Clicktools at its best!

What do you like best?

Clicktools is a great software for syncing surveys with Salesforce. It has great features of capturing field information as hidden questions, and then sync it to Salesforce. Reports are awesome, and running through individual questions are great features. Best part I like is if there is an error, it details out all the information. Absolutely, best tool to use!

What do you dislike?

Nothing that I dislike about Clicktools. However, it would be great if the storage limit can be exceeded so that we dont have to delete surveys on a frequent basis. Also, if the UI can be enhanced, with new additional features, such as filtering out specific fields during scheduling reports which would allow not to export a whole list of fields that might be unnecessary.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Great tool to use! I would definitely recommend others to choose this tool as it serves all required features for the business requirements.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We send client support and Client visit surveys to the clients to capture the feedback of the service provided. When the survey is filled out by client, Clicktools is able to create those surveys and tie back to the parent record appropriately.

Easy to Use

What do you like best?

Great tool that sells its value itself; has both the flexibility and options to easily meet business requirements. It is easy to use for new ones, yet has the options to expand on complexity for admins.

What do you dislike?

The market in customer feedback is ever changing, thus it would be great to see the product in more of an ever evolving state, based on customer feedback. This will keep customers invested and more whiling to provide feedback if visible action is being taken.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Streamlining all customer facing surveys through the enterprise survey tool. Marketing now has a clear picture of what our customers are saying since they have one place to look to. They can also make better decisions on when to ask our customers for feedback based on their engagements.

Powerful tool with a steep learning curve

What do you like best?

The tool is generally competent in sending surveys. We have integrated it with some custom Salesforce objects so that responses are automatically pushed into Salesforce, enabling reporting. Our surveys are multilingual. We like the scheduling feature and the ability to send reminders to recipients who have not responded yet. Very good support from Customer Success team.

What do you dislike?

The learning curve for the tool is surprisingly high. The user interface needs a lot of work. For example, it is not at all obvious how to create internationalized subject lines in outbound email; and to re-run a report, you have to run through the report designer wizard and not change any settings, and the report re-runs when you reach the end. Due to these issues this is one of the only tools that IT holds close to the vest - we discourage business users from using the tool directly, preferring that IT implement their survey.

Designing surveys can be difficult to meet what may seem like basic business requirements. List management features are difficult to use, making it hard for us to manage unsubscribes from survey to survey. We lean on our Customer Success rep a lot for guidance on how to achieve what we need to achieve.

Integrated our NPS process so we can not only track NPS by individual respondent in Salesforce, but also measure response rates.

CallidusCloud CX - Simplify Customer Feedback

What do you like best?

Integration with Salesforce.com has completely simplified our process for understanding and following up on customer feedback. Customer responses are now automatically linked to the Case, Contact, and Account!

What do you dislike?

The only negative to our solution is that it requires configuration within SFDC when we have new requirements. However, that is not caused by CallidusCloud CX ... so, I can't count that against them.

Plan ahead, make sure you understand your requirements before jumping into integrated design

We used to use an online survey tool, then we would have to manually try to determine which Case, Contact, and Account the feedback was related to. It was a lot of unnecessary manual effort - and very difficult to stay on top of. Now, we have automated linkage of the feedback to the source ... and easy reporting within the interface ... or directly within SFDC!

Still my favorite tool!

What do you like best?

It's so easy to use! I am not a programmer by any means, but I do have a passion for creating workflows and logical, user-friendly forms. While I bought Clicktools because of the survey capabilities, I have actually used it for even more-- including call scripting. I could use Salesforce.com data to render a different script based on where a lead was in their qualification process. It made my reps' job so much easier!

What do you dislike?

Sometimes it's a little cumbersome to map back to certain field types in Salesforce. For example, I like to use a scale of 1-10 for NPS score and use a drop down or radio button, but I want to map back to a number field in Salesforce in order to calculate average scores. (Maybe I'm just doing this the hard way!)

Just get it. It's awesome!

An excellent tool to know customer feelings and loyalty.

What do you like best?

Easy survey design. Integration with salesforce. Language selection available. Frequent webinars to get maximun use of tool. Information about bounces, Easy contact information edition.

What do you dislike?

Can not mix results. Restrictions in graphics, for example we can not know how many times a customer answer a survey in a period of time and its scores. We can obtain the report and then process it, but will be great to have the possibility of get it from clkicktools. Period to get

Get information of customers about things should be improve and stablish process to do that. Identify riks and go forward
