What do you dislike?
It's bit costly in compare to other CRM like IBM customer management. Amdocs should offer special package for enterprise user, as enterprise services has less cost so amdocs should also reduce its cost.

I recommend amdocs to reduce there price for the service. Other competitor are providing services in less price. Amdocs service and feature are very vast, no company can provide such feature, only cost issue is the major concern. Many of the industries moving into IOT domain and proving enterprise services so Amdocs should provide enterprise specific CRM and Billing platform in less cost.

As amdocs CRM is very reliable and secure so for managing customer information and service management purpose we used amdocs. In vodafone idea we used Amdocs CRM and Amdocs Billing. Its performance is very good,higly scalable and fast. It can manager millions of customer data and can process that data in very less time. Also provide very good customer support and solve the problems in very less time(according to SLA).
