beqom allows to have one entry point for HR and sales population, it gives you the flexibility to configure your salary review process, complex bonus plan and LTI, and quality data control processes, and all the complex rules to motivate your sales. It is impressive how this tool is scalable and self efficient.
The product team is very close from their customer to take in account all the lessons learnt and enhancements to improve in the future release the user experience.
When you choose beqom, no need to think about ETL, REPORTS functionnality, it is already included.
What do you dislike?
The flexibilty of beqom can have negative impacts if the scope is not clearly defined and the user experience not taken in account. With all the functionallities of beqom, it can be easy to configure a complex model, difficult to maintain because you want to manage all the exceptions. It is very important to involve as soon as possible the end user to make their life easier and guarantee a great user experience thanks to the amazing UI experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Don't think that the vendors that propose all the modules, ERP, Financial planning, Comp & Ben, recruitment, Training, talent management are the best in each area. The right way is to choose the best in each area, beqom is the best in Compensation & Benefits, they are expert with all lot of references in this domain.
