"Best Project Management & Business Collaborative Software - BlueCamroo"

What do you like best?

I love the Project Management tool. The entire system seamlessly integrates with the user's clients, company, internal employees, Google, Box, QuickBooks, Microsoft, Social Media, Calendars, HubSpot and other integrations.

The tasking system is extremely robust and easy to use. You can track time, efforts, billable & unbillable hours, attachments, URLs, updates, progress, percentage complete, timelines, notifications, calls, emails, stages, checklists, documents, level of priority, company collaboration and more, all within one task, or multiple tasks.

And that is just one example of my favorite features.

BlueCamroo is a great solution for a seamless, cradle to grave, Business Management, Automation Solution, CRM, and Project Management Software for those wanting to keep everything in one place (i.e., employees, invoices, CRM, sales quotes, meetings, projects, clients, service requests, etc.).

You can run your entire business in this one tool if you choose to.

BlueCamroo also has a website hosting, development, and design solution called Roo Builder. It integrates with other website hosting solutions and CMSs, such as HubSpot (if you prefer to stick with your CMS and Integrate certain aspects of Roo Builder into your current CMS system).

It also has a unique eCommerce website builder and vital tools for eCommerce businesses.

Therefore, BlueCamroo is ideal for both B2B and B2C.

The price per month and the annual cost is unbeatable for everything you get out of the tool.

The affordable price helps you get rid of all the excessive software instruments and extensions you might be using to keep everything in your company running, organized, tracked, analyzed, and collaborative.

What do you dislike?

The process of learning how to use the robust Software features within the BlueCamroo can take time and practice.

But they have an onboarding process in place that offers solutions to this difficulty. They will offer to personally teach your company or team to be comfortable and knowledgeable in using the system. They also provide informative documents, content, and videos to help users learn the software as well.

When you think about it, the learning curve is merely a double-edged sword. Just like any other top-notch robust software, like HubSpot, there's a learning curve.

With that said, the positive aspects, features, and benefits significantly outweigh the onboarding process.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Try out the 14-day trial and watch the videos throughout the trial so you can try to soak up as much as you can before deciding whether to buy or not.

Since the system offers so many tools, it's hard to learn it all in 14 days, but when the trial ends, keep in mind what you haven't been able to use or learn yet, but still be aware it will be there later as a tool when it comes to that time for you to start learning that component.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Project Management for our own company, Xcellimark, and for all of our clients.

The Tasking and the Timing tools make it simple to track and manage your time, and your team's time, productively and efficiently. It also makes the billing and invoicing process incredibly simple.

The Calendar and Email Integrations make your schedules and emails seamless. If you are in BlueCamroo, the software calendar will look the same as your primary calendar. Any email you send inside or outside of BlueCamroo, will be added to the contact record or company record in BlueCamroo.

This lets you skip the additional step of ensuring everything is in synced in one place, whether it is forwarding emails and calendar events to both calendars and systems. Everything is automatic.
