Everything is in one cloud-based system, so no need for a file server or backups. The user interface is extremely easy to use and navigate. Training materials are helpful and teach things well. The system is regularly being improved and updated.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes, support tickets can take a while to be resolved, but this has only seemed to be an issue when it's something very strange that no one has encountered before.

We are able to access all patient records at any time. Having our front office and back office documentation in one system is amazing. The reports app within CareCloud is amazing - you can run reports on just about anything.

Validated reviews require the user to submit a screenshot of the product containing their user ID, in order to verify a user is an actual user of the product.
