Partner with AssureSign for Sales Contracts

What do you like best?

We partner with AssureSign to send out sales contracts through our CRM so that our clients can electronically sign those contracts and send them back with minimal clicks. When those contracts are returned they are then stored in our clients CRM record which is super easy to keep track of for future reference. Our clients love the ease in which it is to sign, and we love the ability to keep all the information stored neatly in our CRM.

What do you dislike?

For the most part this has been a seamless transition, but educating our sales team to use it was the biggest hurdle, although it is quite simple.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Sending out electronic contracts rather than faxing or emailing contracts is so much simpler, and the ability to keep the contracts in CRM is fantastic.

Excellent Product and Customer Service

What do you like best?

Our company uses AssureSign to retrieve signed contracts in a quick efficient manner that allows for us to get a customers order moving forward a lot faster than waiting on Fax which almost always cuts off part of the contract document or wait on good old fashion snail mail and of course the periodic instance of actually driving out to a clients location to have them sign in person. This tool has lowered the turn around time from pitch of sale to install by integrating it into our CRM which allows the signed contract to be automatically uploaded for us and gets the sale moved onto the next step of the process.

My direct role with AssureSign has been both administrative along with interoffice developer. This has allowed me to have a very detailed experience with this product from multiple levels. Their API is very clean and easy to work with, even thought it was very easy to work with there is always those times where you just need to ask a question about a feature. When those times do come up, my experience has always been extremely great with their support staff. Very prompt and professional. Definitely the type of product and company anyone would be happy to work with.

What do you dislike?

I honestly cannot come up with anything I dislike, They really know their product and if there is anything you think might be better about the product it more than likely is in the process of coming out in the next version. (which doesn't seem to take long at all)

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you want to provide the impression to your customers that you are a company that has the technology to service their needs than you need this service in your arsenal. Additionally if you already have a CRM for your company and you want to really impress your customers and make your company much more efficient than integrate AssureSign into your CRM. It is will provide a pay off you will be very happy with.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Business problems solved with this product is limiting the time it takes from sales pitch to install. as stated above prior to AssureSign it could take days before a customer puts a signature on the contract and turns it back into our company, AssureSign allows for us to keep the customer on the phone while we walk the customer through the contract and get a signature, as soon as the signature is provided the document gets automatically uploaded to our CRM. It really is that simple. our sales to install process has dramatically decreased in time over the last couple of years due to AssureSign.

Works great with CRM Dynamics

What do you like best?

The ability to auto-fill custom fields from CRM for agreements is a big time saver for the sales department. The ease of implementation and the professionalism of the output for the end user puts our company a few steps ahead of the competition. No more faxing and scanning!!

What do you dislike?

Somewhat laborious building the initial forms and fields, but one you have it set up you saves tons of time on the back end using the documents.

Assuresign, what a great product!

What do you like best?

From a support and administration standpoint, i find the platform to be extremely user friendly while still being robust enough to allow those power users the ability to dig deeper and customize each item to fit the needs of the business.

What do you dislike?

My previous dislike of mass user creation for administrative purposes has seen been implemented, so I have no further dislikes of the system at this time.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our most frequent question when this is proposed to the businesses within our organization is "How will this make things easier for our users?". The answer is always that this will save the business time and money on so many different levels with no longer needing to work with customers who may or may not have the ability to receive faxes or scan document back into a system to send. The feedback always received is that users find they are able to do more than before with clients, and clients almost always respond at how impressive and easy the system is compared to other companies that still use an old system of faxing or printing and scanning documents.

Ease of use!

What do you like best?

Easy to use for both users and customers alike.

What do you dislike?

Most advanced admin features (templates) are difficult to setup to the point I decided to not implement those features. In the end I don't feel as if I'm missing anything.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Don't under estimate your customer's desire for you to have this product. Even if they are not outwardly asking for it they will appreciate it once it is offered to them.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Needed to improve the security and the time it took to send and receive documents from customers. Both problems were easily resolved with Assuresign.

Great for Microsoft CRM Users

What do you like best?

It natively works with Microsoft CRM. Furthermore, it is great for field service people who require an electronic signature after completing work. Meaning, the field service person can bring up Microsoft CRM and AssureSign on their tablet, for the customer to sign. This is very different then AssureSign's competitors who send out an email to the customer to electronically sign.

What do you dislike?

At this point, nothing I can think of. The product meets my customer's requirements.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In short, having an application that works natively with the Microsoft CRM database structure. As opposed to its competitors, it will only work with some components of the Microsoft CRM data structure and if you are going with other entities in Microsoft CRM, you must use APIs to integrate. Not the case with AssureSign.
