"Great Data Center/Ticketing Serfvice"

What do you like best?

I really love how easy it is to find help for my questions and help create tickets straight from the Help Center. It is easy to use and gets the info to the right person in a timely matter.

What do you dislike?

I wish it was a little easier to track the tickets. I also wish it was easier to search for the ticket. Other than that I really enjoy using the product.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I think it is great for ticketing and database needs for any bug in a product. I would definitely recommend to a software team. I think they are willing to grow and improve as well so that is always nice in a company.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It is quick and easy to create a ticket and share with other people that are experiencing the issue. The database is also really accurate.

"Great data center for controlling your data resources and infrastructure."

What do you like best?

Apart from the standard instance sharing, the best thing about it is that you can create your own infrastructure and load the server accordingly.

What do you dislike?

Might not be a good fit for less number of users of any Atlassian application. It is still not robust for a large number of issue tracking software to count the number of users who would actually make use of it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Scalability of tasks and performance. It is a much enhanced version over using standard servers or RAID technology as it provides multiple nodes to work with.

What Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) solution do you use?

Thanks for letting us know!
