"Clicktools at its best!"

What do you like best?

Clicktools is a great software for syncing surveys with Salesforce. It has great features of capturing field information as hidden questions, and then sync it to Salesforce. Reports are awesome, and running through individual questions are great features. Best part I like is if there is an error, it details out all the information. Absolutely, best tool to use!

What do you dislike?

Nothing that I dislike about Clicktools. However, it would be great if the storage limit can be exceeded so that we dont have to delete surveys on a frequent basis. Also, if the UI can be enhanced, with new additional features, such as filtering out specific fields during scheduling reports which would allow not to export a whole list of fields that might be unnecessary.

Great tool to use! I would definitely recommend others to choose this tool as it serves all required features for the business requirements.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We send client support and Client visit surveys to the clients to capture the feedback of the service provided. When the survey is filled out by client, Clicktools is able to create those surveys and tie back to the parent record appropriately.

"It does what it is supposed to."

What do you like best?

The integration with Salesforce is excellent. Nothing beats seamless communication between platforms.

What do you dislike?

Building new surveys isn't the most user-friendly. Their UI is clunky, it isn't pretty, and the end result feels lacking in terms of design.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Keep shopping. There are plenty of other options out there that just look better and the interface is just more intuitive.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use Clicktools to send out surveys to Account Executives when our Sales Development Representatives make meetings. We are looking for continuous feedback on our meetings to ensure that we are on the right track and setting meetings that our Clients actually care about.

"Easy to Use"

What do you like best?

Great tool that sells its value itself; has both the flexibility and options to easily meet business requirements. It is easy to use for new ones, yet has the options to expand on complexity for admins.

What do you dislike?

The market in customer feedback is ever changing, thus it would be great to see the product in more of an ever evolving state, based on customer feedback. This will keep customers invested and more whiling to provide feedback if visible action is being taken.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Streamlining all customer facing surveys through the enterprise survey tool. Marketing now has a clear picture of what our customers are saying since they have one place to look to. They can also make better decisions on when to ask our customers for feedback based on their engagements.

"Powerful tool with a steep learning curve"

What do you like best?

The tool is generally competent in sending surveys. We have integrated it with some custom Salesforce objects so that responses are automatically pushed into Salesforce, enabling reporting. Our surveys are multilingual. We like the scheduling feature and the ability to send reminders to recipients who have not responded yet. Very good support from Customer Success team.

What do you dislike?

The learning curve for the tool is surprisingly high. The user interface needs a lot of work. For example, it is not at all obvious how to create internationalized subject lines in outbound email; and to re-run a report, you have to run through the report designer wizard and not change any settings, and the report re-runs when you reach the end. Due to these issues this is one of the only tools that IT holds close to the vest - we discourage business users from using the tool directly, preferring that IT implement their survey.

Designing surveys can be difficult to meet what may seem like basic business requirements. List management features are difficult to use, making it hard for us to manage unsubscribes from survey to survey. We lean on our Customer Success rep a lot for guidance on how to achieve what we need to achieve.

Integrated our NPS process so we can not only track NPS by individual respondent in Salesforce, but also measure response rates.

"CallidusCloud CX - Simplify Customer Feedback"

What do you like best?

Integration with Salesforce.com has completely simplified our process for understanding and following up on customer feedback. Customer responses are now automatically linked to the Case, Contact, and Account!

What do you dislike?

The only negative to our solution is that it requires configuration within SFDC when we have new requirements. However, that is not caused by CallidusCloud CX ... so, I can't count that against them.

Plan ahead, make sure you understand your requirements before jumping into integrated design

We used to use an online survey tool, then we would have to manually try to determine which Case, Contact, and Account the feedback was related to. It was a lot of unnecessary manual effort - and very difficult to stay on top of. Now, we have automated linkage of the feedback to the source ... and easy reporting within the interface ... or directly within SFDC!

"Still my favorite tool!"

What do you like best?

It's so easy to use! I am not a programmer by any means, but I do have a passion for creating workflows and logical, user-friendly forms. While I bought Clicktools because of the survey capabilities, I have actually used it for even more-- including call scripting. I could use Salesforce.com data to render a different script based on where a lead was in their qualification process. It made my reps' job so much easier!

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it's a little cumbersome to map back to certain field types in Salesforce. For example, I like to use a scale of 1-10 for NPS score and use a drop down or radio button, but I want to map back to a number field in Salesforce in order to calculate average scores. (Maybe I'm just doing this the hard way!)

"An excellent tool to know customer feelings and loyalty. "

What do you like best?

Easy survey design. Integration with salesforce. Language selection available. Frequent webinars to get maximun use of tool. Information about bounces, Easy contact information edition.

What do you dislike?

Can not mix results. Restrictions in graphics, for example we can not know how many times a customer answer a survey in a period of time and its scores. We can obtain the report and then process it, but will be great to have the possibility of get it from clkicktools. Period to get

"Complex but clever with great customer service."

What do you like best?

The analysis reports and the integration with Salesforce once you get the hang of it

What do you dislike?

I think the navigation is a bit fiddly. It's annoying that you can only get to certain parts by clicking through a process, but I do like the top bar that lets you change which survey you're viewing once you're in a particular section

Recommendations to others considering the product

Stick with it if you're finding it confusing as it is a great tool. Ask questions if you're stuck, customer service is excellent. Shout out to JP and Martin who deal with all sorts of stupid questions and even set up GoToMeetings or live chats to walk me through things I can't get my head around.

None really. We've been able to accurately send out hundreds of tailored forms to our audiences. It's great

"Great experience"

What do you like best?

We use Calidus cloud click Tools app in our organisation for integration of our surveys and Salesforce as we keep the track and details of each persona/account that left us feedback and we monitor closely all this data and insights that help us to identify improvements have to be done.

What do you dislike?

I have various improvements suggestion as iover the time period that we use this app we identified following gaps:

- first of all, we would've integrated survey into close case e-mail templates in Salesforce however due to various limitations this is not possible now

- the survey layout to be changed easier and more flexible than now

- analysis within clicktools looks not very flexible

- export for the bunch of surveys to be done easier

"The experience was great"

What do you like best?

Easy integration with Salesforce. The time to setup the survey is quick.

Mapping is easy.

What do you dislike?

Capability to customize look and feel of survey. Business users find it difficult to create new survey as we have customized surveys as per company guidelines.

Survey criteria is all maintained in Salesforce. Need feature to have all logic in Clicktools itself.

As we are storing all surveys in Salesforce, the reporting capabilities of clicktools is of no use for us.

We don't have proper tutorials or help guides to setup survey when we started with this product.

We are sending surveys post resolving a HR query from employees. We get insights to serve customer better.

"Great Survey Tool for Salesforce.com"

What do you like best?

The easy and quick integration with Salesforce.com is great. ClickTools makes it easy to map fields corresponding to survey results to make changes.

What do you dislike?

Limited in many ways. Cannot fully customize the look and feel of the survey. I would like if you could fully customize the background, add full screen pictures, and generally more advanced GUI options.

"Best survey app integrated with Salesforce"

What do you like best?

Integration with Salesforce: it is critical to us as we use Salesforce, and a lot of record management is automated thanks to great Clicktools integration with SF.

Responsiveness of technical support: a lot of program staff across our organization use Clicktools every day, so having a quick response time to troubleshoot arising issues is important.

User-friendly interface: Clicktools improved their interface to make it more user-friendly which improves efficiency.

What do you dislike?

Data import feature stopped working after the most recent round of upgrades. We often do benchmarking and need to merge surveys done by partners using other applications. We used to be able to upload our own historic or third party data for a quick merge of survey results into Clicktools to run an automatic report. Now we cannot do it even with the survey results downloaded for archival purposes from Clicktools itself in the import format. It has been months since I have raised this case and still no resolution.

It will also help to be able to download all response sets as they are without aggregation and without opening/downloading each survey response separately.

Recommendations to others considering the product

There are plenty of cheaper alternatives. However, they do not have a comparable Salesforce integration.

Clicktools is used across the whole organization to collect our clients and other stakeholders' feedback on our services, conduct internal staff surveys, and gather benchmarking data in the sector that we operate in.

Since Clicktools is integrated with Salesforce we automated record creation. It helps improve project management since the feedback collected by Clicktools can be automatically imported into our CRM, and further visualized through Salesforce dashboards.

"Simple & Effective Integration with Salesforce"

What do you like best?

Clicktools is easy to integrate with salesforce and you can do so very quickly. Creating questions, if then logic, and other more complex survey requirements are all able to be done. Ability to customize look and feel of surveys to match our brand.

What do you dislike?

Administrative user interface can be a bit confusing, but there are plenty of knowledge articles available. They have also made some changes recently that make this a lot better. There are many options on how to get the data out of the system, but I often get confused as to how to use the reports and queries. I usually just export to excel, or report on the data from Salesforce.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have used clicktools to evaluate Net Promoter Score and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) on support cases and our products. We were able to roll out these surveys very quickly by integrating it with Salesforce and Marketo. We have regular reporting and analysis on our NPS and CSAT metrics. This has enabled us to tune our customer support workflows and get input on our product and free trial processes.

What do you like best?

The interface is easy to use. We are able to send reports out quickly and the integration with Salesforce has made tying satisfaction to sales goals simple and effective

I would like to see more features in the reports such as ability to edit more of the reporting and get a net promoter scoring model

We used clicktools internally recently with an IT partner to create a ticketing system where we can guide our employees to the right answer as well as log a ticket in both our internal system for triage as well as the vendor's system via email. This helped with both self service and in getting the vendor the right information in their ticket with a number and time to call as well as a better description of the issue.

"CSAT/NPS Survey Use Case"

What do you like best?

I like the user interface as well as the ease of mapping to Salesforce in order to capture results. Being able to use merge fields in the links in order to capture the record details from salesforce into the responses is also a big plus.

What do you dislike?

The only thing I wish we could do a bit easier is to customize the layout of the survey that a customer receives without having to do any CSS or coding. For example, being able to see the layout and being able to click and drag things around would be awesome. It is not missions critical, but it would be a nice add-on.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use this for tech support/customer service case follow up, NPS scores, Customer Satisfaction, as well as polling internally when we are looking for feedback. Another way in which we use clicktools is for web to lead creation in Salesforce.

"Works great with SalesForce"

What do you like best?

It's available in the SFDC app exchange and integrates well, helping us especially with our customers. We also use it internally, making it easy to connect with actual employees

What do you dislike?

Not much to dislike, but if I'm to contrive something, perhaps an even tighter integration with SFDC that would make it feel more native.

"Really Good App!!"

What do you like best?

Clicktools is an easy to use and easy to edit app tht works great with Salesforce. All of the features are easy to find and easy to understand, as professionals we have enough to do without having to decode an app that is supposed to help us. If you do happen to need customer support, you will find them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Clicktools.

"Great Feedback tool"

What do you like best?

Simple user friendly features like

editor interface, CSV data export, the new API, deployment, reminders, Contact list. Actions, which gives the flexibility to do more. Advance features allows customization using CSS and Javascript.

What do you dislike?

cannot group contacts, cannot filter/sort contacts using custom fields. export individual responses in PDF.

Please improve the contact management and this would be the perfect feedback tool to use.

"Easily allows configuration and adaptive changes with little effort!"

What do you like best?

The simple configuration options with layers of complexity for dynamic and impressive results.

What do you dislike?

The lack of an ability trigger actions in the tool based on a survey being sent. We'd love the addition of updates in SalesForce information to be mapped at the time an email is sent instead of only when completed.

"Solid survey program"

What do you like best?

It's very intuitive. Finding and fixing problems is generally pretty straightforward, and when I needed help, tech support was very responsive.

What do you dislike?

There's no way to link a bunch of respondents together under someone else - like a broker - and send the survey to the broker to complete on behalf of the respondent.

Online completion of something that used to be done on paper and transcribed. It has saved so many man-hours.

"Great tool for surveys!"

What do you like best?

ClickTools is very easy to use. I love how it integrates with Salesforce seamlessly. The support level is phenomenal. Everyone I have talked with is very knowledgable. Also, if they do not know the answer, they immediately escalate to the next level. They are very responsive and customer focused.

What do you dislike?

There really is not a whole lot that I did not like. Their user interface can probably take some improvement. Knowledge base is somewhat scarce but they have been adding video tutorials and more articles continuously. I was even asked to give some feedback on the new videos. Customers are definitely taken seriously and input is important.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We designed a survey that would trigger a survey to customers on every 5 cases. We also implemented another survey that was customer based. If that customer did not receive a survey within the last 30 days, they would get another. Benefits are we are closer to our customers and can work to improve the customer experience.

"A little difficult to manager"

What do you like best?

Its a great product but not super user friendly. Especially if you have it synced within Salesforce. I spend a lot of time going back and forth from one group to the other...Clicktools says reach out to Salesforce...Salesforce says reachout to Clicktools...can be frustrating at times....

What do you dislike?

Not really user friendly have to contact customer support for almost everything you need to do...documentation isn't the best

"Sophisticated Yet Simple To Use"

What do you like best?

Really easy to create complex surveys which looks simple to the user. Drag and drop environment. Great reporting too. The forms sit within our landing pages but look entirely like our own. Integrates seamlessly with Salesforce.com. Nice routing function too for more complex questionnaires.

What do you dislike?

Admin could be more user-friendly, but not really a problem once you're used to it.

We could create surveys and forms on our own landing pages (using our own URL's) really quickly. Very flexible to change questions on the fly to suit the needs of the business.

"User friendly"

What do you like best?

Survey reporting is easy. Users can build reports and set up reporting within the tab.

What do you dislike?

Wish reporting could be done natively in SF. Sometimes it can be difficult to create reports in the app and distribute to users not using the app.

Sending customer surveys. We are able to concentrate on customer satisfaction instead of just pushing cases through.

The tool is very dynamic and connects well to Salesforce. We use it for automated and manual survey sends.

There was a bit of a learning curve. I have used a number of tools like this and it's in the middle for the learning curve.

"High-End Professional Surveys and Webforms which Sync with Salesforce"

What do you like best?

Clicktools has an amazing drag and drop interface, best-in-class survey logic and very robust syncing with our CRM system. We use it for EVERYTHING: course registrations, lead capture, even web donations, and of course feedback surveys. Great looking reports and filtering capabilities.

What do you dislike?

I can't think of anything. Love this product.

Take the time to learn the nuances and the way data flows between systems. There is tremendous power in this tool!

Where do I start.

I really don't have anything bad to say about click tools I would, re-deploy the solution in an instant.

We did our homework and tested several solutions. Clicktools was far and away the best. I couldn't be happier with the implementation. Since my team rolled this out to the Tech support team we have had zero problems with the software and many other business units have adopted the software.

We didn't have a very good line of sight into how our customer service, tech support, and repair teams were doing. We started by rolling this out on as a follow up on our US customer service team of about 30 reps. Instantly we were getting real time honest metrics on our customer interactions.

What do you like best?

Max Lidster have helped a lot to map survey with Salesforce. There is no issues after setup was created. It seamlessly synchrozing with Salesforce.

What do you dislike?

I am expecting it do everything from Salesforce but, I have to login to different portal.

Max Lidster have done the fantastic job and it's working as expected.

"Clicktools is a great product"

What do you like best?

Their technical support is great. They are very knowledgeable and quick to respond should you have any issues with their platform.

What do you dislike?

The user interface can take a bit of getting used to. Once you become familiar with where everything is it's much easier to use.

"Excellent Survey Services"

What do you like best?

Ease of survey creation. The system is so easy to use, and it requires no web development to get a survey off the ground!

What do you dislike?

Nothing honestly. So intuitive! Thank you for an excellent experience!

Remember that syncing to Salesforce takes time because Salesforce is a data beast. CallidusCloud makes it as easy as they can!

We're able to accurately measure NPS and CSAT and sync this data to Salesforce for our entire company's review. With this data capture, we're able to realize our actual customer Pulse.

"Clicktools is flexible and efficient"

What do you like best?

There is a lot of flexibility in designing surveys - much more so than other survey softwares I've used. And the integration with Salesforce is a dream! It's been flawless.

What do you dislike?

The new interface looks nice, but still navigates a bit awkward.

It's been great for us! I would recommend Clicktools especially if you want to integrate your data with Salesforce.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Customer satisfaction and team member experience/satisfaction. The biggest benefit is the integration with Salesforce, eliminating the need for data entry.

What do you like best?

Integrates well with Salesforce. The UI has an easy learning curve.

The UI could be a little nicer. Larger font would be great.

"Good tool for surveys"

What do you like best?

The analytics are quite in-depth and have good visual representation of the data.

What do you dislike?

Somewhat complicated - not very intuitive for use.

"It was very helpful with the survey"

What do you like best?

It was very easy to integrate with Salesforce & easy to map the fields

What do you dislike?

There is no individual checkbox in the tools (design). It was little difficult to map it to salesforce. In salesforce we need to change it to Dropdown

"Good survey software"

What do you like best?

I use Clicktools, Callidus' survey software. It's easy to use and has good functionality covering survey design, presentation and deployment.

What do you dislike?

Certain aspects of the tool aren't especially intuitive so calls to Support are required from time to time. Those calls are usually dealt with in a prompt, professional manner.

A good working knowledge of Salesforce is not required but recommended.

"I love Clicktools!"

The forms are super easy to create. I love that we have the capability to map data into Salesforce.

I would love the ability to clone a mapping and change only what is necessary.

"ClickTools - can't be beat for ease of use"

What do you like best?

Ease of use! It's very easy to set up different types of surveys and launch them immediately.

What do you dislike?

Answers get cut off - survey participants should be warned that they're running out of space.

Benefits: allows for multiple types of survey questions across multiple language platforms. Updates instantly and easily.
