"Bitrix24 Review"

What do you like best?

It's CRM - Customer Relationship Management Software. The CRM in Bitrix24 provides a platform to organise and track interaction with potential or existing clients, partners, agents and other contacts. Bitrix24 CRM is also accessible on mobile with its mobile app. So you can find the information needed whilst on the move. Bitrix24 Mobile App CRM allows creation or editing of CRM entries and invoices directly from a mobile device. You can use the product catalogue, browse client records, and even make calls from mobile.

What do you dislike?

Some app integrations that are hard to add on Bitrix24. I cannot configure some apps like mailchimp. So I am not sure if this is on them or Bitrix24. Anyways, as long as the CRM works good.

I'd like the app integration to be easier to use. You can also add more apps that can be used on this platform.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Invoicing, timekeeping, company pulse or rating, forms, contact for clients, chat groups and calls. Improve task management. Sometimes the tasks with subtasks are hidden.

"Bitrix24 Review"

What do you like best?

-The searching tool is great. It helps a lot to find registered information previously organized by company or contact.

-The streamline feature is a great way to post information and communicate to all users or just to a part of them. It may include the segmentation based on groups (example: sales information only to salespeople).

-Easy integration with other systems to automate marketing campaigns (example: MailChimp).

-Easy setup on cloud version: register and start to use the software! The free version is good enough if your business is not so big or complex.

What do you dislike?

-Sometimes the user interface is too complex in a few parts of the system. It would be great to have the chance to simplify some of them (self-configuration).

-The permissions feature is limited. We tried to set up a specific user type (to restrict the access to CRM information) based on his own companies/contacts (something basic to a CRM) but it was not possible.

-The features to manage deals and sales funnel are a bit complex too when compared to other cloud CRM providers. We tried to use this feature for a while but it did not fit to our needs.

Than, I would suggest you to have a look for Bitrix24 as this is one of the best place to provide one with the best ever experience for themselves. In some companies, decisions are made slowly and not very transparently. "Bitrix Review"

What do you like best?

-One platform for many solutions - CRM, project management, time management Project and TASK management tool really good.

-A lot of features. Free to use. Versatile and flexible A lot of integrations.

-Powerful and all in one project management and CRM solution.

-The platform provides robust modules for intranet services like conversations, photo gallery, wiki, files, calendars, and tasks.

What do you dislike?

-The cost is a major hindrance for most small organizations. The company could also improve on their customer support.

-All features are bundled together. There's no way to get CRM or project management separately.

-A bit complicated to get used to as user and admin.

Bitrix24 makes communications simple with social features such as comments and liking, and automated processes like notifications, assisted reporting, and subscriptions to groups or discussions. Moreover, it offers practical solutions to manage a company online.

Sales department uses the CRM solution, developers use specific PM tools, marketing department often has to use both. Then, there is a third solution for instant messaging, a fourth solution for intranet or HR needs, and a fifth – for the whole company’s knowledge base.

"Best CRM solution for a medium size corporation "

What do you like best?

*UI

Since I started working in Bitrix24, their UI has changed a lot and has become more user friendly. At first it was a bit complicated, but the team is working a lot to make it user-friendly. I can see the work

*Functionality

Bitrix24 has a lot of great features, but its biggest advantage that I have used is an all-in-one solution. We have a chat there, can work with deals, create schedules, assign tasks with ease and track progress on specific work with history and recent actions taken by the responsible person

*Customization

Even in a free plan, bitrix24 leaves a lot of space for adjusting the platform to the companies approach. you can create teams and spaces and plan sales and development processes

*Ad-dons

Bitrix24 has its own marketplace where you can set integration with many services, like mail chimp or a certain work process optimizer.

What do you dislike?

*slow

Being a power house CRM system, bitrix24 is sometimes slow, although I can see that bitrix team is working to improve it.

*updates

I also don't believe that their approach to upgrades is comfortable. Even though it does not take much time, but once in a while, the whole service goes down displaying that it is updating and you need to wait. This sometimes can slow work of the department and cause problems

*Define your workflows and then it would be very easy for you to implement them in the Bitrix24 CRM

In my team, we used Bitrix24 to work with new leads and organize work in sales department. Also, we are aiming to transfer all the processes there due to rich statistics and flexibility of the platform.

"Workflow & Project Management Made Easy"

What do you like best?

The complexity to which this platform is built out is insane, allowing managers to delegate tasks and include everyone on every project status at any given time of day. Chat, timecard, tagging of clients, data storage, you name it, project timeline automation, templates, email marketing - Bitrix seems to have it all and do it well.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the platform has slow days or technical glitches and tiny loopholes in the user experience that have been missed. We are lucky to have a Bitrix guru in our office to help solve for some of these instances.

It will be hard to find an all-in-one solution that is this robust!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This platform was very daunting at first but once its technical features are understood, it is unbelievable for managing task tracking and delegation. This allows us to talk easily with all members of our teams AND clients in one place in an easy, secure thread. Non-Bitrix users can still be a part of the workflow with email address inclusion.

"1 year of troubles "

What do you like best?

Huge opportunities for customization, customization, integration with other services. Easy search for solutions to setup questions.

The ability to write letters directly from the system with the help of a binding of working mail.

Slow interface. A lot of unnecessary features and settings that do not disable

One and the same need can be solved in various ways. This causes confusion in the sophistication of the work.

The presence of unnecessary tools in the work complicates navigation and the user's work in the system.

Additional functions require certain resources, but they are not used.

"Good Entry Level or Small Business CRM Substitute"

What do you like best?

Project Management. It has proven a very useful project management tool that I was able to share with team members across the company. The Chat, Workgroups and Activity Stream facilities are really useful. Not sure how robust the system would be as a CRM for a large corporate organisation though.

Data Inputting Form. The CRM Form creation tool is incredibly useful. I used it to create a way for my workers to forward the results of the data collation work they were doing for me. It works very well, and can be added to a webpage, or used as a standalone form.

What do you dislike?

The UI isn't the most user-friendly when you first log in, but it's worth taking the time to have a good look around and learn about all of the tools included. It just takes a while to learn it all, as it's not particularly intuitive.

Also, the reporting facilities and options are a little thin I think.

Though it's a small thing, I'm not loving the constant stream of notifications that comes through when that option is selected, though I do keep it on as I need some kind of reminder system. Though it can be useful, sometimes it's annoying in the way that the MS PaperClip (remember that?) used to be annoying.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make sure that you set aside a couple of days to really explore all of the tools in the software. It's not easy to pick out all that it does as it's not really all that intuitive to use. But once you go and have a dig around, you'll find it's pretty powerful stuff.

"Best All in one Solution"

What do you like best?

Bitrix 24 has an intranet solution for all an internal communication within the organisation. Bitrix 24 has a CRM solution for customer support and Live chat solution too. Email support and Phone system for free and pay as you go model for a phone. and Basic pricing is good and cheaper.

What do you dislike?

Live chat is a bit longer and has over half of the website page should be smaller and crispy. Also Bitrix 24 sites beta should have a login form and domain to be integrated.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Same like for live chat but i can see that teams in Bitrix 24 work very hard and will improve there live chat look and feel

"Very efficient and easy to use"

What do you like best?

I use this program for my job and it is a great method of communication among my coworkers!

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the app crashes and is a bit slow to open.

The app is significantly easier to use than the website. The website can be a bit confusing when attempting to sign in. Apart from that, if one is looking for a program to help organize and increase communication among their coworkers please consider using this app. It fosters employee collaboration and communication and is very efficient and easy to manage.

If a coworker is going to be late or is unable to come into work, Bitrix24 is a great way to find someone to cover their shift or to communicate with fellow coworkers.

"Using Bitrix24"

What do you like best?

I really enjoy features like the integrated timeline and the option to share contents segregated by group. The search tool is also very useful and transform Bitrix24 in a real collaborative repository. CRM features are also interesting and useful to organize companies, contacts, history of activities, etc.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the CRM features to manage sales funnel and deals are a bit confusing. The software is not 100% in portuguese and frequently there are updates that brings new terms in english (not yet translated). There was one specific event that made us disappointed: a free funcionality (where we used to register information) became part of the paid plan and simply was hidden from us (we lost our data).

Try it for free (do a pilot) before implementing.

We use Birtrix 24 as a content repositoty to promote collaboration and performance support, register the history of relationship with our customers and leads, register companies / contacts data, manage individual calendars, among other activities. It became an important internal network to share/seek knowledge and useful information.

"Excellent Features for an Affordable Price"

What do you like best?

The free account set up allows you to test multiple functions. As you needs increase you have the ability to integrate more options at affordable prices. The interface and ease of use are outstanding and easy to master. Free training is available via web and if you like more personalized training Bitrix24 provides these feature as well.

What do you dislike?

The number of features included at first could be overwhelming to integrate as a whole CRM solution. Customer service is mostly via email and you may have to wait a couple of days for a response.

This is a company that reinvests in improving functionality and features. Like any other CRM software, the learning curve may be initially taxing. Download a trial version, start using it, get training and fully implement when ready.

"Worst Customer support I've ever witnessed "

What do you like best?

My life before I started with Bitrix24. I remembered that i had fun and could focus on my own business. Now I am licking my wounds and are stuck in a vortex of zero help and losing lots of money.

What do you dislike?

Zero customer support, zero soft skills. The management is either on a holiday or doesn't care too much about their company. Worst is when they haven't replied for hours until that moment you want to go to bed. This is in the 2 decades i am involved in customer support by far the worst company i've had to deal with.

Don't get involved with this company. As soon as they have your $$ you are on your own. Terrible service and literally lost thousands of dollars by a failing management

I have realized that Bitrix24 is not a professional company. If you want to use their free services go ahead. However as soon as you want to use their professional services, that is when the troubles start. I've spend literally days and nights with them on the chat (no phone number) for something that could have been solved in 10 minutes. You will always receive a reply, however most of them are automated replies. They say that they are real humans but the answers you receive are making me doubt i am talking to real people. When you file a complaint and ask to speak to a manager, he is either on a holiday or he's giving the same generic answers.

!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I LOST LOTS OF CUSTOMERS AND MONEY BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF INTEREST IN THEIR CUSTOMERS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

"With bitrix everyone is on track"

What do you like best?

What I like the most in Bitrix is the possibility manage your work in a timeline like Gantt Diagram.

Nowadays to monitor and manage your computer project, bitrix24 is the best tool to use, it is web-based and you can install it on your tablet and smartphones. My experience with Bitrix24 while working for Atalou Microsystem as IT Manager is something to keep in mind, we were always aware of any projects and task of everyone in the company. In a kick-off meeting, everything is explained and available to you, even if we don't have the full outline of a project. With Bitrix 24, you know when a project supposed to star and finish. You know what is happening? You follow all the improvements of every step and all the process within that project and to who a task is assigned? You can also report to your stakeholders of the project because all the information you need is there in Bitrix24. All of the change within the course of a project are notified to your email with the user or the person accountable for a specific task.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Using bitrix24 is the best way to share everything with your colleague, you don't have to send email to remind a task to be done. We can use in real time while working out of office. Everyone is on board and tasks are assigned.

"Flashy graphics for a reduced experience"

What do you like best?

Bitrix has a great way of organizing the social side of online-only team projects. The visual arrangement is quite interesting and the side bars are for the most part functional and easy to learn. Managing and editing deals and contacts is made easy by one-click editing and saving. Multiple key commands make navigation easy on the wrists, freeing them up for other activities. Notifications are loud and vibrant, ensuring a prompt response to the more urgent tasks. Assigning tasks is done via a user-assignation system, which makes it easy to stay accountable and on task.

What do you dislike?

Bitrix is riddled with whimsical graphics that smooth over the transitions from page to page. They ultimately slow down the experience and draw the eye away from the more critical business elements of the page. On top of that, helpful reminders reminiscent of 'clippy' show to block key functions of the page, making them hard to ignore and, at the end of the day, frustrating.

Be aware of its limits before becoming fully invested.

Bitrix helps me keep track of the multiple hundreds of calls and emails I send out cold every week, allowing me to keep the clients who are interested and warm up potential future clients. I can track personal interactions and ensure that every meeting is met with a perfect recollection of our entire interaction history.

"Review of Bitrix24 for Team collaboration"

What do you like best?

Bitrix24 has a very flexible pricing plan so it can grow as you expand, starting from a free version. It is a simple communications system and it can work in conjunction with Google docs for editing documents, even by people who don't have Microsoft office on their computer.

What do you dislike?

To date my experience with this software has been very positive for communications and collaborative editing, I'm not convinced yet about the project management side of things such as setting task deadlines with automated reminders. However every time I take the trouble to look more closely at its menus I find more functions. You have to get used to different titles for somethings - such as "workgroups" which I use for what I called "projects" in other software. But I soon got used to that and in some ways it makes more sense to call them workgroups anyway because it is about managing the people who deliver the project.

I work with an international team and this software allows us all to plan and deliver projects together. As a non-profit organisation it has enabled us to reduce overheads on basic communications so that we can use our resources more effectively.

"It's the best Collaboration Platform!"

What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to use. I remembered using it for the first time and knowing almost instinctively how to do things I want to do using the platform. When I do get confused, their Support Training Course is accessible and easily understandable.

And it's worth mentioning the quality of the video when you share your screen during a call. Better than any other tool I used!

What do you dislike?

There's absolutely nothing I dislike about Bitrix.

It's a great tool! I don't understand why it's not getting all the hype it deserves. Just give it a try and you won't regret it.

"Bitrix24 for the win!"

What do you like best?

I like how Bitrix 24 allows you to ask your co-workers for help. You can discuss plans and projects, and your co-workers can comment on what you post. I think it is a great program that allows everyone to get involved. Also, its a great way to allow help for those who have questions or would like feedback on what they are working on. I think Bitrix 24 allows communication in the office run smoothly and effectively.

What do you dislike?

I think Bitrix 24 might be a little overwhelming at first. I think once the business learns how to operate Bitrix 24, it is effective. However, there is training involved which is time consuming.

I would highly recommend this program! If you have the time to learn the program, then jump right in! Once you implement the program in your workplace, you will see your business running smoothly and effectively!

I think Bitrix 24 is solving task related problems. You can now keep track of tasks and projects, and know what is going on in the workflow. I think when a business is effectively working together and accomplishing tasks, then the business is growing and achieving. Also, Bitrix 24 allows you to plan meetings, even on your mobile device! This solves problems such as, not knowing when or where a meeting is taking place. Communication is key in running a business and Bitrix 24 allows this to run properly!

"Bitrix24 is a good CRM Solution"

What do you like best?

I like the fact that Bitrix24 has everything to start working right away, from an internal social network with video chat, project management, desktop/mobile clients and document collaboration.

For the basic tier you can start a team with 12 users with all the tools for project management for free. For a small businesses, that's likely enough to let your whole team start using it and collaborate in a project.

Most paid CRMs with free or basic plans only let you bring a couple users along, but not Bitrix24.

What do you dislike?

There are some aspets I think need some work:

-Better reporting options.

-Friendly integration with other services.

-Unable to be used on Windows phone.

-Only a few apps available in the marketplace and most of them do not add value to the app.

-Support only available in English.

-Intuitive UI and better UX.

Be prepared to upgrade, because the free version is not enough if you have a larger team.

Bitrix24 is a nice solution providing great usability and plenty of features.

We use Bitrix24's as a project management and social network to work with our team across several countries. We tried it as an alternative to run our whole company from one place.

File sharing and daily meetings were the main tools we used to work with our sprints (Scrum), using bitrix for our status meetings and project progress.

On the CRM side, we found a full-featured CRM that let us manage our contacts, automatically email them or call them right from our dashboard, and even send out invoices.

"Bitrix24 just works"

What do you like best?

At $39 a month it is cheaper than the alternatives. I love the ability to easily implement qr codes for things.

Bitrix24 is a free collaborative tool available for up to 12 users.

Both iOS and Android apps are also free.

In paid plans, you do not have to pay for a separate user but for additional disk space and some optional features.

Bitrix24 offers virtual telephone calling

The platform provides robust modules for intranet services like conversations, photo gallery, wiki, files, calendars, and tasks

Company services include employee directory, task and work time reporting, absence chart, and visual structure

Time management tools include check-in/out feature, regular work reports, and daily planner.

What do you dislike?

Some of the older employees have problems using it but they seem to adapt quickly

"in my opinion the best for free"

What do you like best?

That it offers a lot and no subscription or payment necessary. It offers a lot of option. I am using it for myself and there are no limitations in contacts, tasks, etc... I have tried a lot of other apps and their free versions, and all are useless because of limitations in contacts, tasks, no subtasks, etc...

What do you dislike?

the app is not good, should be done simplier and easier to find everything. Also lack of integration with apps like IFTTT.

I'm a project manager with a lot of different projects. So I'd like to have all the tasks and procedures in one app so that it will automaticly remind me for the next step. So far I'm still in the building process to make it all work fine.

"Big bang for the buck, tough for support"

What do you like best?

Compared to most other similar applications, this offers an extensive array of feature sets and abilities. The fact that this will integrate with VOIP services is wonderful, but getting the software to integrate will take considerable amount of time and cost.

What do you dislike?

The customer support is lacking at best. The company is based in Russia, and your "chat sessions" will be mostly comprised of them referring you to a link, which won't answer your question. There have been times where the system proved unreliable or just lost tasks altogether, which is NOT an option that we are willing to accept on any level with any software. We were told we need to hire a software support company that will make these changes for us, but this is neither something that Birtrix does directly and normally is comprised of another company based out of the U.S., which adds to the language barrier.

The little things are what are most annoying to us. You cannot have a task with a deadline of the last day of the month, only a specific day of the month - how tough could this be to perform?

Making sure that our workflow processes don't fall through the cracks for our customers. We are able to quickly identify areas where job processes are bottle necking and help us create internal checks and balances to address those slow-downs in our business to better the experience with our customers.

"Fully Loaded yet Cheaper Option"

What do you like best?

Bitrix is fully loaded and a great choice.

Lots of versatility.

If you need it to do something, it probably can.

Simplistic.

Easy to use.

Not much of a learning curve.

What do you dislike?

Lots of features, but not much depth in them.

Lacks good Drive (Google, Drop, etc) integration. It works to an extent, but doesn't allow folder uploads or anything of the sort. Hard to run everything off of it.

"Warning! They will delete your data for inactivity with barely any warning."

What do you like best?

It was a fairly good system until they deleted the entire account while I was out on extended leave. Support was OK, functionality was reasonable.

What do you dislike?

The fact that over a year's worth of data was deleted by the company. They only notified the administrator & not the other 5 users on the account. Nothing is perfect, but deleting 18 months of data after 6 weeks of "inactivity" is absurd. People go away on sabbatical, maternity leave, have extended medical leave or bereavement.

The emails they did say hid the warning messaging so far in the subject & email, that you wouldn't have been able to tell them from marketing emails from the company. Their customer support was RUDE, unapologetic, and defensive.

Don't use it. Having data deleted after only 6 weeks of inactivity & with little warning is not something you want to experience in your business life.

"Great project planner tool. "

What do you like best?

This software is so much more than a project planner tool, I believe that it'd be a very good 'entry' level CRM. However, I just use the one functionality of Bitrix24, which is the project/task planner. I discovered it whilst trying to find free to use Gant Chart software and this perfectly fits the bill! It's a great platform for colleagues and teams to come together and collaborate on work.

What do you dislike?

You get alot of notifications from this platform - I have had to turn mine off as they were becoming quite spammy.

This depends on the reasons for using it? It seems to offer a full suite of products - suitable to manage a smallish database of contacts with regards to using it as a CRM - it is fairly easy to use and I doubt it would take long to get up and running. For our purposes, it works as a good project management/planning tool.

Collaboration and management of multiple ongoing projects. Bitrix helps me to juggle a lot of projects at once and help keep me and my team on track with deadlines and ensures that interdependent tasks also do not get forgotten about.

Good reports and funnel diagrams etc, good for checking progress of deals both historic and ongoing. The blog section is good for team-building and general updates.

Little opportunity for automation - in a way, functions more as an address book.

"Amazing platform!"

What do you like best?

Bitrix does nearly everything. I love the desktop and mobile phone apps that allow me to chat and video conference with my distributed team. It keeps us in sync even though we're spread across the country.

What do you dislike?

The interface still looks like something from early 2000, which make using the tool less enjoyable.

I wish there were a configurable dashboard so each user could show what's most important to them when they log in. More linkage with other software and automated workflows would be really handy too.

Try it! They have a very robust, free, cloud-hosted version that will give you a clear picture of how the tool will fit into your business. If you're working with a team that isn't co-located, Bitrix24 is tough to beat at any price, and pretty much impossible to top for free!

"Complex and powerful"

What do you like best?

Well, it's pretty tough on where to actually start, this product does essentially everything. But, in some cases that can be good and bad. Some CRM and loaded software packages can get a little overwhelming and I feel like Bitrix24 is on the cusp of that happening.

What do you dislike?

There is just so much happening at any given time when you are using this software that it can be hard to manage sometimes. There are seemingly 2000 options on the left nav and being from the UX/UI world, that can be a little daunting at times.

If you are going to use this product then make sure to give it a fair go. Don't just try it and then jump ship. Poke around and make sure this is or isn't a good fit for your company.

I am solving the issues of team collaboration as well as communication. This platform allows you to do many thing, even make phone and video calls through it which is great. Like I mentioned before. It essentially allows you to do anything.

"Big Bang... not just a theory"

Bitrix24 is a very comprehensive solution, offering virtually every feature that a small business thinks they need and many that they haven't yet imagined.

What do you dislike?

There may be more bang than the buck really needs. A surplus of features on a dated user interface can lead to a confusing and frustrating experience.

Be careful about biting off too much. The price point is phenomenal, but the system can really overwhelm you, making you feel like there is more you should be doing than may be appropriate to your business. Spend time really understanding your needs before diving into this software.

"So-So"

What do you like best?

It's fantastic software. It does a great job of process management. It has deep functionality and many features that we don't use now but may grow into.

What do you dislike?

We are using self hosted on an amazon instance. We are using the bitrix supplied image. We had lots of issues getting things to work. It was not an "out of the box" experience at all. Jabber chat doesn't work. Contacted support and was told, "yeah, jabber will be phased out - you should use the downloadable bitrix app that has a chat client in it."

for over half of our users the desktop client will not stay logged in longer than a minute or two.

We have abandoned bitrix chat and have gone back to our old chat client as a result.

When googling for error messages and problems with Bitrix, 99% of the results will be in russian and will still be difficult to read after google translate is used.

Consider the cloud option - it will alleviate a lot of pain in implementation

We have documented most of our business processes and are using automated workflows for most of them. This has allowed for delegation of responsibilities and has freed up managerial time.

"Very Useful"

What do you like best?

Bitrix has made communicating with our teammates in or out of the office a breeze. We are able to send announcements, assign tasks, check employees productivity rate and much much more. The activity stream and tasks workspace are my favorite features.

The activity stream is very similar to Facebook so it makes sharing easy and users are able to read information as it comes through the stream.

The ability to assign tasks, make them repeatable and add viewers makes our lives so much easier. Never before has it been so easy to follow the life of a task to completion.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I dislike is that they have been offline a few times this last month. Their support is great about communicating with us, but when we aren't able to jump into the platform as a company that often telecommutes it's a hinderance.

Take a demo. Ask for additional support after you implement. There are endless features that you could be using!

Communication these days has changed because users want to communicate via social media or email. Face-to-face interaction has drastically decreased. That's where Bitrix comes in! Even when we are in the office we prefer to communicate through Bitrix instead of running into someones office.

Being an office that often telecommutes it's vital to our company to have a platform that allows us to communicate without email. There are so many times that things get lost in an inbox, but Bitrix makes up for this.

"Great product for Small Business"

What do you like best?

How it lets you manage everything, from Lead Generation, managing the whole Sales Funnel. Communication between coworkers, Project Management. Everything you need to make your company go to the next level at a really accesible price. If it does not have an option to do something, you can always integrate that.

What do you dislike?

It could work better with the amount of notifications and email. Also sometimes the server has some connectivity issues.

What do you like best?

Practical design, some technical solutions, scalable use, simplicity in using. Also speed of server is very good (compared to some other web solutions). CRM forms are interesting but still in evaluation.

What do you dislike?

CRM is not on the level, comunication history especially. Setings can be perhaps better solved.

"CRM and Team Share All In One"

What do you like best?

It can replace your CRM and it has team collaboration.

What do you dislike?

Nothing bad just preferences really. Sharing images inside of posts was a little clunky but it wasn't a deterrent. You can get that way about software, especially when you've used other solutions. Oh man, you can't (insert minor inconvenience here) like you can with (insert other product here). Aside from that Bitrix is very well thought out.

If you're a new startup, I'd say look at Bitrix before you select a separate CRM and collaboration tool. But if you already using other products, you may find it hard to switch to Bitrix from a current system.

We initially got Bitrix with the aspiration of replacing Salesforce with the Bitrix CRM functionality. Then we realized how difficult that would be and the sales data that might be lost. So instead we used it as a replacement for Trello.

"Comprehensive task management"

What do you like best?

Bitrix24 allows me to assign tasks to myself and my staff for completion. I can monitor due dates for all and the visual tracker makes it easy for us to keep up with pending tasks.

What do you dislike?

It's powerful but almost too powerful sometimes. There are many advanced features that we have to tweak to get assigned tasks to show up as we wish.

"At this moment we believe that Bitrix24 is the best platform."

What do you like best?

Bitrix is CRM where we have the tasks, companies, contacts, DRIVE, ability to quickly communicate, even a cellphone in ONE PLACE. As we used other platforms before, none of them had so many functions to use.

What do you dislike?

- I wish I we would use a calendar all the time but after few times of attempts it still didn't became a place where we schedule all tasks our ours.

- I don't know where is the problem but we never see what is happening on the wall, f.e. if someone writes something, no one spots that and reacts either.

- We believe that "start execution" function is not needed at all, because none of us have the time to push the button when starting/pausing/finishing, because we have ten of different tasks to do each day.

At least what can you do is just try. I saw that companies with 100+ employee were using this system, so i believe it means something.

"A very nice UI and UX, quality software"

What do you like best?

I like its project management, time management, document management, and tasking in a social-style environment that includes content sharing, instant messaging, commenting, liking, and user profiles among other components.

What do you dislike?

Brower loading is quite high. Takes time to load system. Also, lots of configuration required. Hard for small size company like me to pick and use.

Make sure you are solving the right problem before making a buying decision. E.g., If your HR team can't seem to figure out how to add value in your company's recruiting process, the problem probably isn't the tool their using... 2) Make sure the tool fits your needs, abilities to implement and support and your budget

"One tool for the entire company!"

What do you like best?

The best part of the tool is that you can handle all company with one tool, you have chat for the company for core team and for externals or freelancers plus, that you can have a track of all your clientes, you a way to storage all the data (files, pictures, email, etc), you can create a private chat rooms, business conversations, for me it´s a great tool and the best is that you can see everything in web, desktop and mobile (iOS & android)

The gantt graph is not a real useful when all your team work with scrum or kanban so if you can change this that can be amazing

"It is a platform that has several tools for project management"

The possibility of having control of the project, crn, calendar, tasks in a single platform, and that everything is centralized in the cloud is not necessary to install anything. You can share the work with other colleagues in the office

I really like the way this software allows collaboration. My Director of Operations and I have used this on some internal projects and it has proven reliable and top notch for communications.

I think it would be helpful for an area to work on a WBS. I used this on my projects and it would be nice to have an area for this. Also, the ability to switch between a graphical view and list view for the WBS.

"A CRM Solution With A Lot Of Features"

What do you like best?

Bitrix has got a lto of features such as social network, drive, chat, task and project module etc. so it looks like handy. It has got self hosted and cloud versions. If you prefer self hosted version you can pay one time and you will get lifelong license. Also there is mobile and desktop application. Application is compatible with Linux and Mac. Also Mobile application is compatible with iOS and Android. It has got great support. You can connect Bitrix to your Active Directory service.

What do you dislike?

Bitrix administration panel is very (but very) complex. It is hard to use. Translation is so difficult. You must translate more than 1000 variable. Some pre-translated languages in buying package but there wasn't Turkish Language.

It solves our task distribution and follow needs. Also it is useful for chatting between staff.

"Create your own business ecosystem for free"

What do you like best?

Bitrix24 allows you to create an intranet with social network integrations and capabilities to manage all the HR aspects of your business, specially when you are the one-man orchestra.

What do you dislike?

There are some spam issues (like getting invitations from random uninvited very-likely-to-be-fake people) that you can resolve when you tune up your privacy, but it is not intuitive.

Consider what you want to control with it, keep in mind other integrations with Slack, Trello, etc, and you are done.

"Integrated intranet platform"

What do you like best?

Extremely cheap enterprise ready intranet. The smooth learning curve for users - it's just like Facebook with tasks, organizational structure, and CRM. Internal emails quantity dramatically shortened in several months after implementation of Bitrix24.

What do you dislike?

Business processes are no in BPMN compatible, it uses self-made flowchart language. No LDAP in SAAS version. VoIP integration is buggy. Helpdesk doesn't answer fast enough. It is impossible to use shared drive in production environment.

What do you like best?

Bitrix24 has all the features that almost anyone could be looking for in a sales, marketing, HR, support software package.

What do you dislike?

I wanted my clients to be able to log in and see only the leads they generated. Unfortunately, Bitrix support could not make that happen.

Make it so that customers can have clients/users be able to log in to see the leads attributed to them and nothing else.

Being able to track all the leads that we receive from clients. Bitrix24 does this very well.

"User friendly project management tool"

What do you like best?

I like the ease of learning how to navigate the resource. It is very user friendly and easily to communicate and comment on ongoing projects and jobs. We previously used this as a tool to manage our web projects and increase efficiency. It did the job for us.

What do you dislike?

It was more challenging to incorporate other department projects for account managers and our design/ creative team. Bitrix24 offers a lot of options for managing that a smaller project doesn't necessarily need. This is also not all encompassing for a full service agency so we only used it for certain projects.

If you want a way to increase employee communication on projects this is a great place to start. You must use it consistently and make sure all employees are on board and receptive to using it or it will be a waste of time

It helped streamline communication between departments. It helped us create a paper trail on where a project was and the status of it. It made us realize as a whole that even not using a project management tool we still need to provide very detailed instructions on jobs and still communicate throughout the whole process.

"Well rounded product lacking customer support"

I like the many add-ons available to tailor the product to my specific needs.

Customer support is lacking and the interface can be a bit complicated to navigate.

I need a very simple CRM that would allow me to import leads from wordpress forms and then allow my team to call the leads and track through the system to the point that they made a consultation. I also required the system to have the ability to text clients via twilio sms.

"Hosted system: Newupdates/upgrades causes many system failures"

What do you like best?

Many great functionalities and features but poorly written interface. Able to have the system hosted in house and therefore better control of technical environment.

New desktop apps with sync is great and works well. Bitrix24 on iPhone has limited functionalities. Quotes are not available.

Data storage with drives and shared access is excellent.

What do you dislike?

Issues with update of the system on hosted environment. Many errors occurring during update process. System is not well tested and process poorly implemented. Support personal has difficulty communicating on English. This is a Russian company. Response to issues inaccurate and/or not well explained. Inadequate support for oracle database.

Outdated documentation and online help.

"Simply the best"

What do you like best?

Bitrix is a great tool that I was hesitant to start using. Having learned many different systems when my boss told me I had to learn another I was a bit turned off. However, Bitrix was easy to use and the fact that the customer support team was readily available for any and all questions I had made my transition easier.

What do you dislike?

It is not user friendly. And difficult to master.

I can look at other sales people in my organization and that beats looking at an excel spreadsheet. It allows you to see where your people or organization needs improvement at any given time.

"Use this for CRM for Gonejerky our small business"

What do you like best?

I like the CRM functionality and the workflow in the site. If I create a task now instead of just having to email or text dad he is notified and is less likely to forget about the task. Also I like the tools that show our sales by product, type, and customer. This way we know which are our most successful products. We really did not have a way to monitor that before. Also we can directly upload this from our PDF invoices and it captures all the data we need so we do not have to manually enter this in.

What do you dislike?

For a free open source tool at least to the extent we use it, I cannot complain about anything. I think it is a powerful CRM software especially for small businesses who do not really know some of the key aspects that they should know about their business. We would have tons of excel spreadsheets to track this if we did not find Bitrix as a solution.

I would recommend Bitrix to anyone who is interested in learning more about their business, really all you have to do is enter the data and you can see it in a very digestible format. This product can improve most small business workflow.

"Loved it until...."

What do you like best?

I actually really like the interface and many of the features. I found it fairly easy to navigate and it had almost everything I needed to organize my company. I would have liked a gantt view but could live without it.

What do you dislike?

Productivity relies on groups of tasks (tasks and their subtasks) that can be loaded for each new project. Bitrix uses a "template" system but a template cannot have subtasks. So if you have 4 tasks (phases) and each of those has 10 subtasks, you have to load all tasks and subtasks individually and then assign the subtasks to the appropriate task. It is a nightmare. Then to make it even worse, no one but the creator can see templates. So I can't have other developers use my task templates to streamline their workflow.

It could have helped me completely organize my tasks, projects, clients, prospects, teams, and workflow.

"A nice addition for organization communication"

What do you like best?

facebook-like feed/comment system, easy for workers to post anything and share files at an organization level. We like to use it to create a voting for just anything that we need feedback for.

We are just using it for internal communication, and it serves the purpose...so we don't have anything we dislike.

"Useful but could do with updated features"

What do you like best?

This was a very useful intranet, particularly as we had a small number of employees. The features we used most were the calendar, the activity feed and the tasks. The activity feed helped us keep up to date with what each of us were doing as we worked remotely.

What do you dislike?

The calendar was not ideal. It made it very difficult to share dates of meetings with each other, almost impossible really as it was only the admin who could do it. Not easy to use at all. As this was the most important feature for us it quickly became obvious we would be better off using something else.

When you all work remotely as a company it can be hard to keep up to date with the activities of everyone, especially joint projects. This offered a free option for doing this.

What do you like best?

It jas a nice interface, all the transactions go pretty smoothly and in general it is a great place to start your trading path

Verification takes forever and this is very very sad., another point is when you trying to sell or buy at specific point it does freeze sometimes so you are ending with not so good price (for cryptocurrency)

"Just didn't get the software"

What do you like best?

Nothing in Bitrix24 stands out as liking it.. What I used (like message board) worked... sort of....

What do you dislike?

The software was not intuitiive. It's use eluded me. It was trying to be all things and succeeding at nothing. I actually spend time RTFM, and still didn't get the use of the software.

Find something else until they re-vamp the software...

I like best about Bitrix are the features it has. I like the fact that you can share your tasks, and how great the collaboration is.

What do you dislike?

I don't like hows there so many features to learn, it's kinda overwhelming sometimes. Also I wish the reminders were better. Like the notifications.

"Website made easy"

What do you like best?

They did our company website and made it really simple for us when we were just starting out. All we had to do was provide necessary information and feedback.

What do you dislike?

We were limited in what we could add to the site. We wanted patient scheduling and to have electronic form completion and submission but werent able to.

"My Favorite CRM"

What do you like best?

Bitrix24 is easy to use. The chat is phenomenal and the app works really well. It is easy to add clients, create tasks, store files, send messages.

What do you dislike?

After the updates, which are frequent, the app seems to not push messages to your phone. I've missed a quite a few messages because of this disconnect.

Their free trial is great. It's definitely worth the trial period.

"AMAZING Service! "

What do you like best?

Obviously that it is free unless you have more than 12 users/employees

Everything is clear and easy to use. There are links between Companies saved and new contacts Contacts. Tasks can be made for yourself or for someone else in the system (your company). Documents can be shared and updated by those with access. All changes are recoded with date and time.

Soon we will be adding detailed quotes to different companies and this will allow us to quickly find the information we need.

"Great Software but Customer service is dreadful"

What do you like best?

I really like what the software can do and when you get around how it operates compared to Zoho, Orange etc. it comes up much better.

What do you dislike?

The lack of support, poor or lacking available tutorials which go through standard setup procedures.

When you use GoDaddy, you will run into a number of see and foreseen situations. But their manual is written with the novice in mind, so you can get through 85% of situations with little added support needed. With Bitrix24 a lot more is required. I ran into an issue with the "Send&Save E-mail Integration Parameters" section where it continually kicks out an error "Cannot connect to "pop.mail.com". Error running USER command. ()" and then it says the password is incorrect and then this error again. I went through ever available source to find out what was going on and nothing worked. Now this is where a support "chat" would be helpful. NOTHING!!!. It's so frustrating as this involves one of the key reasons for using their system. The problem is probably easy to solve but without some basic guidance you are screwed!

They really need to get their act together with regards to a technical support chat system.

"We're using this service in our (Web devevlopment) company. Great soloution for small company."

What do you like best?

This app contains everything you need to have in your company recorded. Hours of work, CRM system is great, task manager is awesome too. Best of all is that everything is on one place, and you don't need use varios software for various tasks. Included drive is great for sharing files over the company.

Absolutely design. Desing is really cheap and nobody in our company likes it.

Bitrix24 it's indeed an excellent tool for a company like our own, with collaborators in several cities with different profiles.

The free version offers all of the features I need to keep track of internal projects. I can add multiple users, set templates, and useful reminders.

"Intuitive tool for managing tasks"

Since I installed this app to integrate with office 365 I have not be able to use outlook, remove the integration or get effective support. If you need a web based app it might be ok but I have not had time to use it because it screwed up my machine and out look in running properly.

Recommendations to others considering the product

do not use any integration feature. I find the documentation wrong especially with office 365.

"A great place to keep everything"

What do you like best?

I love how it integrates with so many other pieces of software. No marketing software is truly all in one, but this one comes close.

What do you dislike?

I don't like how the design manager can sometimes insert its own code.

We solved both our CRM and our inbound marketing platform problem.

What do you like best?

The ability to stay in constant communication with everyone within our organization (i.e.- IM, video calls, postings, etc.)

What do you dislike?

Computer version doesn't like older operating systems. Good thing there's an online version!

Our organization is spread out throughout the southeast so Bitrix makes it super easy to ask quick questions without having to call and interrupt meetings or cause distractions

"Overall experience is very great!"

What do you like best?

A lot of SMB needs are met and integrated in 1 centralized solution and tool that can be used across multiple roles in the company and even stretches to outside.

What do you dislike?

Not very intuitive GUI in some of the features, inability to see email from even connected domains right inside the Bitrix24. Hate that service desk is only available on self-hosted solution.

Own PBX connector pretty expensive.

Weirdly different licensing and plans Cloud vs Self Hosted solution.

Multiple tool integrated in Cloud solution so I don't have to worry to run it somewhere but in case if you want you have this option.

"Cheap and cheerful CRM solution"

What do you like best?

The price is much lower than Salesforce and some of the other CRM system

What do you dislike?

It isn't easy to use and on more than 4 occasions something has gone 'weird' with backup data being lost.
