What do you like best?
I loved the ease of use. I really liked their tearsheet option. I created a ton of tearsheets that served as call lists for me, and I would open it up and just start rolling through it. It made it very easy to keep track of who I had called and when.
What do you dislike?
There really wasn't anything specific I disliked. I thought it was a great system all around. My biggest problem was other recruiters not utilizing it as they should have been as far as inputting notes so I knew who had and had not been called, but that wasn't a software issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product
If you are in the market for a new ATS, I would highly recommend it. I used it in both Physician recruiting and Insurance recruiting, and it was great! It is by far the best ATS I have used.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It was an all-in one system for us with email in Bullhorn as well. It was easy to pick up, and was a great ATS to house thousands of candidstes.
