The functionality is pretty basic, and editing time off that may not have taken place in the past is an admin only function meaning I have to contact an admin at our company to adjust it. It would be so much better if users could request changes, and then an admin approves afterwards.
Tracking my time off is also a little long-winded. I would have liked to have seen a more detailed report that spans my entire history.
Also, the mobile app is pretty poor. It only allows me to request time off, not manage anything else. I even contacted the CakeHR team who said an update was in the works, but when this was released, it was hardly any different.
Keep in mind that CakeHR is great, but pretty basic. The mobile app is not great, which is disappointing.
