The easy to use search functions have drastically cut the time it takes us to identify target companies and prospects, meaning that we can spend more time engaging with prospects, rather than seeking them out. The news updates and real time search results also means that we are always kept in the loop about organisational changes or industry events, meaning we are able to target prospects in a much more targeted way.
What do you dislike?
So far, we haven't come across any issues!!
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Being able to reduce the time spent on constantly searching for prospects has meant that our sales and marketing teams have more time to focus on creating communications/content and engaging with prospects in a more personalised way.
We have also been able to reduce the hassle of gathering data from various different data providers.
* We monitor all Companybook reviews to prevent fraudulent reviews and keep review quality high. We do not post reviews by company employees or direct competitors. Validated reviews require the user to submit a screenshot of the product containing their user ID, in order to verify a user is an actual user of the product.
