From my work within casamba's system, I really enjoyed that they are open with the information stored within the system itself. I'm able to get data that is entered into the system easily to run customized reports.
What do you dislike?
The user interface is a bit lacking. Also the layout for some of the sections of the application could look more appealing and be placed more effectively.

If you're considering Casamba you can rest assured that they are an easy company to work with in terms of application ease and setup. They also provide full access to the data that you enter into the system. However, it should be noted that the user interface for the application is a bit lacking. Additionally, there is some odd placement in the user interface for some of the available utilities as well as buttons that don't quite react how I would have expected them to, but that is purely anecdotal.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Tracking therapy patient tracks as well as marking their goals throughout the therapy process. We also use the data collected from the application during the therapy process to make determinations about the therapy tracks our patients are currently undergoing. We utilize this information by changing the therapy case loads and making appropriate alterations to the care plan.
