I like that the system is online. It is so convenient to be able to type my documentation from my personal computer rather than having to use a second work computer. The system is mostly intuitive to use. I also appreciate being able to search for information in various ways (calendar view, client view, by documentation, etc)
What do you dislike?
I always have issues when I save a note and need to edit it later (even just minutes later if I forget to sign the note or accidentally submit before its done) - the system freezes, locks me out, the changes don't get saved, etc. Usually the easiest thing to do is delete the note and start over, and that just seems silly.
Recommendations to others considering the product
I don't know for sure because I'm just one of many users in our clinic, but pricing per user seems expensive. I would expect there to be some sort of "bulk" pricing available.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The system lets our clinic document therapy progress digitally for easy sharing across providers and locations. It also creates a relatively standard format.
