"Helpful Tool at the Right Price"

What do you like best?

We loved the real-time update functionality of the app. For our large conference, it was convenient and easy to make immediate changes to the schedule and send push notifications to specific groups. We had very positive feedback from attendees who appreciated this access to accurate information about the event.

What do you dislike?

The biggest issue we ran across was that we had multiple admins supporting the event who wanted to be able to send notifications to specific people. With only one admin access account, I had to be the gatekeeper for all communication that went out. It would have been helpful to share this responsibility with one or two others with the same access - especially if push notifications could have been sent directly from the app for users with admin privileges, instead of through the desktop version of the platform.

I recommend Attendify to those looking for a simple, easy-to-use event app with a high value add at low cost.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

In the past, we used printed schedules and relied on email to communicate updates and announcements throughout the event. Attendify helped us consolidate to one form of communication that could be updated in real time. The app also helped us brand our event and keep our communication sleek and accurate.

"Easy to work with - professional look and feel"

What do you like best?

It makes it really easy to create a professional app without the need to learn coding. If you are a bit techsavy you can easily modify it to your specific needs. Plenty of features and the helpdesk is great. Fast and helpfull. And they have a lot of written documents on how it works.

What do you dislike?

The process of updating profiles (for those allowed access) is a bit tedious. And it would be nice to be able to delete revoked profiles. It would also be nice if there were an easier way to update attendee lists, now I have to manually compare the existing list with the new one.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make sure you talk to them and ask for the demo app, makes it all a lot clearer.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helps us go green. Instead of needing to print everything it is available in the app. Instead of a physical goody bag, we have decided to go with a digital version which we could create in the app.

"Everything You Need in Once Place"

What do you like best?

I love how user-friendly this app is! The templates that you can download and re-upload with the information makes it so easy to do mass uploads with minimal to no errors. The customer service is also fantastic and are always standing by to help!

What do you dislike?

My only issue with the app is so minor and honestly can be a plus too. It requires users to login and people are always forgetting their passwords, but while it is a minor inconvenience it forces users to give us information that allows us to gather data and track analytics.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Attendify continues to improve its' offerings and is constantly adding new features. If they don't fit your needs yet, keep up with them because they most likely will eventually!

We needed a budget friendly event app and Attendify was the solution to our needs. We have found that engagement extended after the meetings were over which was totally unexpected!

"Easy to Use and Attendees Love It!"

What do you like best?

We love the social feed and the ability to easily add and change information during the conference. We used to be a print-only conference and have completely transitioned over the years to an all-digital conference thanks to the Attendify application. We have seen attendee engagement and satisfaction soar. It has also enabled us to share additional resources in real-time with attendees.

What do you dislike?

There is not much to dislike. All of the features are great. I would like to have in-app surveys; however, the web view feature allows you to add external features like Sli.Do as long as they are viewable on the internet. We would recommend that there be more audience interaction features in the app; however, it appears that this is on their development roadmap as they continually add new features.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Go ahead and sign-up and start creating your app. You can test it and show it to others. Only pay when you are ready to submit and go-live in the app stores. Also, be aware of your options regarding the Apple Store and the new policies for event apps. Attendify has done a great job ensuring that there are a lot of options depending on how you want your attendees to interact and find your application.

Attendify solves all of our conference communication and interaction needs. The benefit has really been for our attendees. They now have a much better conference experience because of the Attendify application.

"Excellent Customer Service and Product "

What do you like best?

The simplicity of the app - set up and content control all within a simple online dashboard.

The ability to publish and schedule push notifications - a really effective form of engagement!

Being able to add things such as sponsored posts for our partners added extra value in the lead up and during the event.

Attendee engagement on the day was driven largely by the app - it was great that the app could integrate well with attendees social channels too.

Nothing, the app worked great for us and our event!

"Attendify helped drive engagement"

What do you like best?

Attendify was a great solution for our 1-day conference (Day of Innovation). We wanted to create a mobile/digital schedule and equip attendees with a way to network and engage with speaker and one another. This was easy to setup and Attendify's support team was a pleasure to work with.

What do you dislike?

We waited too long to set up the attendify app for our event and went into the conference not fully understanding all of the features that Attendify had to offer. Attendify's support was great, but we could have done a better job engaging our event attendees with better planning. We did have a few snags where some attendees weren't able to share comments to Twitter during the event,

"Attendify - Simple, Easy and Necessary!"

What do you like best?

I was the co-chair of a national conference and selected Attendify for use. We'd never had a conference app before but were eager to try it. I do not work in IT. As the end-user, it really could not have been easier to use. The platform lets you enter your data in easily set up fields. Would use it again in a moment.

What do you dislike?

The website feature was a bit clunky. That inerface could have been a bit easier to use but it got the job done. I would have liked it to have been a bit nicer looking on the front facing side.

Do it! It's cost-effective and easier than you think it will be.

"Great app at a great price!"

What do you like best?

The best thing about the platform, other than the price, was the ability to completely customize the app to fit our needs. I used this platform for two different clients and was able to create unique apps to each conference, specific to their needs.

What do you dislike?

I disliked not being able to copy an old app. We first used this app in 2016 & 2017 for one of our clients. It would have been nice to be able to copy the old app as some of the content was the same and the basic template was the same.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are appealing to our younger attendees with the app and able to save some cost by not printing as many programs onsite.

"Great value and easy to use interface"

What do you like best?

Attendify had everything we were looking for in an event app. It was super easy to customize and we loved how we could personalize it. Simply a great value. Users had no trouble finding the app and downloading it from either the Apple store or Google play.

What do you dislike?

If people did not use the app and tweeted about the event, that content was not seen in the feeds on the app. It's a little thing, but the synergy would have been nice.

It allowed us to easily connect with our audience at a large conference. We were able to give attendees who wanted to interact with us via smartphone technology a way to do that.

"Seamless event experience"

What do you like best?

We have used Attendify for our annual event in which we bring senior executives from Europe, Asia, and Middle East together for one week of insightful seminars, networking, and socializing. Attendify has addressed most of what we wanted to achieve with an event app. It provided our attendees with the relevant event information and gave them an opportunity to connect with each other - all with the nicely designed and easy to use interface. We have asked all attendees for the feedback on the app experience after the event and we received the score of more than 5 out of 6.

What do you dislike?

There were a few issues when our attendees did not receive confirmation emails - naturally, in this case the experience for them wasn't that pleasing.

One more issue we had with the customization of participants' profiles. For example, we wanted to showcase multi-cultural aspect of the event so we wanted to have Nationality field for attendees profiles.

- Providing attendees with relevant and up to date information about the event (particularly schedule)

"Attendify is a Game Changer"

What do you like best?

The connection between the location of session rooms or vendor booths (you can trace them on the map), the company or session that is at that location, any speakers that are related to that session, etc. It's so useful to have everything linked, and really improves the user experience. Also, our attendees are thrilled with our ability to provide them with notifications, the up-to-date schedule of events, and a way to interact with their peers. They love the gamification, and are so engaged!

What do you dislike?

Session evaluation options are limited to just a star rating. Being able to have real feedback, including text responses, and linking that to attendance that's been verified (i.e. scanned attendees) would meet just about all of our needs.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Absolutely use Attendify.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to answer questions in real time (and with written answers), which provides more bandwidth at our check-in desk for registration and urgent matters. We can anticipate certain questions, post messages on the conversation board, and continuously make schedule or location changes as they occur. We can also push a text notification to user phones if we have any urgent information, if it looks like people aren't understanding something (i.e. "The session is about to start! Go to the same room as the keynote for the X!) - and we can schedule those notifications as well.

"User Friendly Template App "

What do you like best?

The user interface is easy and straight forward. I can rope in my colleagues anytime to assist to update the program and new speakers without having to train or show them. What you see is what you get.

What do you dislike?

Since it is a template based, there will be some areas whereby you can't display the information as you like.

I can't add in a session overview in the program without adding in the timing. Most of the time i add a session overview by inputting a timing 09:00 to 09:05 which I hope attendify can look into it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The app improve interaction within the crowd and those who do not like to ask questions verbally can do so over the app.

As a organiser, we always face last minute changes to the program. A printed brochure most of the time might be outdated and do not fit in any new add-on.

"Easy to use, well thought out, quick to execute"

What do you like best?

The platform is easy to use and has a great user experience for both the end user and the admin. As an admin user I was thrilled at how quick I was able to learn the tool, populate the app, and get it published in the app stores. From a end user point of view we saw great adoption by our event attendees. Over the 8 events we did in 2017, most events saw an 80-90% adoption rate. User feedback was that they loved the user friendliness of the app.

What do you dislike?

In terms of dislikes, these fell to the admin side of the tool. A minor gripe was that there was not a cell by cell auto save function. In some cases you would spend 5 minutes completing a session description and hit a button by accident and lose all your progress.

The more substantial gripe is with their polling functionality. While it worked well for end users, creating the polls was difficult. If you had multiple poll questions per session and wanted them in a particular order, you had to carefully enter them in reverse order. If you made a mistake you would have to disable the previous set and re-enter a new set.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This is a great product, easy to use, quick to implement. It doesn't cover everything, for instance integrating to existing user management systems, but as an entry point into the event app world, you can't go wrong.

Our organization runs numerous industry events throughout the year. Initially we were looking for a way to modernize the event programme and provide a better more efficient way of keeping the event attendees up to date with the up-to-the-minute changes to the sessions and speakers. The tool delivered on this flawlessly.

However, once we had the tool in hand we realized it was able to deliver on many more aspects. First, it consolidated our event survey practice. Instead of running separate post event surveys we were able to received feedback on sessions and speakers as the event was unfolding via the built in feedback features.

The built in social networking feature (activity stream) added another layer of engagement to our conferences, which the attendees really enjoyed.

Finally, with the ability to embed web pages within the app, we were able to include all of our live streaming and live blogging features.

"Easy to understand & easy to use"

What do you like best?

I've used the attendify app for two major a sales meetings and a couple smaller departmental meetings. It's easy to set up and it's easy to create personalized agendas for our attendees. The social wall/ stream are highpoints. It was easy to make changes on the fly

What do you dislike?

Not much to dislike, the support is really good. We had a couple of people that couldn't get on easily but attendify took care of it within 10 mins

Attendify was easy to work with and quick to respond. The app was very easy to deploy and easy to use. As the administrator i was involved with every step, none of it was difficult. Where i had questions Attendify quickly responded. They also have fantastic support documentation, their FAQs are easy to understand . I will continue to use them.

We did not have to print anything, saving us money, aggravation and avoided any confidential material being left around. We could make scheduling changes on the fly so people knew where to go and what to do. Collateral was forwarded to sales team as they came into a session. The social piece was a bigger hit than we expected and brought our people closer together. We had people posting pictures and comments for months after each meeting.

I don't have anything to compare it to, but I wouldn't want to try anything else. Customer service was excellent. Any time I had a question, I got answer right away. I found the platform really easy to use and loved how user friendly it was. Attendify thought of everything. They understand what's needed for a conference event.

Trying to transition to less printing for conference as well as provide an interactive experience for attendees. We wanted something new and exciting this year. We wanted to increase attendee networking and participation. It was very resourceful to have the ability to send real-time updates/alerts to our attendees. It was also great to see that they enjoyed sharing what they were learning with others. I think it will be more popular next year.

"Quick to get started, easy to tailor"

What do you like best?

It's clear that Attendify's experience with numerous events has led them to create a starting point that is simple, intuitive, and likely to serve many events exactly as presented. At the same time, they also have clearly tackled customization in the past, and the platform supports that quickly and easily, too. I like that balance.

What do you dislike?

We were bummed to find that photos we'd taken in the app didn't also go to the device photo roll, and so are sort of "lost", but for in the app.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you think there's a chance you'll buy, and you think there's a chance you'll want the multi-event package, don't invest too much time/energy in a proof of concept in the single-event vein, as you'll have to recreate it all. (I learned that the hard way!)

The ability to keep everyone updated in fluid situations where schedules need to morph to accomodate the organic direction the event takes is huge.

"Great App with Amazing Value"

What do you like best?

The Attendify App is so easy to use and creates such a great platform for our annual conferences. It is incredibly functional, customizable, and our end users enjoy it. Using this app was the single most beneficial change we made to our conference 2 years ago and we are loyal customers now.

What do you dislike?

Document storage is a little tough, IE: Library of documents rather than searching through each session. Also, while Attendify is super innovative, I would like to see some more fun features like Word Cloud capabilities for live polling.

Youo've got to try this app!! There is no software out there that is comparable in value. The customer support is incredible and the platform can be up and sbumitted in a day. I also didn't have to blink at the price-- it fit in my budget but paid for itself in terms of engagement, use, and overall joyful experience.

We are solving major resource problems. No longer do we have to print, staple, stuff envelopes, etc. If something changes, it's an easy fix in comparison to something printed on paper. Also, we have highly increased engagement and participation, even for folks who can't attend. That benefits us financially and 'socially' as a unified company.

"Easy to use"

What do you like best?

I liked that there was enough structure already in place to ensure a good experience, but that we could tailor the app to represent our company. We were able to include so many helpful features, that people had far fewer issues with attending the event. We even included a FAQ section that helped the attendees and got a lot of positive feedback..

What do you dislike?

Really didn't have any issues. I was surprised at how quickly even the not-tech-savvy attendees started using the app to engage with others at our event. It can be costly, but I think it's worth it to have such a great finished product that feels individual to the company--it doesn't feel like a cookie-cutter, generic app when you're done customizing.

It definitely helped attendees engage more with the event program and with each other. Sometimes event attendees just phone it in, and don't engage with the program. Attendify really got people talking to each other and making connections, which is part of the goal with our conferences.

"Great App "

What do you like best?

The instant update is one of the features I really appreciate. As our event's speakers and room locale often change, I love that once I update the app, there's no "lag" time until it's updated in the download apps our attendees access.

What do you dislike?

Since we utilize many of the same speakers/sponsors/etc from year to year, it would be nice to have the ability to keep the information on the app site so it could just be a click feature to have it visible or not.

Easy to get up and running....no long instructional video mandatory, pretty self-explanatory.

This year is a change because Attendify is going to a new model. I haven't played with that area much, but it is more expensive. I'll most likely still stay with Attendify, even with the price increase, but it basically does what I want and how I want.

"Bled Strategic Forum was stronger because of the Attendify app!"

What do you like best?

Attendify is super easy to use both by the organizer and the users - participants, it is flexible and allows you to provide all the necessary (and additional) information to your participants, enables you to communicate with the whole crowd and offers connections with other apps and tools. And the team is really responsive whenever a question pops up in your head!

What do you dislike?

Nothing specific, in fact. There was an update of the app for iOS between the day I started working on the app and the day of our announcement before the conference, which is why my team who was testing the app had to download it again, but no major complaints or issues.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our participants used the app to communicate to each other, network, agree on meetings. It was most frequently used to check the agenda and the list of speakers (+ Their bios! This is so useful!).

"Great decision to switch to Attendify!"

What do you like best?

I like that it has many of the features that I had before (in another app), at a fraction of the cost.

What do you dislike?

I wish there was a way to add a 5 question Evaluation to each session. Same 5 questions, just asking the attendee thought of each session.

Attendify has most of the bells and whistles that you will find in the BIG NAME and BIG PRICE platforms. It is worth trying for a single event - and if you love it, then get the multi-event app.

"Attendify great for our conference (600+ attendees in year 2)"

What do you like best?

We've used Attendify's system both years for our leadership and professional development conference, the #MILLSUMMIT. The #MILLSUMMIT is geared toward young professionals looking to make an impact in their career and community, so most attendees are 35 and under - exactly the demographic who uses apps and understands modern technology - hence the need for an app. We researched different companies and concluded Attendify was best and plan to use them again for a third year in 2019. Attendify's customer service is great and responsive to all our our team's questions. For building the app, the web portal is simple to understand and the app is highly customizable for any event, large or small.

What do you dislike?

The biggest gripe we have is that there is no real integration with Instagram. Integration between all other relevant social media platforms in our space (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) is great. For the cost, it really only makes sense for larger events and conferences.

As previously written in other answers, Attendify provides a great and affordable solution to event and conference managers looking to use an app to connect effectively with their attendees.

The main problem with our event that Attendify solves is connectivity between attendees (including speakers). The app solves that. In both years we've had better than 65% download and use the app the day of the conference.

"Excellent value for money, great customer service"

What do you like best?

The app has been our favourite for a few years now, so we had no second thoughts on using it this year for our international congress in Brisbane. The strongest selling points are it's easy of use, the clean interface and the absolutely amazing customer support.

What do you dislike?

Nothing, really. We have no complaints.

We did not want to print bulky programs - we had 170+ presenters, 152 sessions, 750 attendees and we thought that's a lot of recycling afterwards. Attendify saved the day. People loved it, it was easy to use and we could update sessions on the go if necessary - something one wouldn't be able to achieve with paper.

"Great App!!"

What do you like best?

I love that it is easy to use, especially for those in the office that have no computer skills. This app is user friendly, our attendees love it, and I think it works really slick.

What do you dislike?

There have been a few bugs during our use of the app... Mostly with the app crashing during peak conference times. However, Attendify did work to do their best to get everything fixed on site. No technology is without its flaws.

"Strong Value Proposition with the Attendify App"

What do you like best?

I operate a software-as-a-service business that provides abstract and program management services to growing academic professional organizations. I've used Attendify for a half dozen of my clients over the last 3+ years. I appreciate the intuitive user interface in the Attendify Hub and the responsive support team.

I wish there were more pre-made marketing materials available to share with my client now that we're using the Attendify container app for meetings.

What do you like best?

Attendify had excellent customer service throughout our entire time working with them - they followed up regularly, offered to schedule calls leading up to our event, and scheduled a debrief call to gather feedback as well.

What do you dislike?

The app had a few glitches and there are a few features we wish it had.

Creating an app for our event helped take it to the next level, as far as professionalism as well as functionality. I don't think we can ever go back to not having an app for this event.

"Symposium Success"

What do you like best?

I was the sole person in charge of putting this app together for our event. It was our first time hosting an event of 350+ people. I just loved how easy it was to input all the details to make our event a success. The application was great visually and easy to use.

What do you dislike?

We wanted an option to host more polls for a given session. We wanted to ask more than one question.

"Cost effective digital engagement solution for an International Conference."

What do you like best?

Easy to use app, and prompt response rate and follow up on any issues by the Attendify Team.

Some small scale glitches, and the need to re-install the app when an update was made.

We tried to implement a digital system whereby we could reduce the use of paper, during one of our International Conferences in 2017 (www.icimod.org/resilientHKH). The conference app from Attendify came out to be a good approach of sharing conference information to the conference participants, and the app also ensured the digital participation of the attendees, which also helped promote the event through the outreach linked with participants' personal social media.

"This APP was a complete success for our Conference!"

What do you like best?

How useful this app was. From creating the event on the app to the end user it was easy to use. The support staff was always there to answer my questions, they resolved whatever issue i brought to them. This is definitely worth the expense (note we saved approx $400 on not having to print the guidebook) and time invested. The feedback was 100% positive. I referred peers to Attendify!

What do you dislike?

The only problem i experienced was the the image i initially used for the app, I did not realize that it cannot be changed without being charged a $199 fee. We thought we could change it with no additional fee.

"Love it"

What do you like best?

The social wall has brought our attendees together in a way our org hasn't seen before. It also brings together our members and stakeholders who cannot attend one event but want to stay connected.

What do you dislike?

I am hoping at app can become more integrated with Eventbrite or other apps on which tickets can be sold.

"Easy to use, easy to navigate"

What do you like best?

Creating our meeting app with Attendify was as easy as 1, 2, 3. I was able to easily upload our programming, add maps and create content that our members needed. Updating and sending notifications was a breeze.

What do you dislike?

We provide a number of short courses. I'd like to be able to survey our attendees within the app, instead of providing links to an outside survey site. A simple survey addition would be ideal.

Don't hesitate. Everything Attendify promised, they delivered!

Our attendees have been asking for an app for a few years. We thought it was out of reach with our budget. Attendify helped us deliver an app that was user friendly, and giving us added tools of immediately engaging with our attendees, providing maps of the resort, and delivering updates quickly. Funny story - since all attendee bags look alike, we were able to send a push notification to check you bag because our president's bag was taken with his phone, glasses and all his notes from the conference. It was quickly and sheepishly returned!

"Our first time using an event app - and it was a success!"

What do you like best?

Attendify makes it SO easy to add, remove or edit information within the app.

What do you dislike?

The inability to have admins on the app to edit the app from the app itself is frustrating. It meant we had to always log into a computer to change anything.

"The App was great, but is not evolving per our needs"

What do you like best?

I like that it is easy to use, the Chat in the web works great and peole answer very fast, it is fun to use and you can modify the different elements

What do you dislike?

I really see that the App is not evolving, for us (METRO AG). The first time we used it was in 2015 and everybody was amazed!! I recommended to a lot of departments from my Company and they are using it because of me. Still, I see before when I had a question the employees were answering, and now they just send a link with the Information, and if i dont understand it they ar enot so Kind to explain. What I would expect from such a Company, is that every year the App gets something "cooler" to Keep the users amazed! EG. I asked so many times to be able to upload Video, or at least short Video like boomerangs. I am sure this will make such a difference for other companies as well, since only Pictures it is boring currently. And lately we have faced a lot of Errors when attendees tried to Login. Of course Attendify Team fix it but I had to update the app and ask the attendees to download it again, this makes us look really bad.

As said, I see the App should Keep creaating new Features, and also create a possibility of Login as a users, but at the same time have a "double" Login without Need to logout as adming.

We have regular summits with all the 25 countries in our Company. This makes the community much more greeat as wel as the ineraction. We use it as a Facebook and it is so fun to share Content and also Party Pictures which stays among us. Also we use it to Play a lot of contest (always for best ppictures/selfie because we cannot have Video!!!!!!)

"Good platform but extremely restricted"

What do you like best?

I really enjoy the platform's usability and its ability to add features on the "fly" when you're looking to move forward. I like the color customizable and the ease of use.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the lack of white labeling. One of the major uses for us was the ability to use a white labeled function in order to have a unique look and feel just for our organization. It's a struggle to use someone else's platform and have our users search for things.

If you're looking for a whitelabel option for an iOS app, you need to look elsewhere. This doesn't work that way due to changes with the Apple App store.

We used it for our events and now as a social app. It is great for those specific elements but beyond that it doesn't really work for what we needed. We don't like the process involved of having to download the Attendify app and then search for the installation you're looking for. It's too cumbersome and complicated.

"Simple, easy and reliable"

What do you like best?

Easy of setup and use. It was very intuitive for both sides, administration and users. People loved the social wall, they were submitting photos during all the event. Alerts were also a good one.

What do you dislike?

The look & feel customization could be more flexible to meet or at least to have more option to be close to company style guidelines. Maybe more color options and font usage options for example. And maybe the usage of video is something that is a must on this days, and the platform completely ignores it.

After lot of research we decided to take attendify app since it was the best solution for our needs. It will cover almost everything we needed and it was a very intuitive tool to setup and use.

"We love our Attendify App!"

What do you like best?

We love the interactive Map, the notes section, the engagement we have gotten since switching to Attendify, the list goes on and on. It's a great price for the options that are available to you as an administrator and our attendees!

What do you dislike?

We wish we could include links with our push notifications, but we have worked around this issue and it works for our attendees just fine.

"Excellent event app experience!"

What do you like best?

I loved the ability to design and test my event app before purchasing. It helped me understand how the app would work for our event and communicate this to others making the purchase decision.

What do you dislike?

Our event participants would have liked the ability to message groups of event attendees within the app instead of just the ability to direct message one individual at a time.

We used Attendify for a week-long international youth conference. Attendify helped us communicate schedules, speaker bios, event details, maps, etc. We were able to easily communicate changes and make updates as needed. It eliminated the need for printed materials and allowed a much richer experience for our participants.

"Excellent customer service, app is easy to use & set up!"

What do you like best?

I had never had to do a conference app before, and when I was told to try Attendify, their customer service person (my dedicated contact there) walked me through the entire process, and made sure I had everything I needed to get the app working. The users love it, I get compliments on it all the time. Now it's been 3 years and 14 conferences later, and they just keep upgrading & making the app better & easier, and adding new features, it's really been a great experience. My customer service rep has been really great, and very quickly responsive every time I need her! My conference apps come out looking & feeling clean, easy to read & use, and the social features make it so much fun for the attendees and for our staff to put pictures and talk to each other. I really cannot say enough great things, and I tell everyone who asks how much I love their service. (I swear, I am not being paid to say this - I really feel this way).

What do you dislike?

Facebook isn't able to intertwine & cross-post like Twitter & LinkedIn are, so posting on both places takes extra steps on a cell phone.

If I could rate my customer service person, Kate Pankova a higher grade, I would! She is the best, and she is the reason I have found this app so easy to use and gotten comfortable with relying on it at all our events - we don't even print paper schedules anymore!

Their service rep, Kate is really great. I have requested things before, and she will tell me about new features, and will pass along my requests to see if things can be added or changed if they don't already provide that particular feature. The upgrades they do when they add new features are usually included in the price I already pay, so they aren't up-selling me every time something extra comes out - they include it in the platform if I have that level already.

"Great experience with Attendify for our event"

What do you like best?

Extremely easy-to-implement interface - very user-friendly and intuitive.

Great app for a great price.

Interactive maps and customizable schedules are fantastic.

Lack of customization features on the website. I wish I could make the first "About" section look nicer, vs. just some text. I wish I could adjust the brightness of the background image more.

"Works well"

What do you like best?

Easy to use prepared templates that make uploading and adjusting information quick and efficient.

What do you dislike?

The leaderboard is inconsistent between what I see as an administrator and what the participants see in the app. No idea why.

Other groups have followed our example and adopted Attendify to run their meetings and conferences. It is very popular among our users. They like the messaging which was very effective when notifying people of issues with parking and lost items. Great app for attendee networking and messaging, schedules, and real time analytics.

"Great sales support, agile platform that is value for money"

What do you like best?

The self-service portal is very user-friendly with well documented functions . On top of these online materials, Attendify's Sales Division ( credit to Ryan) went all out to accommodate our questions (This incl. online meetings , watsapp support , immediate email response) . We also love that website options are included as it helps cut down website development costs. Truly a "value for money" platform

What do you dislike?

Only one. API for Participants are not included in the API developer option. We needed this as we were looking at other 3rd party ticketing platform. The closest was Staff module API. However this is only valid for multi-event package.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Amazing support from Sales team (Ryan). While chatbots and online blogs/ help documentation is useful, but its the personal support from their sales team that makes a difference.

This was an easy app to populate and use. Our attendees loved the social media features, and the easy navigation. We loved that we could change it on the fly and that it was so simple to use.

Would have liked a truly interactive map.

"Excellent conference App"

What do you like best?

The Attendify App was a notable hit at our recent conference. Presenters and Attendees alike made a point of complimenting it. The App boosted the credibility of our conference, created excitement and through the Social Wall feature was easily projected and incorporated into the audience interaction strategy.

What do you dislike?

Our organizing team would have preferred to setup the Attendee profiles ahead of time as this feature was not yet available (I understand it was just released) as event-day setup reduces depth of setup if left to the users exclusively.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The App allowed us to create greater connection, enhanced the reputation of the Summit as a professionally run program and with the use of an iPad and a projector we used the Social Wall to facilitate audience interaction with various Panel Moderators quite effectively.

"Amazing app wowed our convention attendees"

What do you like best?

I loved the simplicity of adding content to the app. Scheduling, speakers, sessions, etc. Very simple and intuitive to set up and our users said it was very simple to use. Despite the simplicity, it had practically every feature we needed. And they offered exceptional customer service every step of the way.

What do you dislike?

I cannot think of a thing I didn't like.

Attendify's customer service is exceptional. They are available most any time and respond usually within minutes. You can set up your app and see if it will work for you before you pay. No risk.

"Attendify was Great for our annual conference"

What do you like best?

It was easy to use, quick to learn, and support was very quick to respond and helpful when called upon.

What do you dislike?

It could have a few more intuitive tools added along with some integrations but overall it worked for what we needed.

I would look into the new iOS app requirements, there seems to be a lot of updates lately and we used Attendify before all of these changes. Not sure how this effects the app creation moving forward.

What do you like best?

The Attendify app is easy to use, edit, share and personalize. We had a range of age groups use the app with no difficulty.

Certain features are an extra fee, but that is the case with just about every app.
