"Growing a business with BPM"

What do you like best?

Working with BPM allows contractors to log in and see job schedules, contact details and work updates. The knowledge base is a wonderful resource for WHS information and forms, business policies and fact sheets. Being cloud based gives BPM a universal accessibility across any platform. This and the very high standard of support are the two most important features that make using BPM so pivotal to running a service oriented business efficiently.

What do you dislike?

Some menu options are clunky. The contacts filter search needs to be reset after each selection. Being HTML has it's trade offs though am looking forward to seeing navigation menus require less mouse clicks.

Recommendations to others considering the product

BPM is eminently adaptable, universally accessible and once set up is user friendly. Fantastic for a field -based client service, oriented business. The support is professional and personable. Having a support officer to work with who gets to know my business demonstrates to me that BPM knows what business is all about. As the business grows I'll be able to add more functionality.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Contractors in the field with varying IT skills are all using it successfully. Other diary management systems did not work across all platforms nor did they allow for client management information and storage of information. BPM helps manage customer care.

"BPM Online integration for a business with 200 staff"

The level of customisation available in the product

Pay for the highest level of support that you can afford. The support team from BPM are great. But they don't work for free (would you expect them to?). Once you understand the workings of the system, the support team can create some very neat features as requested.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Integrating BPM into a business with high customer needs: lots of personal information that is not what BPM is designed for- but the product can be modified quite well to adapt to the client's needs. BPM has the feature set that allows the client to try out new workflows that had not been considered before.

"We are reaching new heights with bpm’online"

What do you like best?

Bpm’online provides us with the flexibility to create, adapt and renew processes. Within a short

period, we were able to change the way we approached our clients, improved time to first contact,

delivered a faster product and closed more sales than ever before.

What do you dislike?

More app/connector selection in the Marketplace would be nice. Other than that, there is nothing

else worth reporting.

We chose bpm’online because of the flexible, low-code BPM platform. We could change things

"Merz Pharma "

What do you like best?

Intuitive interface makes it so easy and enjoyable to work with the system. Any user can learn and start using the application fast. It saves you a lot of time since your staff adopt a new software faster. Additionally, it is the efficiency that we gained thanks to the unique and powerful tools for customer management with BPM engine. This engine made the work of our staff much easier and more efficient. It saves a lot of time and minimizes errors.

What do you dislike?

While the product is great and certainly improved efficiency, our pharma vertical solution is not on the latest version of bpm’online platform as of today. We lack some functionality that we’d like to have from bpm’online’s latest updates, that I know my team would benefit from.

BPM + CRM engine is an easy yet very powerful tool for your business to use.

Now the staff can deliver more results with fewer efforts. The system helped us to build better campaigns, organize customers’ data, provide our clients with the accurate and correct agreements on time, plan and analyze all our activities. Our sales reps who systematically work outside the office benefitted from the availability of the mobile app. It contains the same range of modules and features, and is synchronized with the system creating a homogenous single hub for our staff to work in.

"Bpm'online for marketing processes "

What do you like best?

I’ve been using bpm’online for almost a year now and all I can say that I won’t be looking for another software soon, as I’m completely satisfied with the existing solution. With such a nice and clean interface it did not take long to learn how to use the software, it also provides great functionality, and the pricing is very good.

What do you dislike?

I think every app can have its drawbacks. However, I can say that I am satisfied with those features that I use in bpm’online. Whenever I have to deal with the new ones, all I need is open a user guide.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Although this solution is obviously one of the most user-friendly on the market, rich set of functionality still requires some homework to be done. Before starting to work with the app, take advantage of couple of training that they offer, and you won’t regret a minute spent on learning.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I’m using the marketing functionality of the product, but our sales team are also working in bpm’online. What I like most about the system is that we use it to generate, capture and manage all leads and then our sales reps use the same software to work with those leads further. This helps us to save lots of time and also provides better analytics. What’s valuable about this product is that both sales and marketing are now kind of speaking the same language.

"Easy to use CRM"

What do you like best?

It was really a swift implementation. The bpm’online software was easily integrated with our order management system and other third-party applications. Smart charts and reporting helped us track our real time sales performance and forecast sales, so we did not lose any opportunity in any country.

What do you dislike?

As we purchased the basic support package, technical support was provided only via email, not phone. To receive technical support and consultation via telephone, you need to buy an extended support package.

The bpm’online system is great for tracking opportunities in an efficient way, together with dashboards and reporting it creates a complete sales management system.

It efficiently connects the dots between marketing, sales and service departments in a way that makes sense to your business and your business goals.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The bpm’online system was fully adapted to our corporate sales techniques and standards and automated vital sales processes. Moreover, our teams benefited from a greater forecast accuracy, better conversion of leads to opportunities, and more effective collaboration between our sales forces. Sales managers gained greater visibility into each deal and hence can now more effectively manage each sale as the system synchronized the work of our sales reps in all offices.

Smart dashboards and reports provided us with crucial sales data used to understand the health of the sales pipelines and forecast actual results.

"All business processes are automated within bpm’online CRM"

What do you like best?

We have had the full bpm’online CRM for marketing, sales and service for several years now and can’t imagine our business without it. Implementation was very fast and we started using the out-of-the-box processes right away. The best part of the implementation was sales module. Integration was seamless with our other systems. No coding experience or extensive training was needed

What do you dislike?

To some extend it can be a bit complicated for non-techy users. At the same time, once our team started using it daily, they absolutely loved it.

The complete CRM product has exceeded expectations and is so easy to use. Their sales team was very easy to deal with throughout purchase process. I’d definitely recommend this product! User interface of bpm’online is quite user-friendly and looks fresh.

Having marketing, sales and service in a single platform has easily been one of the best benefits to date. Outlook integration works perfectly and really saves time for everyone. And from a support standpoint, they provide top-notch service 24/7. Within bpm’online we automate sales processes and pipeline management, email marketing, event management, billing clients’ hours.

"CRM that meets your business needs"

What do you like best?

There are many things that we like about the bpm’online system. Firstly, availability of advanced tools for omnichannel communications. It ensures effective and direct communication with our clients and we also benefit from always having up-to-date data about all our clients and their preferences.

We liked the easy customization and user-friendly interface. The scalability and security of our data was also important.

Working with the customer support team during the implementation was pleasant as they demonstrated strong technical expertise and understanding of our organizational needs

The eco-system is not as large as some of the other big vendors have. At the same time, we got a more personalized approach from bpm’online

If you're looking for an easy-to-use and cost-effective CRM, this is a good one to try. Their process engine is a big advantage as well!

"This CRM turned out to be an extremely helpful solution for our company"

What do you like best?

We liked the idea of having all departments that deal with the customer in our company - sales, service - on one platform. Our teams now have a shared customers database with all information about cars purchased, service works, spare parts, upcoming service appointments, etc. With bpm'online we eliminate the problem of a dragged-on conversation with the client, as well as errors in the course of work.

What do you dislike?

Even though there are so many different CRMs on the market, it's still hard to find what you really need for your business. Bpm'online was the right choice and there is not much I dislike.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We chose bpm'online because it let us line up the sales and service departments inside our company. Besides, we use bpm'online not only to communicate with our customers but also for our internal operations. Bpm'online turned out to be an extremely helpful solution for our company.

"Excellent service"

What do you like best?

It was a pleasure to work with the bpm’online team. The team demonstrated the flexibility and support throughout entire process. We were also happy with a dedicated Customer Success Manager. It eased the process, provided us with the useful guides and tips. Using a full bundle product enhanced our operational processes since we had the tools to manage the entire customer journey from customer acquisition to customer retention.

What do you dislike?

I cannot say that I ‘dislike’ something about the system, however you need to consider to have trainings prior to the deployment.

Business processes engine is a very powerful tool but it is advisable to choose a vendor that can provide you with a personal Customer Success Manager. Believe me, they take their time for you.

Bpm’online helped us to improve our customer relationship. The complete information about a client was recorded in one location, so that the staff could keep a track of it and access information when it was necessary. Bpm’online strengthened our growth – we started from the satellite offices in the Netherlands & Austria and plan to roll out globally with the head-office in Germany.

"best practise, effective product"

What do you like best?

Bpm’online is really easy to use, we were able to customise and adjust it based on our needs and goals. The business process platform is a huge advantage! With bpm’online you’ll never have to bend the way your software works in order to make it support how your business operates.

The interface is intuitive, which makes bpm’online easy to work with. I also like their dashboards.

What do you dislike?

Overall it is good for us. There might have been a few glitches at the beginning, but nothing specific I dislike about the platform.

"Perfect CRM for us"

What do you like best?

Being a small company I had to be very careful when choosing CRM software as the resources for the investment were limited, but still I wanted best possible product to help me to grow our business. With bpm'online I got exactly that.

As a result of implementing the bpm’online system, we aligned our workflows of marketing and sales on a single platform. Thus, we got a complete view of all touchpoints with a client.

Another thing about the bpm’online system is ease of use. There was no need for me to follow any tech trainings. I was able to use it right away after it was deployed. Also the support team's proactivity helped.

What do you dislike?

It's quite hard to find anything to complain about the bpm'online and even if a slight error sometimes occurred it was quickly resolved by the support team.

Bpm’online can harmonize the work of your marketing and sales teams. It makes easier for your sales team to engage with the clients as sales reps can see what is happening on both sales and marketing sides and can view as much information on a prospect/ lead/ client as they need.

We are in process of integration an ERP system with the bpm’online system with help of Partner of bpm’online so that no data was lost or missed out.

"one of the coolest experiences with bpm'online CRM "

What do you like best?

Bpm’online helped us to seamlessly integrate scattered sources of our customer data. We were able to organize marketing and sales teams in a single environment and automate our business processes.

In my opinion, the most valuable feature is their set of built-in best practice processes – our sales used these processes and started to work with the system right away. Bpm’online process mapping and process automation helped us to minimize errors and smoothen operations. As a result, we were able to achieve higher customer satisfaction. By the end of the project, the number of attracted customers grew and our average purchase volume increased.

What do you dislike?

We didn't have any major issues with the system, even though some pitfalls or slight issues could happen from time to time. In general, we were quite satisfied with bpm’online.

Using bpm’online for business process automation can help increase operational efficiency, which is essential for any business.

Gather information and ask questions, make use of the ‘community’ and ‘academy’ as they provide helpful information. Through discussions on the community platform, I gained valuable insights into specific features of the product.

Our main objectives were to improve the relationship between marketing and sales departments and to optimize business processes. We faced a problem of scattered customer data since marketing and sales departments were using an ERP system, Excel and Access, and analytical data was shared via email and skype. The first benefit of implementing bpm’online was consolidation of all information related to customers for a complete 360 degree customer view.

The second benefit was that we enhanced our business processes. The system mapped and automated our processes so that we were able to achieve higher sales volumes and higher customer satisfaction and enhance our business performance.

"Great User Experience!"

What do you like best?

What I really like in this product is its amazing UI and the resulting ease of use. The UI is really intuitive and pleasant to use both for standard users and system administrators. You don't need to be an experienced programmer or an IT professional to perform standard aministration tasks, like creating accounts, assign permissions, setup reports and views, customize object cards or design a workflow: for these common tasks the system is straightforward and full of smart wizards that guide you through these functions.

Besides it is really rich of functionalities that make it absolutely comparable to equivalent products of the CRM "big names".

Another strenght is the way the company cares for its customers. I would define it "very personal", you don't feel you are in touch with a standard multinational where processes are hyper-standardized and unless you bought a significant amount of licenses you are just one of the bunch. Even with few licenses you feel you are meaningful for them, and that's definitely value.

What do you dislike?

Integration with social media can be improved, especially for marketing. Adding Linkedin within the accessible media is a must.

After-sales objects can be automated a bit more (e.g. orders, invoices, projects, etc.)

Recommendations to others considering the product

Great product, according to the 80-20 law you can do 80% of the job with 20% of the effort (=you can do it yourself) . You have to ask for specialist support just for the remaining 20%. Trust your implementation to a certified local partner.

I have a complete and up-to-date vision of our business: pipeline, forecast and plenty of details for each opportunity. I can easily track all sales activities whether they are a visit, a call or an email.

I can promote my products and services through effective digital marketing tools.

"More than meets the eye!"

What do you like best?

We bought BPM last year and it was chosen over other big guys for three reasons: users feedback was awesome, features vs price and mainly, the customization capabilities using known languages like C# and JavaScript.

After installation, we found even more benefits that wasn't considered at the very beginning of the project which was a positive surprise for us. Business Processes for example, are a big plus and can be used not just for CRM related requirements but for any other requirement in the company.

From technical perspective, there is a learning curve but it's shorter than other CRMs I have used before.

What do you dislike?

The community around this product is not that big yet. Fortunately, we have received a great support, but outside there, it's not easy to find documentation.

Marketing tools to create campaigns still require some improvements.

Connect to external software using WebServices is possible but not simple. Having a strong business process tool, they should add an easy way to configure WebServices and other elements to call external systems.

Spend more time documenting requirements and understanding the tool before start customizing the out-of-the-box solution.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our first issue was to consolidate all information related to customers, including standard info like leads, opportunities, etc., but also external info like emails and phone calls. We can also integrate the system with social media to get even more data from customers.

The second benefit was to integrate Marketing team with Sales, creating a standard customer journey. Previously, they were using different systems to achieve their goals.

What do you like best?

1. Flexibility. People on different technical levels can modify processes in bpm’online it’s easy with the drag and drop features. Thanks to ability to change and modify processes our business stays at the top of game.

2. Mature platform. Technologically the platform is quite powerful and provided us with tools to configure our system with almost no coding.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes we had some errors when creating sub-processes in the business process designer, which was resolved with one of the recent releases.

"Great CRM for sales"

What do you like best?

With many features in one bpm’online pack, there is one that stands out most. In our case, we stress field sales function. Our sales reps are happy now with the possibility to build schedules and routs as they plan the day. Right from their tablets, they make product presentations and check items availability at stock. Besides, the system lets them end visits correctly – they can send customers’ orders right after the visit even if offline.

What do you dislike?

Compared to the number of advantages we’ve got thanks to bpm, I think the disadvantages are too minor to mention.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Bpm’online has become a real catch for our sales reps. I would say it was a stone age of our company’s history, as we were not employing CRM on mobile. The system allowed us to carefully plan the time, work faster with a higher level of productivity. To be honest, we’ve gained a competitive edge with that magnificent soft. Thank developers.

"CRM to reach out your target audience "

What do you like best?

We mainly employ bpm’online for our email and marketing campaigns. The system allows us to keep a complete clients’ history, track client’s behavior and create a message that hits the point in our relationships with each customer. It is also our main analytical tool to analyze bulk emails efficiency and conversion rates.

What do you dislike?

Well, it’s hard to dislike something that makes your life easier, and there’re no serious drawbacks that I can mention. I think our next step would be synchronizing our marketing and sales activities with the help of bpm’online.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Right from the start, our marketing team felt the difference between bpm’online and the previous app we were using. Now, along with proper tools to build the right type of communication with our loyal and new clients, we have instruments to analyze the results and bottlenecks of each business stage. Besides, we are confident to take targeted actions in order to achieve objectives of marketing campaigns.

"One of the most powerful CRM that I could work"

What do you like best?

I love the way the bpm'online goes through in my business process. It's so easy to build a customize process and that helps me a lot.

Our team are so excited about how Marketing, Sales and Services with bpm'online can, definitely, could work together and speak the same language to improve customer satisfaction and revenues.

What do you dislike?

The Services product is awesome, but if you are using all ITIL process. If you are not, its kind of too much functionality and data do insert.

"Potential Customers"

What do you like best?

They were very prompt in getting back to me and wanting to set up time for a call

What do you dislike?

I had a very specific needs related to users having an online calendar to schedule call back support. I was clear with BPM staff prior to the call and accepted the call because they believed they had a solution. On the call they listened to my needs again and then took me through a boilerplate pitch. They were going to investigate their ability to deliver and even offered to build a mock up to show me.

That call as the last time I heard from them. I reached back out and heard nothing.

I came away believing they will say they can do anything to get you on a call to give you their pitch in hopes you will fall in love and ignore your real needs.

I had a very specific needs related to users having an online calendar to schedule call back support. i.e. Apple Genius bar. They didn't solve my need.

"Automation at best!"

What do you like best?

From a marketing perspective, the ability to automate trigger emails, create campaigns based on the status of an incoming lead was important to us - BPM Online does exactly that.

The complete process from incoming lead, through to close of sale.

What do you dislike?

Customising the default processes can be difficult

Not being able to apply a change to a bulk selection - i.e have to make changes to each individual item

Having to search by first name rather than last name

Having to go to 'Contact' if I want to look up a name - I can't search from the 'Search Panel' if I am under Opportunities section.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I love this product - but as a company we made the mistake of rushing in without clearly defining what we expected BPM to achieve.

Key things I would suggest that you write out / or get clear on before using up all your support hours are:

- Define the sales process: do you need automated tasks when new leads come in, when should those tasks be due, what happens once the lead is contacted - do you have a qualification method

- Ensure the list of contacts and opportunities that you are importing is up to date: check for duplicate contacts before importing into BPM

- Assign on staff member to handle the implementation, but ensure they have enough time to handle this. We made the mistake of implementing BPM at a very busy period and a lot of mistakes were made on our side.

- Align names of each lead / opportunity stage to your current process - this will make it easier for staff to transition when they understand the key terminology

- Close off your existing CRM system - the best thing we did! This makes staff have to get used to the new system.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Being able to nurture our leads until they become a hot prospect. This has significantly reduced the amount of phone calls our sales consultants have to make.

The ability to qualify each lead at a different stage based on its source is very useful, It allows the Sales consultants to then prioritise which leads they must call first.

"The best platform I have ever worked with"

What do you like best?

The functionality and the interface. I have everything I need to provide best in class service. The interface is nice and easy to work with.

What do you dislike?

It actually took some time to customize the system to our specific needs, but now when the system is already up and running, we have all the necessary features in place.

I’d recommend bpm’online for service, I can’t say I’ve worked with many systems before and can make a deep comparison but as a user I am absolutely satisfied with bpm’online. And it wasn’t difficult to start using it, most of the steps you do are just intuitive.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are using bpm’online to automate service processes, manage orders and service cases. It’s very convenient to work within one system and single interface. Before we were using 3 different programs to track the orders, to check products availability and manage cases and it was a real disaster.

"Pay attention to the deployment deadlines and plan to minimize its influence on your business "

What do you like best?

With the help of bpm’online we have all key business tools integrated into one system. We don’t waste time switching between the apps and stay focused on what’s important.

What do you dislike?

Deployment deadlines. It took us almost 4 months to set up the system to our requirements and about a month to go through necessary personnel trainings and start working in it. However, we absolutely understand why we are doing that. Moreover, the vendor always tries to listen to your needs and will propose you a phased deployment plan depending on your priorities

I have been using the system almost for a year and I can say that that is a very comprehensive business tool. Before we used several different applications to track information about our clients, the status of deals and their progress and separate apps to track tasks for the team and collaborate. It was really a challenge to switch between them. With bpm’online we have everything in one place and can be focused on real results instead of remembering which app to open to track the information we need.

"BPM Product Review"

What do you like best?

Their Support team is off the charts good and the UI is very sharp. They answer quickly, and with a detailed solution to the issue, if they have one.

What do you dislike?

Need an understanding of HTML code to navigate their Marketing platform, which has been a problem for our small team. We actually ended up deciding not to use their marketing platform at all. It was not user friendly in the least and had too many workarounds to make it effective. It was a huge time waster for us.

You need to have a developer to fully utilize this system.

"does everything we expect a CRM to do, with least effort and training."

What do you like best?

the ability for users to define their workspaces and workflows on the fly is simply fabulous. bpm'online has an amazing workflow engine. it is so easy to use.

we also love the fact that bpm offers an on-premise option should we one day decide to bring in in-house. the native mobile app is yet another plus.

I am a non-technical user but I was able to start using the system within a day. the online tutorials and other resources are great.

What do you dislike?

I have not found anything that I don't like, yet.

Don't look for well known "brands". Most of them are hype and fluff.

Know your requirements - for today and tomorrow, and evaluate based on that. Most companies get carried away with the fluff and the extras that you get, free. Nothing is free. You pay for it. And no one really uses anything they get for free anyway.

as a medium sized company with executives on the field most of the day, we wanted a true cloud solution with a native mobile app.

we also wanted the flexibility to define things ourselves without going back to a central administrator with minor requests. bpm allows that.

also, we were switching from a cloud crm working off a thin client. bpm'online offered us everything we wanted. no regrets.

"Amazing flexibility allows us to use CRM in non-traditional ways"

What do you like best?

Bpm’online stood out far and away from the other systems we were looking at. We really like the BPM capabilities and having everything on one platform. Our service department in particular really advocated internally for bpm’online because of its rich functionality.

We are very happy to be using bpm’online for case management and knowledge management capabilities in particular. Being able to serve client’s tax information and documents with the click of a couple buttons is a real advantage internally.

What do you dislike?

Even if something didn’t work properly, which can happen with any software, their customer service was quite helpful to assist us in resolving any issues.

What do you like best?

Bpm’online is for us the most relevant and efficient solution. It provided us with the useful and simple to use set of tools that simplified our operations in service, marketing and sales. It’s important that you can have all three CRM products on a single platform, even if you implement them in different periods of time. We appreciated the fact that bpm’online constantly improves the product and each update is done easily even for deeply customized solutions.

Generally, all the minor technical issues are solved swiftly by the support service, so there is nothing to complain about. I'd like email templates to be more optimized for various devices and email clients. And as far as I know the team is working on it.

"CRM that brings marketing on new level"

What do you like best?

Thanks to bpm'online, we got all our marketing and lead management tools on one platform. Now we can run various campaigns, send personalized mass mail and gather lead data from multiple channels without the necessity to use different systems and apps. It saves time and increases productivity, as our marketing staff does not need to manually exchange lead data with the sales department, the bpm'online system does it for them automatically.

Like any time you start something new, there is a learning curve. This can lead to some decision paralysis for where to start. You will have to develop your own priorities and find a way to deal with it. Bpm'online offers a lot of educational material on its academy platform; just do not forget to explore it first.

Usability: great UX and UI practices have been gathered in one place, backed up by thousands of users - BPM is a system in which human factors and ergonomics taken into account to fulfill the goals and productivity of the users.

Statistics: a wide range of analytical tools can be applied to form any kind of report, using any data within the system to control the efficiency of your employees.

Business processes: helps organize and systematize processes related to business objectives. Perfect guide for the inexperienced users/employees.

What do you dislike?

SIP panel and the functionality of VOIP Telephony in general needs to be developed more thoroughly.

Gamification processes do not suit the level of the functionality of the system (a lot of work needs to be done).

"Bpm online is a hidden gem! "

What do you like best?

Bpm online is a hidden gem! From when I first discovered bpm’online I have always liked the modern and simple user interface and reporting features. It’s great to have found a system that works not only for the users, but also for the management team. Our sales team are field based so it was important to find a system that was cloud-based so they could update their records whilst out on the road. Personally, I love how easy bpm is to customise and to create new business processes – this feature has saved me a lot of time and the company a lot of money.

What do you dislike?

There’s not much that I dislike about the system however it would be great to have an app store where you can see what other sites and systems bpm can integrate with without having to contact the company each time.

I would recommend that you test out the system first and show the people in your company who are going to be users so that they can decide whether they will like it too. It’s really important to get a system that your company like and use.

Our management team love bpm. They find it much easy to see where the marketing, sales and service teams are and whether they’re going to hit their targets. The biggest benefit is that our sales team now actually use our CRM because they use the reporting dashboards to see where they are and to compete with the other sales reps!

I believe that nowadays, when design standards are so high, it is absolutely unacceptable not to pay attention to the “face” of your product. I was really impressed by bpm’online’s interface, it is neat and clean.

The advanced processes could use a simpler UI comparable to the other areas of BPM. Something simpler. But these are "Advanced" features and thus, by definition, require a little more complexity.

"Lifehack for the service team "

What do you like best?

In our case, the company has gained its benefits from implementation of the customer center. Especially useful we find agent desktop feature with analysis functions related to work performance for each of our service agents. This helped us to evaluate how much time every agent spends on different activities, reduce time spent on data input and analysis, and increase time spent on phone calls. As a result, we observe great increase in agents’ efficiency.

It did take us time to integrate bpm’online with already existing database, what is definitely neutralized by the quality of the clients’ base that we have now.

What do you like best?

Processes in bpm’online CRM is a great benefit for our business. I know many cases when the deal was not closed successfully just because a sales rep did not provide necessary information on time or forgot to follow-up.

That’s not the cheapest solution on the market, but it worth money. You get all necessary functionality to run the business and even more.

"Great CRM for cost-conscious businesses who want to leverage BPM Workflow"

What do you like best?

As an experienced sales professional who has worked with many CRM products, I love the bpm'online user interface as I can see all of my key data without scrolling, making it easy to use to track my customers, accounts, opportunities, and activities. I also like that I don't need to staff dedicated IT development support since bpm'online can be customized using 70% configuration and only 30% development. Their recent ranking by Forrester as a Strong Performer behind the Leaders Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics is well deserved and any business looking to invest in a proven, cost-effective solution will quickly become satisfied customers due to all of the out-of-the-box functionality they include at no extra cost.

What do you dislike?

The bpm'online research and development organization has been investing a lot of time and money to ensure they have a leading edge product which means they now have quarterly upgrades. However the bpm'online support for these minor and major release upgrades has not yet met my high expectations for seamless upgrades. based on this I would recommend leveraging contracted professional services from one of their implementation partners.

"bpm'online: definitely a product to consider in the big CRM scenario"

What do you like best?

A critical attribute of the bpm’online software is that we have the freedom to design it in a way that supports how we communicate with customers, because the industries we target are quite unique. From the initial confirmation of a lead there can be multiple steps before we confirm a project. During this time it often necessary for various parties to be involved in collecting the relevant data and proposal information. At the same time we also need to strictly control who is in contact with the prospect and what information is sent.

The software has allowed us to meet our KPIs in most cases, and in instances where there were bottlenecks or under-performance, the reporting from the system allows us to identify any failures and alter processes so we can turn any weaknesses into future success

What do you dislike?

It is hard to say that there’s something in particular that I dislike. I have to notice that bpm’online are pretty fast with all the updates and new versions coming out every 3 to 4 month. In connection with this, I’d probably want to see more video tutorials and webinars on what’s new and to be consistently trained on how to use the system with maximum efficiency. Getting acknowledged with their new Academy now. Hopefully this would help to resolve the issue.

Bpm’online CRM is a very good product with rich functionality and a nice interface. What’s more important, it is very customizable, so it is easy to configure the system so that it works the way you want. Bpm’online provides great tools to work with the client’s data. We can segment our clients by any of the criteria creating different segments to promote certain messages.

What do you dislike?

It’s difficult to name any cons, as the system is being updated and improved all the time. Previously I was missing a marketing calendar to sync activities with my colleagues but this functionality has been added.

What do you like best?

The best thing about bpm online is how easy it is to use, unlike others I've seen, it is really simple to move around the system. I also like that it's adapted to your company's needs so it works with your existing business processes. It has great reporting dashboards that can be customised by our users and provide a great overview for our team managers.

At this stage there's nothing that I dislike, it's a nice system that provides everything you need in one simple package.

What makes it stand out from the crowd is the engine of business processes underneath that helps to streamline and automate daily routine. Out-of-the-box process plus easy to use process designer gives you almost unlimited capabilities for process automation.

What do you dislike?

My experience with bpm'online is very positive in general. The only minor areas of improvement for me would be data integration and import ( make it easier to migrate from a previous solution) and more advanced analytic and reporting capabilities.

If you want to eliminate human factor and ensure your sales team works according to the highest standard BPM part would help you be successful. Also, it is crucial when we talk about new employee ramp up and overall user adoption.

"Investment that paid off!"

What do you like best?

From a management point of view, I like the 100% visibility on the progress of each opportunity as it moves across the pipeline. The interface is simple to use and it is much easier now for sales reps to access their data from anywhere. Bpm’online synchronizes the data from calendar, e-mail, and mobile apps, so managers are able to timely track what is being done in the fields.

One of the best things of using it, its User Interface: time and again I hear from my colleagues and partners a consistent praise: cool interface, i love it, you have an amazing UI, very attractive interface etc. Of course, it's got to be that way, especially when someone is hooked with a computer at work, which is majority of CRM users anyway, then wouldn't it be nice to have a nice interface, I mean one that looks simple enough and feels easy enough to navigate (much like the social-media sites, easy adoption without huge learning curve, no one taught me how to use facebook for starters). That Google-like search bar is definitely a plus; to manage the routine, there's this business-process built into it. So instead of thinking what to do next, I can actually focus on "doing" that next thing exactly as my role designed those different 'next-steps' of a process. Feels good.

What do you dislike?

when I see the message "You do not have sufficient access rights" to this and that. Well, then again, it's the management issue I guess. I'm simply expressing my 'dislike' when using it. I think there should be reasonable amount of freedom. But on a serious note, it would probably be nicer to have some sort of geo-tagging based on contact's cell location. This feature would help sales reps like me during a field-tour, and there is some spare time left, so I could (if I wanted to, although unplanned) pay a surprise visit. Just a wish-list. But the benefits of this system far out-weigh competitor CRMs as most others are just databases in silos. Remember this thing has BPM platform? It does great linking-up with other software; wonder why NONE of the other CRM vendors did it!

Before making the decision, try it first. See how you feel with what's on offer, cos there are different modules for different business models. Ask them if they can bolt together different modules to fit your business. I would definitely recommend it, but first you've got to trust your feelings both personal and business.

Of course needed a standard CRM features, which a lot of vendors offer anyway. But with this system, it goes a little farther: collect the desired data (which means you can customize the software logic and fields as and when changes happen), retrieve data in a colourful way (actually just use that search bar), send data back and forth using MS exchange server (yeah, we still use that), simply click "Next" button if you want to complete something. Now let's see benefits: saves a lot of time, I mean that business process engine makes the system work, while I watch it happen. Saves me substantial amount of time over Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4. This thing should have been called 'the-comfort-crm-with-premium-quality-benefits'

"BPM Online - Does what it says on the can"

What do you like best?

Being Business Process Driven it has helped us to map our processes exactly to the CRM system rather than the other way around.

This has saved loved of time in map the processes and configuring the system.

The users love the up to date User Interface - this have improved take up and reduced training time too.

What do you dislike?

The installation process could be made simpler but the support is excellent. There has not be an awful lot wrong and if there is some thing that needs changing the technical team seem very eager to either fix right away or put it into their development plan

"CRM that is able to solve all business pains and helps to increase profit. "

What do you like best?

Business process automation is something I really like in bpm'online. System is smart and leads you through the whole processes from lead generation to closing the actual deal and supporting your client. Everything you need to close a deal successfully is there. Great interface, absolutely user-friendly and rich functionality for very reasonable price. Customer success management is another great thing about bpm'online. I never have problems with my CRM as my CSM thinks ahead of me.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing really to dislike in bpm'online.

What do you like best?

Bpm'online CRM is one of the most flexible tools that you are able to find on the market. It is really easy to customise and setup. Business processes wizard was modified in the latest edition and now it is much more user-friendly.

What do you dislike?

There are not so many ready-to-buy products (e.g. connectors) in company marketplace.

What do you dislike?

Pre-sales and post-sales support from technical SE standpoint in US but it's a question of time since company created a point of presence in Boston and rapidly growing, re-enforcing direct and channel resources.

"customisable and great interface"

What do you like best?

The bpm crm is fully customisable and ideal for telemarketing or digital marketing agents. Spent less time teaching agents how to use the new system because bpm spent time getting the agent interface right.

What do you dislike?

That we had to wait for the gamification. Its a great add on.

What do you like best?

After long research bpm’online works for me from the beginning even with default configuration. Overall it's the best CRM I've used in years.

I have no complaints. It stacks up well against other comparable CRM systems.

"BPMonline CRM – The only CRM tool you will ever need since it will grow with you"

What do you like best?

I have used BPMonline since 2005. When we first started to look for a CRM system, hardly any of the products we looked at had the main feature what we wanted; the ability to view a list of any item or type of object (Customer, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Activity….) from just about any angle and at the same time have detailed information about the item visible in one screen. Or, put in a different way; the ability to view a piece of information that is linked to one or more other pieces of information should be visible in one screen without the need to click an item to view its details. And, if you don’t like what you see, just change it! Need to automate your processes? Easy! Just draw your current processes using the built-in Process Designer and BMPonline will automatically create the proper process flow to aid, to automate and control the workflow at hand. If you need to integrate with your in-house Invoicing and Accounting system (or other systems) there is a set of published calls using the OData protocol to perform operations on all objects BPMonline platform (select, change, delete) using an HTTP-request command, and get responses in Atom, JSON or XML, including opportunities by page, sort and filter data.

What do you dislike?

The installer for installing BPMonline on your own server is missing some elements such as installing the Redis server but the BPMonline Support crew is very responsive and helpful so that should not be a major issue.

The Android and iPhone app is fine but I prefer using the BPMonline mobile phone front end which is still in beta.

Recommendations to others considering the product

You might want to consider using BPMonline as Software as a Service (SaaS) initially to gain experience from using the product which will make the installation on your own server easier.

"Support has been extraordinary."

What do you like best?

Adaptability. The program has sufficient flexibility to meet our fairly unique business processes.

What do you dislike?

Response time. There is often a lag time in modules initializing. I am concerned about what will happen when our entire database goes live. I am also concerned about backup of our modifications. Both BPM and my staff have invested much effort into our implementation and i would hate to see it disappear.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Give it a try. I dislike competing products dependence on third party vendors to adapt to your needs. It creates an unhealthy reliance on a small and often unstable vendor.
