What do you like best?
I like the reporting. They have tons of reports for anything that you are looking for and I find them to be very accurate. I also love the texting feature and the fact that I can send photos directly to customers via text makes my job so much easier.
What do you dislike?
There really isn't anything that I dislike about the program. I wish it was a little easier to set up automated emails. Maybe there is and I need to contact customer support to figure out the best way to do this process.
Recommendations to others considering the product
They Customer Service is Great! Everything I call or chat with someone they respond right away and if they need to call back they do so within 24 hours with a resolution.
