CezanneHR has a great deal of features, and can truly be considered a full-featured HR Suite. I like especially that I can enter virtually all of my employee data--from performance reviews to goal tracking to standard person information--and have access to all of it at my fingertips. Moreover, its ability to provide analytics and easy to ready graphics and data makes it great for sharing with colleagues during a presentation or report.
What do you dislike?
As much as CezanneHR's full set of features is a blessing, it can also be considered a curse for a smaller business. Ultimately, for a smaller business like ours, there's almost too much that CezanneHR has on offer, and getting employees to dive in can be somewhat of a challenge at times as they find it overwhelming.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Above all else, consider if CezanneHR is right for what you need out of an HR software. More to the point, is consider how much functionality you will truly need and use. If you're a mid-to-large organization, there should be everything you need here and for a relatively accessible price. If you're smaller, you might be better off finding a less robust program to handle your HR needs without overdoing it.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
As with most HR programs we have tried, CezanneHR allows for centralization of data, minimizing paper waste, and providing useful analytics to guide decision-making. This has decreased the time spent on the often trying tasks of calculating ROIs, determining performance evaluations, and simply tracking down data. However, as noted, the sheer scope of what CezanneHR offers is a bit beyond the needs of our business.
