" With clicksoftware increase my productivity by 35%"

What do you like best?

Now I am more productive than before thanks to clicksoftware that relieves me a little more work, it helps me to gain time, the interactions with the client have improved a lot and that makes me happy. Sometimes the simple rather than the complicated is better and this software makes the complicated simpler, which with other software I could not do

What do you dislike?

The technical support of clicksoftware takes to answer the emails and even more in solving the problems of connectivity software more database

Have patience to the support because they take a long time to respond via email, so it is preferable to call them and use the online chat, otherwise it will be a matter of waiting for days for a solution

In the past we sought to interact with the client much more to increase our portfolio of satisfied customers and of course improve communications, with this software we achieved it and therefore that makes us very happy. Apart from that, I and the organization increase productivity in a short time and that is reflected in the number of clients that we now have assets

"Easy to use"

What do you like best?

This software has helped fundamentally change our small business! It has allowed us to be more efficient as a team and effective as a hospitality service provider. I most enjoy the ability to plan and schedule company actions far ahead of time, track in real time, and report on any job function afterward with details that I can customize to best fit our team's needs. The user-friendly interface allows quick manipulation that saves me extremely valuable time

What do you dislike?

The only con would be lack of a more 'real time' messaging option for communicating with workers in the field. The current messaging feature is extremely handy, but a faster 'chat' type function (think facebook messenger, or mightytext) would take this software over the moon for my company.

Recommendations to others considering the product

So easy to use and gets your day organized and accomplished when your jobs are completed. I get to enter all the information about each account I visit with detailed information for the database and is useful for future visits

"An effective tool with strong customer serice providing solitions."

What do you like best?

It is an great field service that helps you by giving solutions of the problems in any size of the business area. They have all the options, you can contact them via email, call or even can have a chat with them. It is opened 24/7 and it reaches to you instantly.

What do you dislike?

A better chat type system is needed which can take this company to another level.

It is an effective tool that helps you in all you matter regarding your business. Provides solutions with good strategies and analytics. It is better if you go for call and chat rather than email beacause it takes the longer time. Apart from that it is user friendly.

It is very handy,, as it keeps everything at one place and it makes itself very useful for that. you don't have to open multiple programs . The navigation is fine for use.

"User-friendly "

What do you like best?

This software has the best tracking when it comes down to doing more than one task. I really love that the software is upgrading their feature to make the work more efficient.

What do you dislike?

The connectivity is very slow and only requires VPN and no internet connection. In addition, your computer has to have Silverlight which is complex to setup or download.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Make sure that this product is right for the facility. We have different providers under the same tax id and very useful to follow up on our accounts in a timely manner.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Working in an healthcare insurance billing facility we selected this product for tracking accounts and assistance. The problem was what was timely filing for our claims and we have over 1000 accounts to track on.

"AWESOME"

What do you like best?

Click has allowed us to tailor a software system to the needs of our company. We have dramatically reduced our direct labor costs, which is far and away our number one expenditure. The ability to track and report on anything from job details to vehicle mileage and locations has completely changed our business, and will continue to do so as we grow and evolve as a company.

"Great overall experience. Is a good product, solid roadmap and excellent support team"

What do you like best?

ClickSoftware is a great product. Wide varieaty of out of the box features, and very configurable.

It has a solid roadmap. The new version (Edge) is a major upgrade and it solves some of the main disadvantages the product had.

The ClickSoftware support team is excellent.

What do you dislike?

In current version (8.3) the technology used in ClickSchedule is not optimal. It has Silverlight, so you have to use Internet Explorer to use ClickSchedule. Besides, Silverlight is an outdated solution.

This is already addressed in the newer version, but we are in the middle of the migration project

Recommendations to others considering the product

Do your own research. Be careful to select the implementor, as the implementation process is very important for the rest of the project.

Don't use customizations! Although ClickSoftware is a flexible producto, try to use only out of the box features and don't use customizations. We are currently in the middle of a migration project, and now we have to get rid of all of the custiomizations we made in the past.

We prefer to work directly with ClickSoftware Professional Services as an advisor. Having their direct opinion is very important for quality assesment

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are an Insurance Company, and we selected ClickSoftware for Roadside assistance.

The problem we had was that we didn't know where our technicians were, or whethere they were available or not. We didn't have any visibility, and we didn't have any optimization neither. All of our assignments were manual.

"StreetSmart for truck driver purposes"

What do you like best?

Experience with StreetSmart has been excellent. Communicating with our drivers as well as seeing their location has been made extremely easy. The ease of use is very convenient, as well as the personnel made available to help the drivers understand the application use.Click is a breath of fresh air. They are nimble like a startup, have the most incredible management team that is willing to roll up their sleeves and jump in the deal to help get it done.

What do you dislike?

Selecting date ranges gives too many warnings about what the date range can be (i.e. you change date A it warns you DATE RANGE CANNOT exceed X before you finish changing date B) It is mildly frustrating to very frustrating when you need to review certain dates.When submitting a review here related to Clicksoftware, I was asked by a Glassdoor interstitial popup to submit my review on the Francisco Partners Glassdoor page. One wonders what Francisco Partners is trying to hide.

This software is so easy to use. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The problems of expenses and structuring of the staff were solved without any kind of problem with the Click Sfotware program. It get to accelerate certain steps and increase the speed to perform some tasks. I can see at this time are we move so fast, marketing sometimes has trouble keeping up. This is not a knock on them, but more of a testament as to how fast we are adding incredible capabilities to our already leading product.

"Best for Field Engineers!! "

What do you like best?

I'm enabler and have tested this application for our Vodafone Field engineers.

It is very nice and easy to track all day tasks remotely.

Best tracker and ease of use are the best features which I have seen.

Click team is very supportive and provides upgrade frequently.

What do you dislike?

Requires VPN connectivity as it is accessing internal resources of organization.

VPN is quite painful if it is not working then app wont work on normal internet. this is quite dependency and user has to end up with no solution sometimes.

I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SOFTWARE TO ONE AND ALL WHO WANTS BEST TRACKING OF DAILY BAU TASKS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

"Definitely a recommended program."

What do you like best?

Click has a sales first focus that makes this 22+ year sales veteran excited to begin my day, every day. Not to mention, we have the best product in the market and the analysts agree. All the traditional bureaucracy and minutia of large companies does not exist here. If you need something, all you have to do is ask. Everyone is willing to help, including the CEO.

What do you dislike?

The only con that I can see at this time are we move so fast, marketing sometimes has trouble keeping up. This is not a knock on them, but more of a testament as to how fast we are adding incredible capabilities to our already leading product.

They pay their talent well, so if you are a producer, you can make money here. It's an incredibly exciting time to be at Click. With the new leadership and focus on Customer Success, we are at a tipping point and we are poised for explosive growth. I am excited to a part of this incredible company.

"Very good product and excelent service"

What do you like best?

The product is very well designed, you can do a lot using just the configuration front-end application. Besides the professional service stuff really try to meet the goals of the company.

What do you dislike?

The lack of support in spanish is something that need to be improved. The performances of devices is something that need to check carefully prior any purchase.

Recommendations to others considering the product

At the beginning of the project ask for prototypes of ClickMobile application forms. There are many details that are really hard to understand just reading the designed documents provided by Click. Also pay attention to the performance of devices and assure that those really meet your expectations.

We integrated several legacy CRM systems, now all the tasks that need to be attended in the field are using the Clicksoftware. Now we have a centralize software that help us to focus on field productivity.

"Great worked program"

What do you like best?

I think the best program of human resources management for the ease of dealing with data and simplicity of use. It allows managers to optimize resources, reduce overtime and downtime and, in parallel, increase the productivity of the organization and the strategic planning of resources.

What do you dislike?

The worst thing is that sometimes the system may fail and hang, or go slow, or present some errors when transcribing some important data. These are details that can be improved over time.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would optimize more routes at street level, minimizing the time between trips would be better. It would also combine more tasks in the same environment and integrate all monitoring systems. It is possible to improve the processing of thousands of calls and reprogram them based on their importance. I would implement the integration with mobile devices.

"The way to optimize the workforce"

What do you like best?

A key aspect is the ability to handle variations in real time. All the best schedules must confront reality and the inevitable surprises that this hides.

By using ClickSoftware you can review its business model while managing scale and a large number of technicians moving the workforce towards the areas or tipolgie more important or strategic intervention.

What do you dislike?

At the moment the schedule of time travel is not dynamically updated with traffic infos: this is an important aspect in the big cities and the scheduling algorithm must also take into account the availability of the single technical materials

It 'was possible to introduce the single operator, reducing the time of intervention, fearlessly face the new KPI introduced by national legislation and initiate a timely monitoring of all activity for better management of operational operating costs

"Application Manager"

What do you like best?

I like the integrated solution for out of the box configuration.

What do you dislike?

Customizations or a propensity to customize configuration just because a customer says they have unique needs. There is enough OOTB config items in the software suite that ClickSoftware should be able to push back on clients with pride in their products. Click used customization to gain insight into add ons and standardizing the product but clients with customizations are left with the custom components and this ties their hands and willingness as clients to upgrade on ClickSoftware's internal desired schedule to move clients to version 9 or whatever it is called now.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Be aware of Click's own desire to maintain their relationship with you as a customer based on when you signed your agreement and pricing with them. Company direction at Click will change several times and their tone with you or their desire to help you with external vs internal solutions along with it. An example is the Cloud being an enabler for your business 4 years back and that it will not handcuff you or hinder you for years to come and all existing external APIs can be sorted through and supported. Well now that they have expanded their offering of applications and add-ons, and though the technology for web APIs is industry standard, you'll find their tone and solution is always one of an internal product solution and the cloud is being used as a vehicle to sell products (with customizations tying you down where business needs aren't met) rather than deliver what the customer might want i.e. a generic web service. Additionally accounts are mishandled and shift hands several times and it is even worse when dealing with support cases that remain open for months without resolution. There's no idea of SLAs for time to resolve, just someone sitting in India for Sev1 ticket to say "we answered in five minutes". This is really unfortunate as we felt we were moving forward with Click. The product is great in terms of end to end solutions for mobile workforce solution delivery and their integrations. Optimization is also a key benefit that is seeing material gains in how we run and reassess our operation.

Resource Planning, Daily Scheduling Deployments, Workload Optimization and Reassessment, Mobile timesheets, and payroll and billing integations as well as Data feeds into BI tools.

"The product offers a wide variety of scheduling functions."

What do you like best?

The scheduling capabilities of ClickSchedule is unmatched. ClickMobile is easy to deploy and maintain. The product is easy to integrate with and in context to other workforce management solutions simple to implement

Remote support can sometimes be challenging. There is no direct access to technical support from a customer perspective. Customers need to work through a partner. The other problem is product updates are not communicated that well. I did register on the ClickSoftware customer portal and will see if that make

The choice of implementation partner is critical. Make sure during the vendor evaluation process that the implementation partner has the necessary ClickSoftware skills to implement the solution.

"Click software"

What do you like best?

The software is extremely helpful when you are working with a field based workforce. For the most part, it is simple and easy to use but also allows for customization.

What do you dislike?

The initial set up and launch does require some support from either Click or others in order to get the most out of the tool and limit future rework.

Before making the commitment to purchase, be sure you spend time talking to others that have implemented the software.

We are delivering a unique product what requires us to adhere to specific appointment times. While this is not the most common application of the software, it does allow us to utilize this for our specific needs. Click does help us be as productive as possible under our parameters.

"Disappointing"

What do you like best?

A good concept and provides a good workforce management solution.

What do you dislike?

We implemented ClickSoftware in our company to try and improve the way we manage our field engineers.

We found that communication and willingness to resolve issues from Click was extremely poor.

Click personnel and technicians constantly provided incorrect information or blamed our system for the calendar not working as we requested it to.

When we ask on resolution on key issues the advise is usually to use a complicated work around rather than a workable solution. otherwise we would need an expensive a software change request.

Recommendations to others considering the product

before you go ahead make sure their base version matches your business needs exactly.

ask for detailed end to end demo of their product. get it witnessed by teams on the ground who will actually use it.

if they promise a resolution get it in writing, and get them to give you a detailed workable explanation of the resolution because chances are the resolution they provide will probably be useless.

"Helps with organizing field workers ; but very expensive."

What do you like best?

I like how we are able to distribute different tasks into diiferent resource pools. 20,000 tasks in 100 resource places , based on location , experience , and skill.

What do you dislike?

Licensing can easily become very expensive and this is a difficult hurdle for new companies just adopting this software.

Click has helped us better manage and distribute our resource , schedule deployments of field staffs , has helped with better optimizing our workload , payroll and integration of billing system into our business intelligence program.

"Click Support"

What do you like best?

Click Support is simple to use and helps me so much with my everyday tasks at work. I would not be able to do IT work without Click Support.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that sometimes it runs very slow, but that comes with most software programs.

It helps me fix errors and do troubleshooting. I noticed it really saves me time and I don't have to call tech support.

"Click software review"

What do you like best?

I have used click for WFM processes for my client and it has been really helpful for field agents and work scheduling.

What do you dislike?

It's very slow and takes a lot of time to process. This takes a toll on the agents

We were able to assign field technicians really easy. Also you can check the scheduling time of an agent whether he is actually free at that time of the day

"Good product and easy to use"

What do you like best?

This product is user friendly and easy to use. Can easily be taught to staff and is flexible. We have tried other products in the past and this product seems to be the best one the we have found so far.

What do you dislike?

There are a few quirks in the product that we have encountered along the way. There were some issues with the data saving.

"Excellent environment"

What do you like best?

I have used this software in my office and find it's versatility to be astounding. The layout makes both programs easy to use and has increased my productivity.

Would absolutely recommend!

Some aspects of promotional emails I find to be repetitive or unnecessary, but I just unsubscribed to them.

What do you like best?

We love the functionality that we are able to build on our side. So many good out of the box products, but absolutely love that we can customize as necessary. They are good to work with through new ideas and implementation.

What do you dislike?

Hoping that future versions from Clicksoftware, allow for us to continue to house onsite rather than in the cloud. We haven't yet upgraded to the cloud due to functionality loss that we would sustain.

"Clicking for Convenience!"

What do you like best?

The features of this program are built to help you do the job expeditiously. It is seamless, and that is consistent through the product.

What do you dislike?

Nothing really. I enjoyed every aspect, and while I have some preferences such as shift management, there was nothing I didn’t like.

"My take on ClickSoftware. "

What do you like best?

for me it was the first time i ever had to use a software like this so I don’t have much to go off of based on other softwares. But there isn’t much i don’t like about this it’s slick

The one thing i don’t like about this software is the layout of everything. it was kind of hard to learn at first.

What do you like best?

It's a good, simple service to use. It's not complicated at all I think more companies should use this service just based on simplicity. Too many other products complicate things

I wish it would be more updated. Working on ClickSoftware can be time consuming because it's not the newest software. People want quick and easy but this is only easy. It should be quick.

The design is one of my favorite overall aspects of ClickSoftware. We are able to meet many of our objectives using this software.

What do you dislike?

I think there should be more customer support in different languages. For example some of my coworkers communicate primarily in Spanish. I think they would appreciate receiving customer service help in their primary language.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This software helped us increase overall productivity which in turn was a great way to get employees more motivated. Less effort is required to yield more of an outcome when using this product.

"Easy to use; Click staff is always looking to help you be successful in using their software."

What do you like best?

Ease of use and the support of the Cick staff.

What do you dislike?

Using only the Gantt chart you can't determine who the Primary Engineer is. You have to view the search results.

Yes, I think that is a good tool, but It is important to chooce a good implementer that he knows the product, be near the standard and dedicate time and your functional team to desing the forms, concentrate in important fields.

"Click Software"

What do you like best?

It's ability to schedule multiple tasks into a large resource pool. 60,000 tasks into 300 resources based on skills, locations, etc.

What do you dislike?

The licensing is expensive and you need to actively manage this part of it.

"Great system and great customer service"

What do you like best?

I love being able to talk to a real person and knowing they will always be there to help me if myself or my team encounter problems. The software really helps with productivity around the office. Very user friendly

"Easy and convenient "

What do you like best?

Allows to schedule service calls in a more timely manner. Also GPS and emails are helpful to let customer know where the service tech is.

Can be a bit confusing scheduling service calls at first. It’s easy once you get the hang of it.

"It’s an alright software."

What do you like best?

ClickSoftware is doing the job fine. You can assign field tasks to people, can reschedule. It is convinient to work with.

It could have more tools for example to be able to cancel a task even it was already assigned to someone.

What do you like best?

Easy navigation and transmitting. I liked the calendar and the ease of keeping dates in order: The end product and analytics were subpar to a recent program I have used.

Other software works better. A recent program I found produces better information but I enjoyed using the old program.

The online service booking and rescheduling frees up a lot of man power on phones.

Sometimes it can lag, so if it didn't have that problem, it would be better.
