"API custom integration platform. Best tool I've found for api integrations."

What do you like best?

The customization that Azuqua makes available is great! If you can do something with an API call you can do whatever you need to do. Another great piece is the logging !

What do you dislike?

There isn't' templating / much help setting up flows. This also requires someone with a developer mindset to setup/support depending on how complicated the flow is that you want/need setup.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We solved a bunch of business problems here's the most highly impacted areas:

Salesforce to Workfront - Auto Project creation based on sales made in SFDC

Workfront to Salesforce - We update the status's of our projects in SFDC so sales can easily see what the status is for our projects.

Salesforce to Workfront - Contact/Account management. SFDC is our authoratative source, and workfront mimics our salesforce environment exactly

Workfront to CustomerThermometer (Surveys) - We automatically send out surveys for our completed helpdesk tickets to get feedback on how we're doing.

CustomerThermometer to Workfront - We automatically create issues for us when customers respond negatively to us.

Salesforce to Google Drive - For each account in SFDC we create a folder structure in google drive that our entire organization uses for multiple purposes.

Mailgun to Workfront - Workfront has a terrible inbound processing system, so we use Mailgun to facilitate an API call to workfront for every email.

"Excellent set up and great support"

What do you like best?

Azuqua made it easy for the business to utilise and monitor several applications simultaneously, meaning we could be as productive as possible. The Support Team are always on hand to help whenever you need them, and their advice is second to none. You can also customise many of the options to best suit your business needs, which helps with day to day productivity. The compatibility with other cloud-based software programmes such as Zendesk and Jira is very useful too!

What do you dislike?

Some of the additional functions seem to hinder the user experience, and take away from the fantastic usefulness of the actual tool. You also need to have some understanding of programming and developing to be able to master it to it's full potential. It can also seem overwhelming to beginners!

Have someone dedicated to learning and training Azuqua to get the most from it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Service productivity and day to day working improved drastically. We were able to utilise the tool to transfer information quickly and easily.

"Excellent app integration! "

What do you like best?

In addition to improving my overall productivity, the software itself is impressive. There are a lot of customisation tools available so that it can be personalised to meet business needs to make your application data easy to understand and analyse.

What do you dislike?

The system can slow down during busy periods, or when there is a lot of traffic - this is manageable but it is a limitation. it also helps to have someone who understand software at hand during the setup process.

Recommendations to others considering the product

There is a free trial available, this is recommended. It would also be a good idea to have a member of the team responsible for learning all they can about Azuqua, then you have a go to person within arms reach if you need them.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Azuqua has made it lot easier to manage the workflow of multiple apps at once - which let a positive impact on productivity and timekeeping.

"reliable and robust "

What do you like best?

Azuqua is great because the level of coding knowledge required to really get a lot out of it is relatively little. You can get everything you need to out the program without having to do any coding at all. Although you do need to have a knowledge of how programs work. The amount of customisation that is available means you can use it for simple integration or to create complex systems and networks.

What do you dislike?

A user portal with some more information on when first starting out would be good, the support documentation is relatively limited so a detailed help file with tutorials and examples would help you get going with it a lot quicker.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would give Azuqua a go if you are looking to save time by bringing all your apps together in to some easy to use place.

Integration of a number of systems, Azuqua has been the missing link in our network of applications. We have now aligned all of these in to one easy to user and customisable interface.

"Simple and easy to get up and running and great support throughout"

What do you like best?

- The one on one support we received from our Customer Success Manager (including recommendations)

- The concept of Support hours. We used up all our professional services time but were able to finish up an additional flow by taking advantage of the 2 free hours of Support time.

What do you dislike?

We had some hiccups during the initial set-up. Felt it wasn't thoroughly tested before coming to us but think that was a miscommunication on our end

We recently purchased Workfront and needed a tool to transfer information from one platform to another. Azuqua has helped us get information from Salesforce to Workfront and is currently helping us put our Survey Monkey survey results into Workfront as well

"More than what meets the eye"

What do you like best?

The best part about Azuqua is that you do not need to write code. You do however need to have an understanding of logic and how software works. This happens to fit me perfectly as someone with basic programming experience.

Also, their Support is second to none. Not only are they extremely quick and responsive, but there answers are never canned responses and always provide valuable content.

What do you dislike?

The lack of connection/card documentation. Every card does have a section with details, but they are sometimes lacking. The help center and community also needs some structuring work. Every single connection/app should have a section with detailed documentation regarding its triggers and actions.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are leveraging Azuqua to bridge the disconnect between Zendesk, Jira, and Salesforce. All of them have integrations to one another, but are lacking which is where Azuqua comes into play. I am certain that we've only scratched the surface with what Azuqua can do and can not wait to continue leveraging this product for other use cases.

"Lots of customisation available!"

What do you like best?

The customisation is very advanced and it has available everything you need to do,, you do not need to write the code, but it helps to have an understanding of how software works.

The support line is excellent and is always valuable content if you need help with anything.

What do you dislike?

There isn't much in the way of templates or support for people who do not have a developer mindset that is required to setup a complicated flow.

Very good addition and there's lots to learn and experiment with!

"Azuqua helped us integrated two CRM platforms with ease and flexibility"

What do you like best?

Azuqua has the advantage of not only integrating with many different platforms but is able to have those interactions be as customizable as possible. There is an infinite number of combinations and ways to solve all your needs. In addition you don't need a coding background to build rules.

What do you dislike?

The flow creation process initially was a little cumbersome and complicated. The platform didn't respond visually too well but as time went by it improved drastically and we could start feeling the changes.

Azuqua is a tool to solve issues. You need to make sure you have a good idea fo what you are looking to achieve. Engage with support and your CSM there. They are really helpful and take feedback seriously.

We had an issue where we were using Salesforce for our Account Managment team and Pipedrive for our sales team. We didn't have a way to sync those two platforms because they have no inherit integration. Azuqua was able to give us to tools to build rules and transfer information as seamlessly as possible.

"Good enough for Grindr, good enough for me!"

What do you like best?

Azuqua streamlines an incredibly complicated process, so that anyone can make the most out of their business. Very little knowledge is necessary to come across as someone who can run a professional technical service.

What do you dislike?

There's an overwhelming amount of features for a small business man like myself. But, over time, I'm sure I'll come to understand these and maybe even implement them in my systems.

Azuqua is a great solution for setting up data integration's between systems that do not natively speak.

We've used Azuqua to successfully pass data between Workfront, Smarthsheet, Marketo and Salesforce. This enabled us to automate where we had manual processes, saving time and resources. We also had a unique situation that required a form submission pass an attachment to Salesforce. This is not a typical form option, but using Azuqua we were able to provide this option.

"Build smart integrations in minutes using a GUI"

What do you like best?

Azuqua allows non-programmers to rapidly build integrations between 100+ cloud software services.

What do you dislike?

A few admin tools need improving in order to make maintenance and support most efficient.

Spend time learning the product and experimenting in order to get the most out of it and build your FLOs in the most efficient way.

Azuqua allowed us to rapidly build integrations to solve business needs without needing to embark down a more formal (and slow and costly) development process. 100+ pre-built connectors to cloud systems provides lots of options to take best of breed products and connect them.

"Amazing experience using Azuqua"

What do you like best?

Azuqua makes it possible to connect all of your systems. The best part was that unlike other platforms Azuqua takes it a step further and makes your connection experience custom by tapping into your custom fields and allowing for almost any possibility.

What do you dislike?

It takes some time to learn the platform. Luckily there is a great help support and knowledge community that helped me solve all my connector problems.

Even if the platform you use is not on Azuqua they create new connections everyday so you can request your system.

Azuqua helped us automate processes where we were duplicating work due to having teams use multiple platforms. It made it possible to have one team do work in one place and notify another team in a different platform without anyone ever having to learn the other system.

"Finding efficiency and connecting services through automation. "

What do you like best?

Easy to create connections and automation. Didn’t need to know how to code or have an engineer to create a custom connector. Was able to connect Salesforce with Google Suite, Wrike, our own DAM, Smartsheet, Asana, and Slack.

What do you dislike?

Table pricing structure doesn’t make sense. Same price as a full action FLO.

Try connectors and it will give you new ideas of what is possible.

"Perfect for delivering excellent experiences for our customers!"

What do you like best?

It's made me so productive! The was in easily integrates all our applications makes everything simple and easy to see and organise.

What do you dislike?

Occasionally for beginners it can look overwhelming once all the apps are tied together, but it can be understood fairly easily once you get the hang of it.

"Great for the less technical!"

What do you like best?

It's really convenient that people with basic programming experience can still use Azuqua to create customised integrations. I also like the compatibility with other cloud-based software (Zendesk, Jira etc.). Overall it's a very powerful tool.

What do you dislike?

You do need someone a bit more on the experienced side with programming for the more complex workflows. The initial learning curve can be a bit steep.

The learning curve is worth it as it's definitely easier (and less costly in staff hours) than coding your own solution.

What do you like best?

I like that the the way Azuqua simply and easily combines applications. The layout is clear and easy to read and makes the job much easier.

What do you like best?

The ability to streamline connections between Slack and other services

What do you dislike?

User Interface seems a less 'fresh'. Stability isn't as great as I want it to be, but it's gotten a lot better!

"Useful for syncing information between different softwares"

What do you like best?

I like that we have the ability to push information from our own internal database to salesforce for reporting.

What do you dislike?

It is not a very intuitive product, and often requires the help of our engineers when it shouldn't need to.

"Simplistic and fool proof"

What do you like best?

No real knowledge of coding is required (I should know). Support when you come a little stuck is 10/10.

What do you dislike?

More readily available support without having to contact would be a positive step.

"Great initial experience with sales rep"

What do you like best?

I contacted sales to determine if they work with an Enterprise File sharing service. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

What do you dislike?

I have not found something I dislike yet except cost for a SMB.
