What do you like best?
On the planners side it is very easy to use. Can easily add items to reservations and to make reservations. I also like the calendar function. Very easy to see all of the meetings that are taking place and can see them from previous years as well.
They also make it really easy to make reports. Once you have set up the requirements you want in your reports once it automatically remembers so it speeds up the process
What do you dislike?
They need to work out some errors. At times error messages occur when the planner sends the confirmation emails. If they don't re-add the item that the person originally requested the email shows up as an error.
In addition of the staff side (the requester) it can be confusing to learn how to use it. It is not always clear why they have to click on certain tabs to complete a reservation.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Make a "how to" for your staff members who are using it. Explain to them the steps they need to take in order to complete a reservation.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It allows staff members to see when specific rooms are available and allows people to request rooms so people are not showing up to use a specific room at the same time. It is also an easy way for them to request space without having to send emails back and forth. Finally it allows them to tell us then what they need for a meeting so we don't have to email them with as many questions.
