"The ideal solution"

What do you like best?

It is the ideal solution for sales, service or technical support personnel, which does not function as a formal contact center, but still handles multiple requests for incoming services. The information of the call, the waiting time, the site, etc. It is fast and efficient, and you can access it remotely from any Windows desktop.

What do you dislike?

When changing the version you could not start the section with older versions, therefore contact with the manufacturer is required to confirm that you have the latest version of the software from your suppliers. The TX Channel version is announced only in the released version of V2 clients. The manufacturer has to update all V1 units. This for basic users was cumbersome.

As a skype user, I have a call center that supports me in my doubts, my records and everything related to the password and the necessary tools. The response of the call center is immediate and personalized, I must not wait for an email to be answered. example.

"Have used them for Skype resolutions "

What do you like best?

Very informative. Their folks were available right away to answer my questions and initially at first connectivity was a hasstle. They instructed me step by step on how to approach a resolution.

What do you dislike?

There is not much to dislike. It's quite user friendly. The only issue I saw was the setup and how to connect with the folks on the other line and linking voice and video sync.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Able to demo my business toolset to clients remotely and be able to see the prospects face to face

"Tellecommunications and technology"

What do you like best?

I like that you can write off of Skype letters to people and use telecommunications at the same time.

What do you dislike?

Skype may be a bit outdated because of webcam and other forms of technology.

Read instructions. Get a good trainer. Get people to communicate with it.

You can write on Skype as long as You want even internationally.call center benefits lets you use it while working to talk to others.

"Skype customer service "

What do you like best?

Hey we're very nice and efficient. The problem I had was fixed in a matter of a few minutes. I've spoken to lots of different customer service reps from other companies and Skype was one of the best ones I've talked to .

What do you dislike?

I waited for about 8 minutes which isn't too bad.

If you are having issues to call immediately so that you won't get frustrated with the software. For the most part no problems with Skype

"Skype for business"

What do you like best?

I like that it's something that i already have for personal use and not another thing I need to obtain. It's something most people are familiar with and has OK options for basic business use.

What do you dislike?

It's not going to be great for group calls or calling into listen to a call.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Having the ability to screen share through it has been most important for me in using this with business.

All the amazing features that come with this services

Nothing at all their services are well worth the money

This is a state of the art software system made for ease of use and any business with internet connection should use this before buying expensive phones and systems. This program does all that you need and more it even records the conversations with each customer you have.

"Challenging"

What do you like best?

my small practice was exploring cloud based non answering service based products.

So this was explored. It was standardized and efficient

What do you dislike?

Patients did not like it. They actually had some real connections to the people at the answering service.

Liked the ability of using the phone and speaking to a human being. So it was discontinued.

perhaps switiching from one cloud based to Call Center for Skype might be okay

Decrease cost. Answering service had errors

What do you like best?

Easy customer serve. Easy to use. CLear picture. Great to use.

Must have an account. Would be easier if you could have guest accounts of guest links to send out for easy use.
