beqom is Expertise and Flexbility

What do you like best?

beqom is specialized in compensation management which makes the company expert on the subject. The team can give advise and recommendations on the way of implementing as well as on the business side.

The solution can handle complex salary review, bonus , LTI calculations, and provides great data quality control checks. It can easily become the unique total comensation system of a big company.

What do you dislike?

As the solution is very flexible, it is easy to complexify more than needed. It is very important to stay focused and simple. To reach a good balance between functioanllity and complexity a good customer involvement is essential as well as a great project team

Recommendations to others considering the product

beqom will ease the overall compensation process by giving access to a greater population with almost no effort as the solution is scalable and flexible.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Auditability is not an issue anymore because it is a central solution handling very well the security access of users. Everything is logged, so every figure and calculation can be explained.

beqom: pure player for compensation & benefits scope

What do you like best?

beqom allows to have one entry point for HR and sales population, it gives you the flexibility to configure your salary review process, complex bonus plan and LTI, and quality data control processes, and all the complex rules to motivate your sales. It is impressive how this tool is scalable and self efficient.

The product team is very close from their customer to take in account all the lessons learnt and enhancements to improve in the future release the user experience.

When you choose beqom, no need to think about ETL, REPORTS functionnality, it is already included.

What do you dislike?

The flexibilty of beqom can have negative impacts if the scope is not clearly defined and the user experience not taken in account. With all the functionallities of beqom, it can be easy to configure a complex model, difficult to maintain because you want to manage all the exceptions. It is very important to involve as soon as possible the end user to make their life easier and guarantee a great user experience thanks to the amazing UI experience.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Don't think that the vendors that propose all the modules, ERP, Financial planning, Comp & Ben, recruitment, Training, talent management are the best in each area. The right way is to choose the best in each area, beqom is the best in Compensation & Benefits, they are expert with all lot of references in this domain.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Before beqom, we took 3 months to manage our salary & bonus process, now it takes only one month with all the manager community involved in the process.

Great Compensation Management product

What do you like best?

Above all beqom proved to be very flexible when it comes to customer needs. Also, the clients found the interface highly intuitive and user-friendly. Thanks to great people working at beqom it has been a pleasure to cooperate with the company as a partner. beqom cares not only about people with great technical skills, but also about good working atmosphere.

What do you dislike?

Although having great innovative ideas, it happens occasionally that the resources within beqom are not able to handle every solution proposed so there is a room for improvement in this area.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

What the customers appreciate is the fact that they no longer have to use multiple systems to manage Salary Review, Bonus, and LTI calculations, but they can use just one tool for all those processes.

They will take you where you need to be.

What do you like best?

The people. Their dedication, customer-oriented attitude, so many talents gathered in one ecosystem.

Also, understanding of HR processes, flexibility of the platform, pushing forward with technology.

What do you dislike?

Due to flexibility similar problems often get solved in a different way which makes the support harder.

A lot depends on the implementation team and how well they collaborate with the client.

beqom: Bespoke solution for your compensation management

What do you like best?

Lots of flexibility to fit your organisation structure and processes. During implementation, the team will help you with creation of bespoke solution and at the same time will share good practices and experience which coming from work with other organisations

What do you dislike?

High flexibility of the tool can bring a risk of overcomplicating when you are not 100% sure what you want to achieve however implementation team has a lot of experience in the business area and they can advise you and share best practices

It will allow you not only manage compensation and related processes but also simulate various scenarios and decide which of them will be the best for you

Flexible tool for compensation reviews

What do you like best?

The platform is very flexible and can be customised to meet just about any client needs. Clients do not need to change their business processes to fit the platform. For example, the security model is very powerful and can be configured to meet client needs.

What do you dislike?

I agree with the other reviewers that the flexibility could lead to complexity. However, with a good project team in place this is easily managed.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Total Compensation Review. The main benefits stem from the quality of the proposals that are captured, with then has flow on benefits such as being able to easily track spend vs budget.
