"Connect your knowledge!"

What do you like best?

It's easily accessible and is user friendly to editors/creators. Easily providing access to thousands of users in need of all of their information, policies, procedures, and resources in one bucket. It's amazing how it becomes your companies encyclopedia very quickly.

What do you dislike?

Personally, I haven't ran across anything except the overwhelming amount of the color blue for the theme (that's just Atlassian though lol).

Recommendations to others considering the product

Try it at a small scale to see if it fits your needs before diving in and fully investing in the structure of the system.

We're able to connect various pools of information and provide adequate information instantly for realtime inquiries.

"Responsive Support "

What do you like best?

The ability to have a fast, interactive, support representative answer our questions, regardless of use case/need.

Cost can sometimes be a limiting factor. We often find that using some of our IT budget to offset this, can create ROI gaps when supporting customers.

Enable our customers and our own users in house to better leverage the JIRA and Atlassian marketplace/tools

"Allows you to manage your workflows via software not let your software dictate your workflow."

What do you like best?

Flexibility to customize workflows allows my different support teams to operate naturally. Many other solutions requires agents to follow their method of operation.

What do you dislike?

I'm not sure I'm using all the features. There are a lot of integration options that are pretty daunting.

Managing SLAs for global customers is key metric. The ramping period for new hires is also very short now.

What do you like best?

Easy maintenance of workflows, easy creation of new stories and epics

There are some very minor backend bugs that we have not been able to fix.
