What do you like best?
AppAnalytics is different than some other crash analytics in that it provides you with a more granular set of information related to the actions of your users, such as gestures. Also giving you breakdowns of this data in heatmaps and various charts and widgets on the dashboard. If you have an app that you need to know this kind of information, it can be a life saver compared to other analytics that simply give you references to lines of operational code or what event caused a crash.
What do you dislike?
ANOTHER thing you have to add. Really, it's a little bit of hassle for a lot of reward, however it may not be valuable information or worth the hoop jumping if you don't need this kind of gestural data.
