"The Best Auto Body Estimating Software Available"

What do you like best?

I have used several estimation programs out there and CCC ONE is BY FAR the best and MOST ACCURATE as far as book times and procedural operations. In this platform, some of the necessary operations come up automatically. Also, the database is enormous, online based with daily updates, and part ordering can be done directly through the program. I was also about to teach myself how to use the program and navigate through it, very user friendly.

What do you dislike?

There are a couple of configurations that are a little hairy and there uses to be some features that have since been taken away that I wish they hadn't. For example, if you have to do a manual entry you used to be able to save that entry to the part codes by right clicking for future use. Now you can't do that and you actually have to go into the part codes to add it.

Recommendations to others considering the product

It's pricey, If you run a small shop, another program may be a better option. For large shops who deal with insurance claims, CCC is the way to go.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Back in the day, estimating was difficult, done by hand, and if you didn't know something you had to look it up in a huge book. Estimating on CCC cuts the time it takes to write estimates down to a couple minutes vs an hour or so. It also ads a professional touch to our estimates when printed out that are very clear for the customer to see and easy for us to explain the line items. We also are able to receive job assignments from insurance companies directly through this platform. A lot of large insurance companies such as Farmers, AAA, and Geico use CCC One. This makes it easy to come to agreements on repair times and cost as we are all on the same page.

"Excellent Estimating Tool"

What do you like best?

The software provides an easy to use platform to manage claims information, photos, and estimate vehicle damages. The software automatically loads crash data based on the vehicles VIN and allows the user to quickly (almost instantly) obtain total loss valuations for total loss purposes. The estimating portion of the software is easy to use and allows even complex estimates to be completed quickly and accurately. They also boast excellent customer support.

What do you dislike?

Although the platform itself is wonderful, there are times where the system goes down. With the system down, almost no functions can be used and you simply have to wait for IT to solve the problem before you can proceed with any work.

Recommendations to others considering the product

This is a solid software that is used by much of the insurance and automotive repair industry. The CCC ONE software allows for quick and accurate estimates that are easily accepted by repair facilities. The customer service is knowledgeable and efficient.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The CCC ONE software allows adjusters to quickly and accurate assess a vehicles damages, as the platform provides part prices for both new and LKQ parts, easily identifiable photographs and diagrams, and a simple to read estimate format. This has increased the productivity of adjusters as they are able to complete a higher level of estimates while increasing their accuracy.

"User-friendly design and reporting, can lag a little bit "

What do you like best?

The technology is incredibly easy to learn and use. It has made communicating with body shops, vendors, and insurance companies much more straightforward, eliminating the need for many emails, and I could see it replacing the need for a separate content mgmt system for a smaller company. The reporting is incredibly detailed and easy to navigate. The estimates and valuations are much easier to read than competitors like Mitchell.

What do you dislike?

It can be kind of slow to get information. It can take a few days to get a valuation report back and it can take way longer than it should to see photos that have just been uploaded by shops or pull estimates. I am not sure if it's a firewall issue or buggy, but it could be much faster.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Even if it's slow, it's nice to have a semi-universal system for communication between all of the different parties we deal with so we're not getting status-check calls constantly and it's cleaned up a lot of communication errors across the board.

"CCC REVIEW "

What do you like best?

New update allows finding options on vehicle much easier. Options are organized based on it's location on the vehicle so finding options for a possible total loss vehcile is much faster. Estimates are easy and straight forward to create.

What do you dislike?

New update created a larger font size and magnafied view which means you have to scroll alot through the program when previously everything was on one page and be easily seen all at once. Could use more shortcuts and hotkeys for added personalization to make creating estimates much faster and efficiently.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Easy and organized way to create estimates for repairing vehicles. Can also be used to find the value of total loss vehciles.

"Not the best but pretty close. "

What do you like best?

Fairly easy to use, clean and modern UI, accurate pricing from OEMs and LKQ. Being able to open multiple claims at once.

What do you dislike?

It's very buggy and slow at times. Needs to have better responsiveness and animations. Make it easier to delete messages instead of having to go one at a time. Make better diagrams then the ones that exists Mitchell offers in my opinion better diagrams and better information. Make it more aware of what features a vehicle might have instead of having to manually select them sometimes. Remove the 5 window cap on claims that can be opened.

Try Mitchell much more simple to use and gets estimating done quicker.

Only problem it solves is being able to work with certain insurances that use this for estimating.

"User friendly estimating system"

What do you like best?

Estimating system is user friendly. Very easy to learn and understand

What do you dislike?

One complaint is the accounting when trying to convert labor to parts. System takes too long and have to do one line at a time. Very time consuming for someone who is extremely busy.

Many benefits, files can be saved for periods of time, works with numerous insurance companies

"CCC One - A great product"

What do you like best?

I have used CCC One at my previous company as well as current company and it is the gold standard for estimating. Both the estimating platform and portal seamlessly integrate.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes newer vehicles do not have database information loaded in for estimating. For the portal, not all IA's notes carry over all the time.

"Does the job"

What do you like best?

I love how organized and updated it is for the shop.

What do you dislike?

I dislike how not user friendly is can be, and that some things you have to get trained on by the company.

Benefits are great with ccc one. We have been able to look and see what cars should go when, and also customers can make appointments through our system.

What do you like best?

The ease of access is great. It is simple to use and the layout looks good.

Sometimes it can be slow although that may be due to internet connection

It is a simple way to write my estimates for collision repair and I really like how easy it is to use. The pictures of vehicle parts are great and helpful
