I chose ClearCare because it seemed so easy to use. We had been using a different software for the past year and had found it so hard to work with. When I took the ClearCare tutorial I was impressed with the simplicity of scheduling and managing the client and caregiver databases. Once I began using ClearCare I was amazed. Not only was it as easy to use as they promised it would be but it exceeded my expectations. I love that caregivers can leave voice memos and they show on the dashboard. I love that I can print telephony reports that show me the phone number caregivers clocked in from and at what exact time...down to the second. The prior software we used frequently had down times where we were unable to access the system...for hours on end. I've not had that problem with ClearCare....there have been a few times when they've had a glitch in the system but it's resolved almost immediately and the team at ClearCare makes it a point to alert everyone if there is scheduled maintenance. The customer services is great...if I have a question my first stop is ClearCare University...if I still can't resolve a problem all it takes is an email and the team makes sure to respond in a timely manner and ensure that the issue gets resolved.
The onboarding experience was very easy....I had a dedicated person who walked me through every stage and made the process very simple.
Growing my business is easy now that we have a scheduling system that actually works. The simplicity of tracking referral sources makes it even easier to know what accounts are generating business and where we ned to focus our marketing efforts.
Using ClearCare is so efficient....on one screen we can enter a new client, their billing information and create the calendar...no need to navigate through multiple different boxes and tabs. Super easy.
