I have found that the Bluewolf team does their homework to find the best possible solutioning to any given problem/question/business challenge we've thrown their way and in general they do work hard to save on hours spent, mining the time allocation as if it were their own dime, which to me is a stand-out quality and one any business owner would appreciate.
Bluewolf has many subject matter experts and having been working in Salesforce.com now since 1999, they are the defacto resident experts in the Salesforce domain which is a huge leverage point when we as a company need to rely on a go-to expert. Having so many clients of all different markets & company sizes they've seen many use-case scenarios and I can tell this has benefited us in saving time going down the wrong rabbit hole hunting for solutions. They've also been able to share some time-saving tips and fast-track certain solutions we otherwise would have had no knowledge of, that has been quite valuable.

In my dealings with Bluewolf on complex projects and earlier on where I was still learning a lot of their process and they were learning ours, I found they were amenable to revisiting specific ways the projects had been managed to see how they could do their own job better, tailoring aspects to our preferences and willingness to accommodate things we asked for.
