We've got some great news for you, we are working to release a greatly updated navigation and overall appearance to the system before the NAR Convention this year. We have also made substantial performance updates over the past couple of months to ensure pages load quickly and reliably. As for the membership plans, we can appreciate the confusion yet there is a solution here; your office staff can contact us and setup the commission plans for your Market Center. For most MCs, the answer to your question about commission plans is to contact the local staff because it is not available in our default deployment for KW. Good news is your MC has already upgraded their MC Intranet to include expanded document storage, banner management, and our full system which includes transaction management.
