API custom integration platform. Best tool I've found for api integrations.

What do you like best?

The customization that Azuqua makes available is great! If you can do something with an API call you can do whatever you need to do. Another great piece is the logging !

What do you dislike?

There isn't' templating / much help setting up flows. This also requires someone with a developer mindset to setup/support depending on how complicated the flow is that you want/need setup.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We solved a bunch of business problems here's the most highly impacted areas:

Salesforce to Workfront - Auto Project creation based on sales made in SFDC

Workfront to Salesforce - We update the status's of our projects in SFDC so sales can easily see what the status is for our projects.

Salesforce to Workfront - Contact/Account management. SFDC is our authoratative source, and workfront mimics our salesforce environment exactly

Workfront to CustomerThermometer (Surveys) - We automatically send out surveys for our completed helpdesk tickets to get feedback on how we're doing.

CustomerThermometer to Workfront - We automatically create issues for us when customers respond negatively to us.

Salesforce to Google Drive - For each account in SFDC we create a folder structure in google drive that our entire organization uses for multiple purposes.

Mailgun to Workfront - Workfront has a terrible inbound processing system, so we use Mailgun to facilitate an API call to workfront for every email.

Azuqua helped us integrated two CRM platforms with ease and flexibility

What do you like best?

Azuqua has the advantage of not only integrating with many different platforms but is able to have those interactions be as customizable as possible. There is an infinite number of combinations and ways to solve all your needs. In addition you don't need a coding background to build rules.

What do you dislike?

The flow creation process initially was a little cumbersome and complicated. The platform didn't respond visually too well but as time went by it improved drastically and we could start feeling the changes.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Azuqua is a tool to solve issues. You need to make sure you have a good idea fo what you are looking to achieve. Engage with support and your CSM there. They are really helpful and take feedback seriously.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We had an issue where we were using Salesforce for our Account Managment team and Pipedrive for our sales team. We didn't have a way to sync those two platforms because they have no inherit integration. Azuqua was able to give us to tools to build rules and transfer information as seamlessly as possible.

Amazing experience using Azuqua

What do you like best?

Azuqua makes it possible to connect all of your systems. The best part was that unlike other platforms Azuqua takes it a step further and makes your connection experience custom by tapping into your custom fields and allowing for almost any possibility.

What do you dislike?

It takes some time to learn the platform. Luckily there is a great help support and knowledge community that helped me solve all my connector problems.

Even if the platform you use is not on Azuqua they create new connections everyday so you can request your system.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Azuqua helped us automate processes where we were duplicating work due to having teams use multiple platforms. It made it possible to have one team do work in one place and notify another team in a different platform without anyone ever having to learn the other system.

Finding efficiency and connecting services through automation.

What do you like best?

Easy to create connections and automation. Didn’t need to know how to code or have an engineer to create a custom connector. Was able to connect Salesforce with Google Suite, Wrike, our own DAM, Smartsheet, Asana, and Slack.

What do you dislike?

Table pricing structure doesn’t make sense. Same price as a full action FLO.

Try connectors and it will give you new ideas of what is possible.

Able to not have to find one tool to do everything but rather find the best tool and use Azuqua to connect and sync.

Easy, powerful and felxxible

What do you like best?

Azuqua allows me to share data between systems easily, so my team is not reentering data multiple times.

What do you dislike?

It could use better online documentation.

Imagine all you could do, and ask for the moon, they can probably deliver!

Azuqua great for building workflows

What do you like best?

The ability to build workflows across multiple data sources

What do you dislike?

It's a little difficult to understand how to use at first, but becomes much easier with light training

Have someone dedicated to managing Azuqua and make sure to set up service accounts for all integrations
