In our industry and domain, this is often challenging as CPQ and Billing projects are some of the more challenging projects in our industry. We achieve our unique client success rate by providing balanced teams that provide the appropriate level of expertise to achieve the desired outcome. ATG’s focus on the Quote to Cash space allows us to have a deep pool of resources across every project role, with each project role having specific training, tools, and methodology to support their individual and collective efforts. This allows ATG teams to scale rapidly to accommodate changes during the execution of a project.

Finally, ATG’s CPQ and Billing Practice Leads facilitate ‘best practices’ functionally and technically to optimize the outcome for our clients. These practice leads work very closely with the management teams from our Partners to ensure clients have the best short- and long-term outcome.
