What do you like best?
BIME is fully customizable, which enables our agency to create dashboards and provide insights specific to client KPIs. The built-in integrations with major digital advertising providers—AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, Twitter, DoubleClick, etc—as well as the ease-of-use of custom API options give us the ability to provide 100% of our paid and organic reporting in one place.
What do you dislike?
There is a bit of a learning curve with BIME; while the idea of the platform is much like Excel, someone unfamiliar with creating queries or building dashboards won't be able to necessarily "jump in" and become your company's resident BIME admin from day 1. You should plan on some time for trial-and-error before migrating your client's data off of your existing BI platform.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Previously, all digital marketing reporting was done in Excel and PowerPoint—which not only ate up considerable resources, but left much room for human error. BIME has cut the turn-around time for client reporting down to the minimal set-up, since all reports are built-out upon campaign launch, and update from that point forward, automatically, in real-time. This frees up our channel experts for optimization, strategy development, and testing, which better suits their talents, and is a significantly better use of client budget.
