"Knowledgeable but not adaptable. High turnover"

What do you like best?

Very knowledgeable team with many years of experience. Consultants knew what they talking about.

What do you dislike?

Project involved multiple brands and the bluewolf team didn't seem to adapt well to the idea of multiple brands and working with matrix organizations across different regions of the world.

Turnover at the company also seemed to be terrible. The project involved at least 3 different main consultants.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Bluewolf seems OK if you have one brand and a specific project.

"Bluewolf: A class act, top-tier SF.com consultant strategic partner"

What do you like best?

We've been a Bluewolf client for over 14 months and are part of the Bluewolf beyond program. Having utilized Bluewolf now for a myriad of projects and accumulating over 850 consulting hours with them, I have lots of first hand experience in how they work and what they can do to add value to our company's ongoing development.

Honest consulting | Customer advocates

I have found that the Bluewolf team does their homework to find the best possible solutioning to any given problem/question/business challenge we've thrown their way and in general they do work hard to save on hours spent, mining the time allocation as if it were their own dime, which to me is a stand-out quality and one any business owner would appreciate.

Innovative Experts

Bluewolf has many subject matter experts and having been working in Salesforce.com now since 1999, they are the defacto resident experts in the Salesforce domain which is a huge leverage point when we as a company need to rely on a go-to expert. Having so many clients of all different markets & company sizes they've seen many use-case scenarios and I can tell this has benefited us in saving time going down the wrong rabbit hole hunting for solutions. They've also been able to share some time-saving tips and fast-track certain solutions we otherwise would have had no knowledge of, that has been quite valuable.

Fair Professionals | Integrity

In my dealings with Bluewolf on complex projects and earlier on where I was still learning a lot of their process and they were learning ours, I found they were amenable to revisiting specific ways the projects had been managed to see how they could do their own job better, tailoring aspects to our preferences and willingness to accommodate things we asked for. This too goes a long way when you work with a strategic partner and are spending much of your own bandwidth and firm's capital to push through major initiatives.

What do you dislike?

No one thing stands out as a major dislike. With any major engagement as two companies get to know each other and familiarize themselves with the process of the partnership there are bound to be some bumps and Bluewolf adapted fairly quickly and addressed these early on in our consulting agreement.

"Delivers value"

What do you like best?

Bluewolf allows us to have on-demand expertise. We can turn up capacity when needed and always have a trusted adviser when starting a project or running into a roadblock. They have helped our organization become more proficient and efficient with our Salesforce instance.

We use bluewolf for all of our SFDC development. They are subject matter experts and make my life a lot easier. We run a 50 hr a month contract and use a burst when large projects arise. They are always on the ball and bring the ability to quickly add value. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a SFDC consultancy.

What do you dislike?

Depending on where your business's finances fall they can be expensive

"Great technical assistance / consulting!"

What do you like best?

The Bluewolf staff are able to give us great advice on our technical solutions, supplement our admin team with experienced developers and project managers, and provide us invaluable guidance based on their experience working with other Salesforce.com customers.

What do you dislike?

We unfortunately have had a bunch of turnover in our Bluewolf team - two of the account managers they assigned to our relationship have left their company and we had to break in new members of their team. Looking for more stability going forward.

What do you like best?

Bluewolf Stays Connected with its customers continuing to educate, inform and really keep us in the know with our Salesforce Org. We have trained and implemented with Bluewolf

What do you dislike?

Not enough follow-up afterwards with training
