The initial WOW of BookingBug as a powerful solution for scheduling purposes
What do you dislike?
BookingBug wasn't the best experience for us. The way we were planning to integrate with Salesforce was more difficult than we had imagined. As one of the first US based companies to go live with BookingBug, the time zone difference between here and the UK made it difficult to arrange support.
Recommendations to others considering the product
BookingBug was a cheaper solution than others that we looked at when we attended Dreamforce. The solution can be a powerful one for companies who are actively targeting their consumers. BookingBug is a great way to create consumer friendly channels for which to capture appointments with customers or businesses.

Appointment scheduling and automation for a team of sales personnel. Calendar aggregation.
