Concept made sense and the guarantee wad appealing

Fundamentally a failure to deliver service.
Access issues but nothing from IT to help. In 3 months wasn't able to get a single clozer. Autobot relationship manager. No phone to contact anyone. No responses from my multiple emails. In the end I showed my emails to my bank who arranged a refund for service undelivered
