"Clinical Conductor review"

What do you like best?

I have been using Clinical Conductor at my site for about 8 years. It has improved so much over the years. We utilize it mostly for setting up the study framework for scheduling and financial reports. There is so much the program can do and we are slowly utilizing the different features more and more. Their customer services is excellent as well.

What do you dislike?

The calendar view is tricky and the filters don’t seem to save to my personal preference even after I’ve followed directions.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would recommend assigning a staff member to learn as much about this program as possible in order to utilize it to the fullest. It has so many benefits that we are still learning to use.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to create financial reports without difficulty. The schedule is helpful for the staff.

"Encompasses everything for Clinical Research"

What do you like best?

The feature I use the most is the invoicing tools, It's great to be able to see what's pending, log completed payments, see what visits or elements have not been invoiced for, ETC.

What do you dislike?

There seems to be a feature for literally anything you could think you want and the problem with that is that you often have to click around a lot to get to the places you need to go. Once you have it figured out it's a little easier but at first CC is clunky.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Give it a shot, they do great demos and webinars like every week, spotlight series' on specific tools, and it will make some aspect of your research simpler. It's one of those things that it really depends on you, CC will make your life easier if you figure out all the ways that it can. It's dense, and I discover new little tricks every week, but each one makes something else I'm doing obsolete, so it's worth it. It's hard to write a review for this because it quite literally does everything.

Their support team is helpful too, I call all the time and then figure out what I was doing wrong while I'm on the phone with them, never waited more than a few minutes for someone to answer my call. CC is necessary, give it a go.

Everything in one place, true tracking and organization for every aspect of a clinical trial.

"Deceptively tricky - but great once you get the hang of it!"

What do you like best?

I love that we can see all of our visits mapped out by element, how long each one takes.

What do you dislike?

To see why someone screen-failed, or other little things like this, it's quite convoluted and you have to click through a lot of buttons.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It helps us easily organize our schedule, much better than outlook does because it is specific to Clinical Trials
