Aviso's predictive forecast is deadly accurate for RingCentral's high transaction business. They give us a number on the first day of the quarter. When we put in our target, we can see we are going to make it or not. Then we have 89 days to influence the number and make up any potential gaps. Our Sales Leaders regularly use the Aviso forecast to guide their activities during the quarter to help them to hit their number.
Aviso also has a great dashboard for Sales Managers to have data driven 1x1's with their sales reps to review their deals, what changed in the last week, and what their updated forecast is for the week. This is very effective to help the reps know that their business is visible to their manager and the VP's. This helps them to keep their SFDC data accurate.
Aviso helps us to make our quarterly forecast by accurately predicting where we will finish based on that day's deals, and it directs the manager to know when they have a gap to make up and where to do it.
