We looked at a lot of CRMs out there, but the vast majority are bloated with features we didn't need in our small business. We found Clevertim CRM to be a breath of fresh air in its simplicity and ease of use. It was an easy sell to my sales team. Support is very responsive, friendly and most importantly they solve the problems, not just close tickets.
What do you dislike?
If only it would integrate with Outlook, that'd be great. A bit of a dislike although the dropbox feature makes up for that a bit. Still Outlook integration would tick all our boxes.

If you're looking for something easy to use & learn, then this is it. Customer support is great too.
