What do you like best?
The design is very sleek and clean, I like the way the cards look and how we can organise it in an aggregated manner and also in a granular manner. I like how we can select multiple metrics from a variety of channels and make it as specific as possible by creating formulas out of them.
It had multiple options regarding graphs which is really useful for different clients and their different goals.
When a report is accessible on one platform it makes it easier to keep a record with the client rather than having to run through stacks of email chains.
What do you dislike?
I understand the platform is new so there will be a few bumps but sometimes when we clone a card, the old card will show up as "No data" and sometimes it fails to pull data from certain platforms.
I am unsure if this is due to it processing a large amount of data and it can't handle it.
Recommendations to others considering the product
You can pull all your reports from one place and Avora aims to reduce the hassle that comes with multiple clients and multiple reports with different deadlines and structures.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Little too early to say but it's good to have all our accounts in one place.
