Best product for B2B eCommerce

What do you like best?

CloudCraze is by far the best solution out there for b2b commerce. It comes with all the most important features customers expect from a modern eCommerce solution. It comes with a robust, configurable data model and UI and can be integrated with external systems such as ERPs.

What do you dislike?

UI comes with templates but most customers require heavy customizations to the front end. It also does not support offline payment methods which is something we run into all the time in the b2b space.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Compared to Hybris this is a great solution at a better price point especially if customers are already invested in Salesforce.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

B2B portal for partners/resellers for a large global brand. Customer is able to go to market with this solution in under 6 monts.

Optimization for SEO

What do you like best?

SEO is all about building niche and also finest quality products with store management and i was able to get my hands on this tool and easy to use and setup -the functionality is straight forward and product configuration-i feel it satisfies the b2b functionality and real SAAS software and easy to integrate and use it all the time.The USP for my website template is i was able to use them for notifying my users about the abandoned cart products and also track their details asap

What do you dislike?

Product search and filtering is weak and takes a lot of time to scan and filter the specific item and to scan and create visual funnels for separate email chains requires a long process.The reporting and analysis is complicated and took a while to wrap my heads around it

In terms of performance and reliability this is classy and makes the process quite easier for me.For inventory management i always use this tool

For API,custom browsing,cross browser platform and customization to different language and interface it helped me a lot .Even in terms of recommendations and personalisation i feel they stand out for me

Fast to market B2B ecommerce solution

What do you like best?

Quick to get up and running. Lots of out of the box functionality. Great solution for a company that wants to start to automate the purchasing process for their business customers. Low barriers to entry to get started quickly with B2B e-commerce.

What do you dislike?

More of an issue with solutions built on Salesforce than Cloud Craze specifically, BUT it is too easy to abandon software development processes and principals. If your development team is not disciplined enough, developers move code between environments without checking in/out of a code repository. Too hard to roll back, and too easy for developers to step on one another's toes.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are trying to automate the order/reorder process from our mid sized manufacturing business. Cloud Craze helped us to do that at a lower price point than their competitors. We have reduced the overhead for processing orders by 10% and we are getting a better handle on predicting the demand for our products.

What do you like best?

CloudCraze offers purposeful capabilities to deploy B2B Commerce experiences geared toward enhancing their customers' Digital Customer Experience. Built natively on Salesforce, this platform embodies the "cloud-first" approach that leads the market in comparison to other B2B commerce products that are now re-architecting their solutions to accommodate multi-tenancy while developing capabilities.

As a holistic, customer-centric commerce platform, CloudCraze offers enterprises the ability to navigate their customers' journey and optimize experiences to deliver the right product, at the right moment and across any number of devices.

A common theme about CloudCraze is that it decreases the time-to-value that enterprises can leverage to quickly deploy commerce experiences and place the focus on optimization - a part of a test-and-learn approach that is widely regarded as the new standard for digital innovation. Core commerce capabilities are geared toward business users and product marketers that enable them to deliver rich site experiences through out-of-box commerce templates, and product marketing content authoring features.

Enterprises can benefit from this platform specifically in the release of new features to further unify the customer journey and make buying easy. What do you dislike?

The good news is that CloudCraze as a platform offers the ability for an enterprise to deliver a unified commerce experience as their focus - it seems - is not on the touch-point, but the customer journey where experiences are not disconnected. With that said, the approach to fully integrating this with Salesforce's other products requires enterprise planning and governance to deliver a unified customer journey such that the marketing content, product content and overall messaging remains consistent when a customer is navigating from social media to the commerce site.

Recommendations to others considering the product

A key differentiator with CloudCraze is that an enterprise can get to launch and start learning about customer behavior and their respective journey faster than any other platform on the market. I've seen commerce deployments take anywhere from one to two years before the first transaction is conducted. With CloudCraze, you can do it in two to four months and spend the budget on optimization.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

CloudCraze allows us to drive quick time to value for our clients

What do you like best?

CloudCraze supports our methodology which is grounded in quick implementations and the ability to test and learn with rapid iterations. We can get our customers live and taking orders in weeks. After go live, we can then pivot to helping our customers drive incremental revenue and margin through their use of the channel.

What do you dislike?

CloudCraze is native on Salesforce and is a pre-integrated solution for our Salesforce customers. More integration is required for other CRM solutions.

Recommendations to others considering the product

We strongly recommend our clients consider CloudCraze, especially if they are a salesforce customer given the tight integration.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We use CloudCraze to quickly stand up a digital commerce channel that is pre-integrated with CRM, Marketing Automation, and Analytics. With this in our toolbox, our clients can start getting revenue quicker and be nimble in reacting to learnings shown through analytics.

We have done this enough times to be confident in CloudCraze's abilities.

Amazing product for small business organization

What do you like best?

As we say it's cloud age now.Everywhere and every sophisticated company is trying to switch to cloud and when some one tell you that they can set up the business site for you and you do not even have to have all big fat servers at your place,your data is going to be secure and firewall protected and is going to be placed on cloud, I am sure no one will deny such proposal.This is what cloud is all about.

No execution of unit tests when production deployments occur.

Cloudcraze typically runs within customer community or even within partner community and obviously it can run within salesforce.

What do you dislike?

For a large scale business like big retailers (best buy or home depot) cloud craze will have limitation of storing such a huge data.

The time to deploy CloudCraze depends largely on the size and complexity of a client’s operations.

Limitation of cloudcaze is that it is not as well-known as other B2B e-commerce software providers.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Building website for a small scale web based company who wants to take their orders through website and typically does not expect more than 40-50 number of order in a day.
