I've implemented Campaigndock at 2 of my clients, with great succes. The user adoption is quick through the short learning curve. The fact that one can build persona's and quantify lead interest is probably the holly grail of this service. The e-mail engine is merely the enabler. The whole pipe-line builder and sales enabler is the core of this SaaS.
Service is also quick and flexible. Change requests are addressed quickly, and when agreed upon, they're implemented ahead of schedule. Any support call is answered within the SLA's.
What do you dislike?
Reporting is adequate, yet some BI specialist would enjoy receiving more detail. Apparently, this is being addressed for next releases. Not really a dislike, but couldn't think of anything else.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Consider all your business goals, rather than just e-mail marketing. For the small monthly fee Campaigndock can and will do so much more than just e-mail marketing.
