"One application meets all needs!"

What do you like best?

Cloud Management Suite has all features we need to manage company's network, the activity record is what I like most as whenever a problem happen after an update we can easily check what was changed and might caused the issue and quickly fix it

What do you dislike?

Failure in implementing scheduled tasks sometimes!

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Network management/control is what we use Cloud Management Suite for. The main benefits are logging the network remotely and quickly whenever needed, so our team almost never has downtime. Distributing software across network devices. When one of us need to build on what another team member has did they can check the record for what made and continue from there

"Mix BatchPatch, SCCM, and TeamViewer and get CMS "

What do you like best?

Really fined tuned program that incorporates several other programs that do same or near identical functions to an all in one source. I personally used the inventory function and really liked the ease of it compared to using AEM previously, think it definitely has an advantage.

What do you dislike?

From testing some of these products along with others on my team and other teams as well, we found that some of the other specific programs tend to work better.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Give it a try. You may definitely like the convenience of having multiple programs/ applications all into the one management suite. Inventory is a big spot I was personally responsible for and this program definitely assisted better with that than others tried such as AEM.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It really is a "one place shop" using for inventory, software distribution, patching, reports and remote control. The possibilities are vast for this software.

"Solid product if you're looking to spend some money"

What do you like best?

The patching and software management features worked very well for our group. It did allow us to consolidate several pieces of software and use Cloud Management Suite instead which is also nice thing to be able to do.

What do you dislike?

Other than being what I feel as a little bit pricey for the software, it is definitely missing management ability from remote desktop protocol as you used to be able to do.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Definitely an upgrade over your current solution, give it a try. It wont even take a month to get it rolled out and ready for use.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Allows engineers to do things much faster, as far as patching and inventory, we were able to free up a lot of time that they would of been spending on those projects and used that time elsewhere thanks to efficiently of Cloud Management Suite.
