"Great Experience so Far but Lacking in Social Functionality "

What do you like best?

I love having all of our reviews across all platforms and properties together in one space and I also enjoy the different sentiment reporting capabilities as well! We also measure ourselves against comps and the tool Chatmeter provides has again saved us from monthly manual entries.

What do you dislike?

One of the only (major) items Chatmeter is lacking is social capabilities. They are not a Facebook partner so they are unable to bring in certain information like private messages, analytics, and Instagram features. I would love to see those items be implemented to really top off what Chatmeter offers. I also think they have room to improve on permission levels and approval gateways for review responses.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Don't look to Chatmeter as a Social Management tool first. Look to Chatmeter as a Reputation Management platform first and a social tool second. We have been using Chatmeter for under a year but have already seen progressive movement towards more social capabilities but also more in-depth reporting and listings management tools.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Bringing everything together under one roof is a huge benefit. Before reporting was done manually and often times was extremely tedious and had user errors. This goes the same for social posting and listening. Although I feel Chatmeter is lacking in some social areas, it does offer bulk posting, a master content calendar and some social listening tools which is great!

"Good Reputation Management Tool"

What do you like best?

I really liked having all of the business reviews in one place.It's a great way to keep up with all of your reviews on one platform, versus having to check multiple sites regularly and keeping a log. This does it for you!

What do you dislike?

It's definitely focused on your overall web presence and reputation. It does have some social media functions, but that's definitely not its primary use. I would love to see more tools available for social media reporting.

Recommendations to others considering the product

If you're looking to use this to post to social media platforms, look elsewhere. But if you're looking to boost your overall web presence and ratings, give it a try!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Missed or overlooked reviews and opinions of the business were easily a thing of the past once employees were taught how to use and properly manage the software.

"Excellent & Always Evolving"

What do you like best?

Easy access to review and respond to reviews and guest feedback.

What do you dislike?

60 location minimum means we are paying for a few stores we don't have.

Chatmeter is by far the easiest reputation management software I have used. They are also always rolling out new features and updates to improve the functionality and experience.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Online reputation management. We are getting better visibility into what our consumers are saying about us and are able to resolve issues we might otherwise have never known about.

"Innovative tool to keep track of online reputation."

What do you like best?

Daily emails sent alerting to positive and negative reviews. Emails can be sent to multiple addresses. Review builder is handy and a good tool to build reputation by soliciting reviews. Covers many different review sites.

What do you dislike?

Can't answer reviews from Chatmeter, must log into desired platform.

It is a useful tool to keep monitor online reputation.

Keeping track of reputation for automotive dealerships so that they can be addressed.

"Not the right fit for us "

What do you like best?

Chatmeter had great reporting functions that were very easy to export

What do you dislike?

It was not the right fit from a reputation tool stand point. We had to go back and forth with the company many times

It has reporting functions that allow you to very easily send pdfs to clients.
