Cherwell HR Case Management manages the employee request process from start to finish. Not only does HR Case Management document all transactions providing a complete audit trail of employee communication with HR it also creates accountability, provides task ownership and workflow and ensures consistent and timely HR service delivery.
I really like the custom dashboards just for my team. It is designed just for my team and there is a different layout for the team next to us. It is a very clean layout. I love the checklists for tracking my work. It makes it really east to complete tasks. Once you get used to it and learn the tool it is really easy to use and understand. It is a little difficult to learn at first though.
What do you dislike?
All Cherwell tools are difficult to use at first. When we first transferred to cherwell I didn't like it. It is hard to search for different things that you need. You have to figure out exactly where to search. I have problems searching for our tickets. That is really my only complaint. It is hard to find tickets that we closed. Other than that I really don't have any complaints. We previously had HR manager and it was very disorganized and we weren't a fan.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
All teams can open HR related tickets and we can get them solved quickly and effectively. This makes the teams much happier. When we have happier teams our life is a lot easier! HR tasks are also really important to complete fast.
