Working with the Skyline team is a breath of fresh air, billing is always complex and always throwing up edge cases and its how the team assist us in resolving these and making sure their system supports them going forward that makes working with Skyline excellent experience.
What do you dislike?
Handling of packages can be clumsy although this is soon to be resolved in the latest update.

Skyline is an excellent subscription based billing platform with call charging support where needed. It can be controlled by simple but powerful API calls or via the agent focused portal allowing you to quickly on-board the platform within your organisation. The Skyline team are knowledgeable and ready to lend a reassuring hand at any point during the billing process with quick efficient responses to queries and issues.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were looking for a highly scalable platform with fast integration with our customer experience focused automated processes. Skyline's excellent API and well documented structure allowed us to quick build an automated billing setup for our customers and expose the bills inside our customer portal with minimal effort.
