What do you like best?
Chargify's customer support is second to none. Their entire team are passionate about the care of their customers. They are also very organized and transparent. The tools are easy to use but allow you to perform complex tasks, and that's no easy feat.
What do you dislike?
Not much to be honest. As a software company, we know how difficult it can be to implement changes consistently and quickly in an agile format. Chargify does this well, but users (including myself) are always impatient for the next new features.
Recommendations to others considering the product
We needed a powerful solution to help up us better manage our subscriptions over the full life-cycle or customer journey and dig into the numbers (signups, renewals, churn, etc). As a software company, we know how important customer support is, but we have been blown away by the Chargify team. Their support is simply amazing!

Total subscription management (signups, renewals or recurring payments, churn, etc), Product signup/split-testing and sales/discounts.
