As a Manager Azava is the ultimate tool for us to measure how well we are doing at any one time. Are we on track? Are we on budget? Its not up to the Producer to translate information for us anymore, with the right planning up front, the software does it for us along the whole way.
One of the things I love about Azava as a Business Owner is; if one of my Producers are unavailable, it allows anyone to see where everything is at and pick up where they left off. If a team is behind in tasks, we can identify this Azava generated charts, literally child could understand, and we can see where we need to allocate staff and/or recourses.
