takes awhile to get use to, but after that its a breeze

Great Tool for Deal Strategy and Collaboration

What do you like best?

TAS Dealmaker is easy to use; it's available right within our CRM (salesforce) and allows for instant collaboration and analysis for opportunity and account reviews.

What do you dislike?

It can be fairly repetitive when doing multiple opportunities, but this can be managed.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Take time to customize the configuration to meet your business process. Don't underestimate training and get your mid-managers to buy-in.

Account planning using Dealmaker

What do you like best?

I love the fact that it allows me to enter account details that would help the sales and the success teams to document every aspect of the relationship with a specific account.

What do you dislike?

I have not tried but I feel I would love to have the data pull in from existing software sources that I have already created the data in.

Account planning is so easy because the 360 degree view of the customer is available.

Great Driving Sales Methodology

What do you like best?

The interface is very integrated into Salesforce and creates a natural path for how to progress through an opportunity

What do you dislike?

The modules can sometimes be too much for all opportunities so being able to get just some of the objects would be good.

This is a solid platform that integrates very seamlessly into Salesforce.

create a standard process for going after large accounts. We are seeing increased sales in this segment.

It's a good software.

What do you like best?

Easy UI, integrate with Opportunity and accounts page easily and intuitive for the reps. Not hard to start with.

What do you dislike?

Reporting part needs to be improved, so the matrix reporting can be easier to evaluate the tool
