What do you like best?
OBI can literally do just about anything. From managing payroll, financial statements, employee benefit costs, hourly payroll, business planning, asset management, and more. that is really the benefit of using OBI. They really do provide a capability of solving a lot of problems for businesses. The dashboards also provide some incite and real time data.
What do you dislike?
The man pain point I have today is creating a dashboard for my business. I currently run a sales operation and I need real time data for my team. However, because OBI can do everything. They are not able to do any one thing really well. That is really what drives me crazy. Also, the person who manages the dashboards is a terrible designer. I would love to have some premade graphs or metrics which anyone can update. That is the benefit of using a firm who specializes in dashboards... anyone can update them.

Make sure you have an experienced IT team to manage this software.

However, because OBI can do everything. They are not able to do any one thing really well. Again, I am very frustrated there is not a simple way to update and develop dashboards. Unless you know SQL you are not able to really do anything. And, you have to rely on your IT department in order to actually get anything done. OBI does provide some great incite for business owners to consolidate key data and all of the main sources of data for a company and give that to their employees.
