"Great PRM and Service"

What do you like best?

Since it is cloud-based, Channeltivity is up and running the day you sign the contract. You simply have to populate with contacts, resources, permissions, etc.

What do you dislike?

Because it SaaS, custom changes cannot be made unless it is good for their entire customer base. However, this is not caused much problem for us. The changes are more "nice to have" than "must have."

Recommendations to others considering the product

Channeltivity is easier, quicker and cheaper than implementing a custom solution. It provides everything a partner needs without the extra work and expense.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

A quick and easy portal for our partners and our internal personnel that provides integration to Salesforce for deal registration, unlimited access for partner contacts, unlimited space for resources, and easy administration.

"Great Product and Amazing Service!"

What do you like best?

This product has robust features and is very easy to update content in. One of my favorite features has to be that I can include 3rd party applications inside of the platform which makes this platform the only product my partners have to go to. I also liked that our team could implement this without the help of an outside consultant.

What do you dislike?

I really have no dislikes at this time on the product. If there are items that the company sees enough demand for among all customers they will add it to the roadmap.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would definitely recommend this platform to any company looking to add or change their PRM. The product offers great flexibility and the support has been great!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Channeltivity allows us to provide our partners with a "One Stop Shop" platform. They can get access to co-branded materials, price lists, deal registration, and access to other third party integrations within the Channeltivity platform. We wanted a solution that was easy to update and gave us a lot of flexibility and Channeltivity solved that problem.

"Channeltivity is awesome!"

What do you like best?

I love that the data seamlessly rolls into SFDC. Honestly this is one of the most difficult challenges with any software-we need seamless integration, bar none. If we didn't have that, we create manual labor for ourselves that defeats the purpose of the tool. I also love the ease of use and how I can introduce it to new team members with little hassle. Deal registration is HUGE for us as well

What do you dislike?

Some of the reporting feels a bit clunky and hard to use, but not impossible. It could definitely use a bit of a refresh. I like really simple, short reporting but others do enjoy more robust reports. But things can always improve in future versions.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Costs are definitely a factor when it comes to a tool like this. While we love the connectivity, the ease of use, an the deal registration features, the tool was simply out of reach cost wise for us. The evaluation went very smoothly and was actually fun to use, but we just didn't have the capacity during this quarter to ultimately buy the tool. We are hoping to integrate something like this int he future particularly as our channel begins to grow even larger.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have a huge problem with our channel being disorganized. We are only two people trying to run an entire book of business totaling millions of dollars. Its a challenge for us to find the time to chase down our partners. We also need collaboration, and this tool definitely does facilitate this for us in every sense of th word.

What do you like best?

My partners like it very much; and if they do, you have my seal of approval. :)

What do you dislike?

First of all, there are report enhancements I would like to see - as each of us have report requirements. There are other enhancements we can work on but those fall after the reporting challenges.

Quick and easy way to get your channel pipeline in the works. No frills needed; just getting the job done!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We want our partners to register deals using this tool. This would give both parties visibility on a shared pipeline that we wouldn't see on each other's CRM tool.

Right now, we see one login per day; and around $500K in the pipeline (maybe more)... We'd like a bigger set of numbers down the road...

"Overall good if you know how to set it up properly and use it"

What do you like best?

Able to utilize as a partner portal. Use cases and so forth. Syncs with Salesforce as well as allows deal reg for partners/

What do you dislike?

Does not always sync in a timely matter as well as some registration emails get blocked by other companies

"Great portal, easy to set up and get started"

What do you like best?

Channeltivity is so easy to use and get up and running. The tool is easy to configure and there is a setup guide that walks through each module.

What do you dislike?

It would be nice to have some additional flexibility on some of the forms.

Channeltivity makes it easy to manage, recruit and support partners. It takes the manual work out of channel management and centralizes channel information. There is a lot of functionality available in the solution including: deal registration, salesforce integration, training & certification and mdf.

"Channeltivity helped us to offer a first-class experience to our MDF program."

What do you like best?

Easy, intuitive and scalable to a large partner ecossystem.

What do you dislike?

Standard fields and exportable reports aren't editable.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Seamless and organized MDF program. All MDF requests are easily assigned to other people and the Automated email notifications and reminders ensure everyone is kept in the loop.

"Impress the socks of your partners"

What do you like best?

Channeltivity guides best practices in channel management, is relatively easy to wrap your head around and is rapidly adding new functionality

What do you dislike?

I'd like to see stronger social elements, native or closely integrated support for rapid partner training and certification, functionality to support open innovation, ability to work with partner roles within the partner organisation

Take the time to talk to Channeltivity as it may turn out that what you want is not what you need ... the software comes with brilliant people to work with.
