First we tried their free version, though there are huge limitations it was nice experience. They have useful tools to track and analyse spams and mentions. It's ultimately simple to use and didn't take time to adopt the system. But unfortunately we had to change due to price problems and also we need extra tools and customization.
What do you dislike?
Price is too high especially for small companies like us. Customer support is weak and not quite responsive.

We were used the Colibri for monitoring, keep and tracking eyes on the social medias, especially what our existing and potential students think about us and what are the thoughts.
